If you purchase something and return it, it shows an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for 7-10 business days before it's reversed. Apparently, I'm still waiting for my money back even though I returned the merchandise to the store and it was an in-store purchase. Old Navy's customer service says that's the system and offers no customer service, just snarky responses regarding online purchases and when you say "but it's not an online purchase" they tell you "don't interrupt me". Of course they DO NOT offer this information on their website, instead it says: "We refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account". Whereas in reality they charge you again and then reverse it, even though you've already paid the amount. They say it's the Canadian banking system but this is the first time this has ever happened to me on a return. Lack of communication, transparency and customer service. I'll definitely reconsider making big purchases with them in the future.

Literally giving this store a 2/5 star review due to the one specific associate I dealt with on the phone. I called to ask about if they got their shipment of Christmas t-shirts in yet. I was looking for a specific one as they were available online already. I was put on hold, but then another lady picked up the line. Seemed annoyed already by me when I asked about this shirt. She immediately went "No we dont have that! Our shipments are Tuesdays and Thursdays" and hung up before I was able to say anything. She was quite rude over the phone when I was simply asking about a product. I would have thought she would be like "Oh Ill go take a look for you, but I dont think its here yet"... but that didnt happen. Really unfortunate how the whole interaction went.

I would give them 5 stars for sure as I've been buying my jean's there for years. But today I returned an unworn pair of jean's, with the tags still on, that I bought several months back and in turn bought the exact same pair but one size longer. My credit on those returned, identical looking pants... $2.97! Of course the poor young gal behind the counter couldnt explain it away honestly. She could only apologize. It shines a little light on the profit margins these big corps command.

So much to choose from. Full stocked and I could find 99% of correct sizes and styles I was looking for. Clothes quality is great, have been using this brand for many years. The store is not as fancy as other locations and wasn't organized, as people come in and make a mess. Maybe there wasn't enough staff to fix up... This was in the toddlers area and small area in the ladies t-shirts. Most of the rest very organized and clean. Changing rooms are comfy, staff very nice. Recommended.

Great location and parking. Out of a lot of sizes and styles (very small boy department) when I went it was annoying. The pajamas were not cute this year. Hard to match the family for Christmas. They had a promotion on as well that said 10 pairs of socks for $1 each. We wanted to buy 20 in two transactions to donate for our schools homeless program. But were told only allowed 10 per person ever, couldn't come back later to buy. So we went elsewhere.

Store always looks like a bomb went off in there! Went to the men's room to change my babies diaper and was in shock at how messy it was. And first thing in the morning. It was clearly not cleaned from the night before and not even checked before opening. I talked to one of the managers and she even came over and looked with me. She agreed it was bad. Then I over heard her complaining about me to other staff when she thought I was gone. NICE!!!

I went to pick up my online order in store and waited at the counter where the in-store pick up is like the email said, i waited for 20mins but no one came to help me even though they looked at me a few times I felt discriminated of maybe it’s my skin colour or the way I look. I had to go find another associate and found Jasmine, even though she was doing something else she came to help me out, she was very nice and great customer service.

I like the clothes... When they don't fall apart. The staff at this location don't know their own return policy. Online, it states damaged/defective items can be returned at any time. They would not help me with returning 6 pair of defective pants that all came apart in the exact same spot. Would not recommend shopping at this location since staff don't see the big picture when it comes to protecting the brand reputation.

My wife ordered me a new pair of jeans on the old navy website during a sale they had. Finally got the jeans in the mail, and they didn't fit very well. They were a straight cut and I prefer a slimmer fit. Went into the local store and found the pair I liked the fit of better, and was able to exchange them with no problem. They were even the same price as the ones I hit as a gift, so that worked out prefectly

I broke my flip flop when I was out and about, I'm 9 months pregnant so this plus my broken shoe made it extremely hard to walk around. I called Old Navy to see if they had any flip flops left in my size, not only did the employee check but she put it at the front so all I had to do was show up and pay. Not having to search the store all over was super helpful! Thank you! Small details matter the most :)

Limited Plus Sized Clothes VS The Website Selection. Asked where the 3x and 4x clothing were,, Store associate told me that there was a small rack of customer returns near the front of the store. I feel the store should have at least a few of the larger sized items per style if they are available online. Many people who are plus sized would like to try the clothes on. They go up to 2x in store.

I went there with my 2 kids and I'm always surprised at the deals that we find there at the end of the season! I haven't been in years and it did not disappoint. All sales associates were spectacular, not only keeping the place neatly organized, but also offering help and giving us great advice! Special thanks to Kiara for understanding our needs. You have some real gems at your store!

Alas, all my kid wanted was a few plain t-shirts and some overalls for back to school, and although this chain boasts about its basics, there were few to be found, as was any form of assistance (except at the til, where seven people will gladly take your money). Also, no swimsuits left in July was a shock....just because fall stock arrives does not mean summer is over, y'all.

I went in today to shop with my mom for the first time in years, and the girl who was in the dressing rooms was the kindest person ever. She noticed us as soon as we walked in even though it was a quiet day, she asked us about sizes and offered her help every step of the way. Excellent customer service- I just wish I had gotten her name! Thank you so much for all your help!

Some staff are quite rude especially the cashiers.. when you need to return or exchange something they are rude about it. Some staff also judges you based on race.. due to COVID. Also not enough social distancing in the store. Customers and staff are constantly close to one another. Would not recommend this location. Online shopping would be more sufficient and better

Good customer service and well priced products. I bought a good quality jeans and a shirt for around $78 after the sale price. Customer service was exceptional. I liked a Denim jacket that was unfortunately not available in my side however the staff tried to phone other stores to see if they had anything stock. Highly recommend location.

Wish the deals would come with an increase in price. Where a $100 piece of clothing would last a lifetime, a $50 @ 50% would last 3 months. This is responsible and very harmful to the environment. The subcontracted factories that create these multi-colored dyed products are poisoning potable water and oceans. This is very sad Old Navy.

There are clothes for the whole family, and their sale prices are pretty good. Their regular prices are a bit above my budget, but I can usually find something good on sale. The store is well lit and usually organized, although when there are lots of customers in, the sales staff work hard to keep up with the restocking and folding.

When you can find a floor person, they're very, very helpful. Granted, it's Christmas season and they're so busy. I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone is at Old Navy. They're busy, they could treat you like a nuisance, like so many other stores do, but instead they treat people like the valuable customers we are. ❤️

Should have better stock in different sizes. The weekly deals are great, sometimes the price is even lower than you expect after all the % off deals st the counter. But sometimes it is confusing the way they display of the cloths to determine what is what price. I would really like to see Airmiles back in the store.

I' be been to other Old Navy stores and this store is just not as well kept. When going through the pants and jeans it was tough to find the right sizes as they were all mixed up and/or folded so the sizes weren't visible. The store is a good size and has a good selection, it just needs to be kept in better order.

ALL THE DEALS! for sure one of my favorite places to show. every so often they go through this big sale of 75% off clearance and its amazing! you can get shirts from 48cents. WILD! even if its not on sale the quality is there for sure. im amazed not more people go to old navy cause its the best.

Outstanding experience shopping here. Ended up buying two winter coats and some clothes for my son. Paulina, who greeted us as the front door, was wonderful, very helpful and was very diligent in ensuring all the carts were properly sanitized. You could see everyone really appreciated that.

The quality of clothes for female are cheap over the years. Back in 2003 their clothing quality was way better in terms in fabric and styles. Nowadays their clothing styles are for 40 to 50+ years old. It would be nice if they have some stylish clothing for 20 to 30 years old range.

I often come here for nice inexpensive casual clothes like workout clothes and pyjama options. I like the thin, light fabrics for summer. Some weeks' options are a hit or miss depending on what you're looking for but if you're not too choosy, the sales are pretty good.

Mya (Mia?) was so nice here. I came in for a return since I lost weight after I purchased a pair of pants and she let me exchange them then buy another pair at the sale price I had gotten. I MUCH prefer this location over west Ed, they’re always very helpful and nice.

Stopped in here quickly to get a pair of jeans and Old Navy never disappoints. They always have my size and at a decent price. The only caveat I have is that this one tends to be very busy, so don't be surprised if you have to wait in line when checking out.

Always has what my son and husband want for their particular hobbies. Polite, knowledgeable staff. And surprisingly not higher prices like some of these smaller companies sometimes need to do to make a profit. Definitely try to shop here to keep it local!

This location is convenient being in SEC. Always lots of good sales...checkout people are friendly...during busier times, floor gets a bit messy with clothes strewn all over the place( too bad people aren't a bit more respectful when shopping)

I love old Navy, but waiting 15 minutes in a line up to try on a pair of pants is too much. Please add more change rooms. Otherwise it was clean well stocked an the staff were nice. They just need to get rid of the change room bottle neck.

Never any issues with this chain in any way, don't buy many products from them besides the jeans, as they are the most affordable and best quality and appearance choice. But for the use I do get out of them they have always been great

Great store! So much better than the one in west ed. Its clean, the staff are happy and smiling, the change rooms were nice and many employees offered to help me throughout my shopping trip! It was also very well organized!

While it's usually busy in here, its worth it. Good quality clothes for reasonable prices and they almost always have some sort of promotion going on. Good for every day casual wear as well as swimwear.

It is good to see products from around the world, including Canada. However, their prices are rather high for the quality they offer. Buy on clearance or during major sales to make it worth your while.

It's what I expect from an Old Navy, though I wish it was tidier. The jeans wall is always a giant mess, with styles and sizes in the wrong places. And finding your size is a pain in the butt.

Used to be an ok store but everything now is"slim fit" so all the shirts are actually one size smaller than the label says. It's to bad nice stuff just all too small for a grown man

Decent quality stuff for a pretty low price as it's a go-to place to pick up kids clothes for us. Can be really busy on weekends so plan accordingly if you're planning to shop.

Easy to see what they have and a large selection to choose from. I like they accomodate different body types (like a long torso). A little bit of something for everyone.
