My most disappointing buyer's ordeal: I bought two pairs of children's jeans from the Old Navy website for a birthday gift, but unfortunately, the sizes were too big. When I attempted to exchange them at the store, I was surprised to learn that the jeans were on sale for only ¢0.99 despite me paying $15.49. The store offered a refund of just ¢0.99 instead of allowing an exchange for the correct size. This sort of customer service is unacceptable. It's instances like these that make traditional stores fade away in favor of online-only ones, where exchanges and refunds are more straightforward. Keep an eye out when purchasing from Old Navy, whether online or in their stores.

This Old Navy does a lot of business because it's in a prime location. I found a lot of items in a variety of sizes but no one except for the lady in the dressing room even spoke to me in the store. So the staff is not too friendly. But overall they do have a nice selection for women & kids. Men's section is lacking a little bit if variety. It seems like they compartmentalize men's casual from men's business casual into 2 smaller sections & just called it a day.

The cashier very rude & not friendly at the Potomac Yard location, sales clerk was very helpful. I went to the DC location the next day & the sales clerk & cashier were very friendly & helpful. Will never visit the location at Potomac Yard. I spent $250 & my sister spent $240 & we wanted to leave the things at the register but the sales clerk spent so much time helping us select the items so that's the only reason we purchased them.

This Old Navy always has plenty of items in stock. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the online ordering service can improve. On three separate occasions, I never received an email to let me know the items were pulled and ready for pick up. When I called to get a status no one ever answers. I was told their phone lines ring to another store in the building but it was being fixed.

Plenty of clothes literally everywhere and majority of them were mislabeled which made it frustrating when I arrived at the counter. I literally had to walk around the store and show my cashier the prices that were posted versus what the items were ringing up. I will only order online, this took the cake for me!

The few employees there were fed up but still helpful. 9 people in line 1 cashier I was person #5 and it only took about 10-15 minutes. Not one beverage in the cooler next to me. Maybe they were doing a reset because a number of shelves were bare. If it weren't for the cashier this review would've been 1 star.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. My cousin and I went to buy some clothes for my nephew. It was easy to find his size with plenty of options we able to find some great stuff. Plus we were able to get a discount. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Our old navy store in Aiken is great! Always store with clothes! So much sales going on and why not saying the workers are really good too. Somehow the time you spent in the store is always more than an hour! So be prepared of expend some money!

Store is so neat and clean. Everything so well organized and Mgr and male staff member was so helpful and pleasant. Very nice store and they are having a great sale this week. Will definitely be shopping there more in the future.

The ON store in Columbia Heights has the nicest staff and security I’ve ever encountered. They are ALWAYS friendly and nice and go out of their way to help customers. Makes shopping, which I loathe, a really pleasant experience.

This particular location did not have a lot of customers at 5pm on a Sunday. There are new items out with a nice size clearance section in the women's department. The lines were quick. Employees were helpful and friendly.

Great customer service ! I have been here quite frequently and the women working there have been super helpful and sweet. Even the male guards are polite and greet you at the door :) Great place to shop !

Every time I've been there the service is really slow. Usually due to there only being one or two people running check out. Also they have a very limited tall selection.

The security person at the front door is rude. I said good morning and he turned his head, that's why he can't catch a thief but I did and I dont work there.

I found a great bargain on shirts. The store looks good. The customer service is good. I didn't have to wait long in the line to pay for my purchases.

Lack of experienced staff and updated equipment makes long wait times at the register - even if you order online.

Check behind them on 14th street , they charge me for some shoes but didn't put them in my bag..
