Had pain for over six months and they kept telling me it would go away In a few days and after seeing 4 dentist in this clinic and multiple Xrays. . The pain NEVER did go away. I was put on antibiotics twice in a row. Made no difference. I book an appointment for April to get the problem corrected and got a call back from Odyssey that my booking got rescheduled as the receptionist did not speak to the appointed dentist on time for the April 17th visit. Now I have to wait till May for the procedure. I cannot tolerate anymore pain killers. I’ve been with this establishment for approximately 36 years and might be leaving as the service has diminished. . I really liked Jerry but now that he has appointed new dentist and people answering the phones with confusing and conflicting information. The hygienist are top notch and give great advice. And Jerry is kind and professional.

My wife went there for basic checkup and she was assured that they will only perform treatments that are covered from her work under group insurance plan. They performed the basic teeth cleanup and somehow extended it to 3 appointments but they told her she won't need to pay anything but on her last appointment all of a sudden they told her that she need to pay $100 plus tax because they went over the limit covered by plan by mistake! That was totally unexpected, It's not about the money but that is very unprofessional and providing inaccurate information. I think they are just all about the money, they made money from her insurance plan and then made her pay as well. Not satisfied by the quality of service. Don't recommend going there, I believe there are better clinics to choose in this area.

I feel bad that I cannot recall practitioners’ names to thank, but I was fairly stressed by an unfamiliar office under the duress of having lost a filling over a long weekend. The dental assistant was just lovely. Personable and set me right at ease. The dentist was friendly and professional. Both explained everything very clearly and checked in with me re. comfort, questions. etc. through every step of treatment. The drilling and filling part of my tooth was done within the span of Benny and the Jets. Yes, one Elton John song and done! I am so appreciative that Rhonda from Lorette Dental helped me get an appointment here (and seamlessly sent over all my insurance info.!!) to get my sore mouth fixed up.

I had the most amazing experience from Odyssey Dental Care! I had fractured one of my molars and needed attention right away. I called about 4 clinics and they couldn’t take me in (understandably). Im so happy to have cracked my tooth in front of this dental clinic because they looked after me despite most of the dentists being double booked! Im from Alberta, didn’t have my health card or my insurance information, only pictures. In about 45 minutes since walking in, I walked out of the clinic with my tooth temporarily fixed! Thank you Dr. Jerry for taking such great care of me despite the last minute booking! And the receptionists were amazing! You guys rock!!

I got them to extract a tooth that has been bothering me for a couple of years. They did it so quickly and efficiently. They answered all of my questions, and were very caring. UPDATE ON OCTOBER 5TH, 2022: Sam cleaned my teeth today and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable. She told me that some parts may be painful or sensitive, but they weren't, and I believe it's because she was talking to me, which helped to distract me from any pain. She was very understanding, caring, friendly, and courteous. She answered all of my questions and provided me with some very helpful advice. I will be requesting her from now on.

Not only were they able to get me in quickly when I had troubles with my tooth, but this was by far the least painful extraction I have EVER had. Usually there's swelling and throbbing the next day, but I had no such trouble this time. I also have trouble taking freezing, but Dr. David was amazing! He made sure that nothing hurt during the procedure, even giving a second dose of freezing when the first one didn't fully take, and removing the tooth with quick efficiency. I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend this place, and especially Dr. David. :)

If you haven't been to the dentist in a while and are worrying about being judged or lectured about your teeth, come to this place. The dentists and dental hygienists are great, and they don't judge you for not having been to a dentist in a while. It had been almost 10 years since I had seen a dentist and they were very nice and gave me complements about what I did well and insights into what where my problem spots were. I have been going here ever since and have yet to have a bad appointment. Also, shout out to Joan (not sure about spelling) she's awesome!

My daughter had her first filling today. To say she was nervous would be an understatement. However we mentioned that to the dental assistant straight away. She was truly amazing. She patiently showed my daughter everything that would be used and told her what to expect for the filling. Once the numbing cream was ready and the dentist/ dental assistant started the procedure it went smoothly and painlessly. My daughter walked out very happy and no longer scared of getting dental work. Honestly the best dental experience ever for a young person.

Just got home after taking my daughter here because she was complaining of a toothache. I took her to a certain children's dentist in the neighborhood a week or so ago, and they wanted to put her out and pull two teeth, to the tune of $3600. Dr Jerry said they didn't need to come out, and put in two temporary fillings, hoping they'll last until the baby teeth fall out. He and the hygienist were gentle and patient with her, explaining what they were doing all the way.

I've been a patient of Dr. Baluta for almost 25 years. He was the only dentist office open years ago at the Bay K.P on Christmas Eve when I needed an urgent filling as a kid for very painful cavity and I have seen him ever since. I really appreciate hygienist Heidi! She is so knowledgeable and I feel every visit I leave having learned something that helps me to better protect my teeth. Happy to say that I've had incident free checkups for several years now.

They are absolutely amazing. I had both my kids with me. Chelsea the dental hygienist was very patient with us, made great conversation with my older son while working on my teeth, worked fast and efficiently, and of course made my teeth feel amazing again! Not only do they find he room to accommodate us all in one visit but they take the time to individually care for us. They are so wonderful and kind. I have been seen by Haidi hygienist for more than 5 years. She is one of the kind. Always very nice and knowledgeable. Professional and friendly. The previous cleanings I had with different hygienists, I had to take some pain meds as my gums are very sensitive and bleed easily, not with Haidi. Went in to have a sore tooth looked at. The clinic is very clean and the receptionist was extremely friendly. My hygienist was also extremely friendly and explained everything along the way. The dentist came along and checked everything, taking her time to be thorough and answered all of the questions I had without making me feel rushed. Great dental clinic!

I had a great experience here for my first time, and like many other reviews the staff here are very kind. It's a nice clean place when you walk through. I appreciated my dental hygienist discussing teeth grinding/headaches, and provided tips of how I can try to prevent it. She also answered all of my questions. I'm very happy I chose this place.

Dr David is an amazing dentist. He’s nice, patient and caring. The appointments never feel rushed and he genuinely wants to help you and improve your oral health. I also recommend him to anyone with dental trauma, he is so understanding and explains everything in detail so you know exactly what’s happening.
