Love the fact that you can create your own breakfast which is great for fussy eater with specific dietary requirements. Good quality food and would have given it 5 stars but the portion sizes are a bit on the small side. Definitely one of my preferred greasy spoon cafes in the area.

Had a breakfast here recently consisting of bacon sausage egg tinned tomatoes.Cooked and presented well nice clean eating area and friendly staff.My only additional comment would be the prices for this type of establishment are top end so be careful on future price increases.

Was one of my favourite cafes but it's gradually gone downhill. One staff member is great (clare or julie) but if you arrive after 1pm - .1.30pm it feels like they that don't want to take food orders. Too much trouble!!regular customer but not anymore. More

Nice place for breakfast. It was busy when I visited on a Sunday morning. I had a delicious bacon bap to take away served by a really friendly team. The coffees we had were sadly undrinkable. The milk was overheated and tasted like a weak Nescafe instant.

My builders recommended the Old Village Cafe to me, and I was very impressed with the food and service. I have visited a couple of times and on both occasions it was busy, which speaks volumes. I love the food and will be visiting again with my family. X

Sat outside on tables and chairs provided after a walk. Tea was fine. Also used the facilities and were clean and fully acceptable. Must try breakfast there at some point as it looked good.
