I recently went to this Blossom Hill location and Imani refused to put my purchases in a bag! She has a little attitude and lacks customer service skills; she never smiles and is always rude. Whenever I go to this Blossom Hill/Almaden Expressway location of Office Max, it’s difficult to find an employee to help me other than the employees who are busy working as cashiers. I shouldn’t have to stand in line to ask an employee to help me find something. So, I can’t be in and out quickly out of this store. Even if there is an employee working on the floor, they never ask customers if they need help and if I ask them questions, they don’t seem to want to help me so they don’t come across as professional, helpful or knowledgeable about the products. When I go to their sister store, Office Depot in Los Gatos, they always provide great service and an employee approaches me to ask if I need help as soon as I walk into the store. The Los Gatos Office Depot is always professional and polite.

The worst customer service ever! Update The same day I called to the customer service and Logan fix the problem, he gives me a solution, he was really nice and professional, thank you so much Logan, you are the best

July, 2023. I bought an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly planner for my job at the school. I literally found 1 planner that fit my needs and I hunted for it. There were no other simular options/selections to choose from. The planner I purchased ended up just a bit over $40. I later found the same planner for $27. I decided to drive back a couple days later and return for refund which went smooth. I go to Office Depot because they are close by and I'm a look & touch shopper. I believe with this last experience I will just stop giving them first shot at my business because having to return something is a real waste of time.

I went there to buy a office chair. I really wanted to sit in them and that's what this place was great for. They had a lot of chairs of different kind out there to test. Each one had good description next to them. I noticed that I liked few and finally selected one. I love it as I have it at home now. I could find staff to help me quickly and they pointed out that they have the same chair available at the front with a great discount. It was assembled for customer who never came to pick it up. I was happy to have the chair assembled and not have all the cardboard trash to deal with. The cashier was nice and quick.

I told Sep ( I think that was his name) that I was looking for a new 2023 desktop calendar and he led me directly to the display of them that was conveniently placed right by the checkout line for procrastinators like me. Sep was friendly and good-humored. I didn't have to wait in line, the cashier was friendly and pleasant as well. I got in and out of the store quickly so I could take care of my other errands.

The store is not closing down. I know it's an older location but seriously it has the best office supplies for all you need. They have computers. The reason why they're not out is because people nowadays are thieves and they steal them. No wonder online shopping is notorious.. But at the end of the day, This OfficeMax location carries a wide selection of tools for educational and business use. You can't find any other items like a Costco or Best Buy. They don't sell computer chairs or computer desks Overall office depot's OfficeMax locations have really great quality stuff.

Because of people like Logan, who, before I shopped, checked on the status of my Rewards dollars. I had received an email saying I had money to spend. He looked it up and confirmed it at the register and told me to just provide my phone number again when I checked out. Ana checked me out and I said, "I will probably get a survey and what's your name? She said, "Ana, but Logan is the one who helped you with your question." What an outstanding young woman to make sure her colleague gets credit where credit is due! She's awesome in my book, too! Thank you!

The file cabinet is of superb quality, with smooth drawers and a stylish design. It has made organizing my documents a breeze. We had a great experience with our purchase of a desk chair at the Blossom Hill Office Max. The GM of the store approached us upon our arrival and allowed us to wander among and sit in the selection of chairs when we indicated that's what we were there to do. When we had made our choice, he was right there to facilitate the sale. He was a warmly friendly man and when you are asked to spend money, that's what you want. When making office purchases, we will be back.

Being here is the same as being “a kid in a candy store” with all the colors of pens and patterned notebooks. I came here for ink cartridges and a print job. I ended up finding a proper stapler too. I walked up to the front with said stapler, and the clerk paused to ask what I needed and directed me to the printing area. On the way to the front, I found some G2 ultra fine (0.038) black ink and fine (0.7) blue ink cartridges, a rare find.

Vicki is rude and should NOT be working in customer service…She doesn’t even try to accommodate us…. We were in the back trying to get some prints made….she walked away and I guess spoke with Nolan and didn’t return to the portion of the counter where my husband and I were standing for over 15 minutes!!! This is our 2nd negative encounter with her! Office Max needs to train her better or get rid of her!!! Period!!!

Office Depot has so many items that I use in my classroom. I've always found the staff to be super helpful. The store is well-organized and clean. On a recent visit a staff member helped me order notebooks for my class that weren't on the shelf (they were only available on-line) and had them delivered directly to me - so convenient. Highly recommend this place!

My printed was quickly and accurately completed! I was notified when my order was completed. They had a special Online Order Pickup Station at the street door, so that I didn't have to go to the back of the store to the print area! I highly recommend Office Max. I have used them for nearly 10 years!
