Awful experience went to do facial and eyebrows and upper lip, an asian girl have done my eyebrows which looked good and i asked her about facial she said they have only two types of facial 3O minute facial AND 60 minute facial i asked her to do 30 minutes facial she cleanse my face, applied scrub then mask straight away.no massage ,nil steam no dead cell removal when asked she said book for another facial for 60 minutes and i will get all of it.No privacy while facial girls comes and get their things without getting permission.In two three days i got pimples near my eyes and upper lips.Please don't visit this place.Dont waste your money for nothing.

There's a sign at the door saying "Men's Haircuts $10" as on 7Dec 2019 but when I called to check if appointments were required, I got quoted $15-22 depending on cut and style. I questioned what the sign $10 was for..the lady said "we will remove it now!" What a sham, false advertisement to get clients thru the door only to learn the correct costs. I will not be doing business with any establishments that cannot be honest enough to accept their mistake and honor what has been advertized.

It was my first time trying Odils Hair and Beauty, and I would highly recommend! I got an ombre done on my hair, and I am super in love with the colours, and especially the fact that my hair was not bleached, ensuring it wasn't damaged. Suranji was very helpful explaining which colours would suit my hair type the best, and was also very experienced and friendly. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Thank you for the amazing experience!

I coloured my hair Yesterday. It was perfect. They recommended not to bleach my hair and did the colouring. Even my friends were amazed by the new hair colour and the look. Great place. The crew is very welcoming and they absolutely know their stuff. Subodha who did my hair work was really friendly. Will 100% recommend this place if u want to colour and maintain the hair or to get a hair cut.

I've been looking for the perfect Hair Salon for the past couple of months since moving from NZ and i can tell you that i found the one i want. Hats off to Subodha who did a fabulous job by doing the hair cut exactly the way i wanted and made an additional style which made my hair cut even more cool than before. Cheers for the great service. I have been with them last three years. Value for money, but recently they started to charge different prices in different days. Even though they displayed prices on the front glass, it's not correct. Should display the correct prices if they have increased without charging various prices looking at face. Better to check the price before getting there service.

After I have had haircuts in different countries from NZ to Dubai it was a bit difficult task for me to find a hairstylist of my choice until I find Odils Hair Saloon in Dandenong. The whole team is very welcoming and professional. I would give 10 out of 10 to Deepak he is one off the best hairstylist I have ever seen in different countries !

Overpriced couldn’t match the colour I wanted even tho they said it would be no worries even had a photo as reference and they couldn’t get it right it was just platnuim blonde it came out silver and blue then when I said something she just washed the toner out and sent me on my way $300 later don’t recommend …

I have used this place for few months back and still I have the keratin permanent straightening the way they have done on first day . Amazing staff with using the best products. Just rate 1 star as I don't hv d option to do negative rating..This is the worst place I hv ever visit.The service is totally horrible ,don't treat the customers well and even the staff(Suranjii perrera) don't even apologize for her mistake...very bad experience and not recommending anyone

Poor customer service. For the second time i had to wait one hour and 20 minutes and still had to wait. Just walked away. Couple of other guys already walked away before me. No enough staff. They don't even care about the people waiting staff just busy walking and talking around.
