My husband and I had a humiliating customer service experience at this location. We recently moved to the area and thought we would go out to familiarize ourselves with the restaurants around us. My husband wanted to go somewhere else, but I insisted we go to Olive Gardens. What a disappointing choice I made. We got to the front desk, with up to six attendants behind the desk. We stood in front of the desk waiting for someone to acknowledge us by simply saying, hello, we will be with you in a few minutes, we are booked, or there is a wait time. No one said anything to us. We stood there and watched these attendants talk to one another, laughing with each other like we were not standing before them. Sometimes they will make eye contact with us, then turn away and continue talking and laughing. My husband had had enough of it, and so he called their attention and said, “excuse me, who is booking the table,” before they responded. I told one of them, we stood up here over five minutes, and not one of you seen us. I guess we are too dark, or we are invisible that you couldn’t see us? I loved Oliver Garden, but I’m sorry I would never return to this location. “First impressions make a lasting impression.” I do not give anyone a second chance to disrespect me. I must admit the food is good, and the facility is great. Our waitress, Miranda, was personable and pleasant. However, our service at the front desk left a bitter taste in our mouths, and we will not return. Thanks, but no thanks. 02/26/23.

My husband and I came here after a long work day hoping to enjoy a nice dinner. We literally waited over 15 min and no one came to greet us or take our drinks. My husband went to ask the server and she got our drinks. After about another 10 minutes someone came and said she was training and let her know if we needed anything. We both had our menus closed ready to order but after she said that she walked off. Then had another server came and ask if we were ready to order so ordered. Still another 15-20 minutes before we got our salad and drinks when people coming after us were greeted and served. There were several employees standing around and talking. Some guy came and just sat our salad and drinks down and just walked off. There was only enough salad for one person and when I asked someone for more they said it was portioned for 2 people but people with the same amount or one person had almost triple than what we were given. Also the portions were very small compared to prior. A nice dinner was ruined was such terrible service... seems like we were just invisible as others were getting waited on.

Several times we have tried to order to go from Olive Garden. The food is great. On one occasion, the soup was not properly sealed and spilled in the trunk. My daughter picked up the meal and we had already waited so long that she just didn't want to go back. That was about 3 years ago. I recently ordered again and just made sure we didn't order soup. I did check the box for my order to be ready as soon as possible and the screen stated it would be 45 minutes. I went there 45 minutes later and somehow the ticket was changed to say that I was planning on taking delivery at 4:53 pm. Who puts in a time of 4:53? Late lunch turned into early dinner. The order was placed about two hours earlier. So either ASAP is almost 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon which is i suppose possible or someone changed the time. I don't even know if that is possible. Therefore, watch your ticket and recheck your order to be sure you are prepared to wait. And be careful that you don't plan on eating at an exact time. You could be an hour later than you thought. Kinda wish I hadn't tipped them before I picked up my meal. Lesson learned.

As much as I love Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, I feel the need to give this location a 3 stars, primarily due to the service. I came here with Jordan and our mimi, and we felt rushed when ordering. I'll admit that we weren't quick with what we wanted to eat, but we were waiting on our grandma to decide what she wanted to eat. When I asked the server for a few more minutes, the server briefly sighed and left. I feel like this is entirely inappropriate especially towards the elderly. As for the food, I thought it was quite delicious. I always order the Lasagna Fritta but decided to try the Stuffed Ziti Fritta. I'm going to say it—the Lasagna Fritta is better, though the Stuffed Ziti Fritta isn't bad. As for our entrees, we ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs, Seafood Alfredo, and Grilled Chicken Margherita. Everything was very delicious. Overall, I would return for the food and how convenience the location is, but I wouldn't return for the customer service.

This is probably the best Olive Garden I’ve been to. Even when it’s busy we still get sat relatively quick. The place is also super clean. The service has always been excellent. The food is good too. They keep those breadsticks coming honestly this place great. Former First Lady Michelle Obama also came here and loved it.

So I love the fact when it gets busy they will separate the families into their own section I know some people might hate that but to be honest I think it’s great I feel more comfortable knowing my kiddos aren’t bothering people who might be out on a date night.

We even chose this location hoping for better chefs, and the food was wonderful. It sure was busy at 6ish, but the place was clean and we liked the atmosphere. We went to celebrate my fiance's birthday, and have a good ending to a great day. Unfortunately when I excused myself from my family for just a minute as we were about to leave, the server by the name of Jack, did not treat my family well at all in my absence.!!! My family had asked for to go plates for our meals and cups for their drinks. Jack did not get a cup for my son, and when my wife asked for a fresh batch of bread sticks to go, he turned to go, tossing the complimentary chocolates into a bin where their serving trays go. I AM SO APPALLED ON HOW MY FAMILY WAS TREATED. I had no idea. I thought Jack had done a decent job and given him a $20 tip ...but now I'm so mad that I did, because that was no way to treat my family Jack!!!!

Got seated fairly quickly. Got greeted right away and took drink orders and also ordered calamari. Came back with drinks and bread sticks and took food order which the server never asked if we wanted soup or salad, just left. Bread sticks were pretty good this time. Calamari came out, first piece was rubber. Ug. Comes out with a big salad and 4 plates. Only 1 in the party wanted salad (they drown the stuff in dressing yuk) and brought to his attention that he never asked just left. So goes and gets the soups. Gets refills for 2 people not everyone. Food comes out. Chicken Parm was way over cooked (hard not the outside and dry on the inside), spaghetti was mush and the sauce was watery. The other 3 were fine. Never asked how it was. Never got refills on 2 drinks even though they had been out for over 20 minutes.

Early dinner with the family and everything from the bread sticks and appetizers to the entrees were fresh. I had a group of 5 with 1 child and 4 adults that ordered seafood, pasta and fried food which require different cooking times and techniques that are difficult to plate at the same time. The execution was exceptional and all the entrees had to cool at our table before we could begin eating. It was a great dining experience that was appreciated by all.

Ordered online, got text saying food was done (earlier than original expected time). Worker comes to car saying I came early, but food would be out in 10mins. I did not come early, I ordered my food in the car in the parking lot. She said if I fill out the survey on receipt I get free dessert. She said they prefer all high ratings. I did the survey in car, said I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied. I should not have fallen for the Okey doke. First and last visit. My food came out at the original time it was supposed to. The store is trying to get their numbers up, but the truth is in the pudding. My experience was a complete fail. I will never return here. I stopped going to olive garden decades ago because the stores smelled like mildew carpet. Kids Alfredo with spaghetti noodles, but I received fettuccine noodles. Pasta was dry and old. Salad was full of huge middle core pieces. Soup was decent. Oily, but decent. Won't return.

I ordered the scrimp with pasta and upon arrival it had the most awful smell as though it was dead old fish. I was not going to eat it and my server agreed that it smelled awful. My appetite was basically ruined because when you have the taste for something and you get this trashy plate just throws your taste buds into a frenzy. The manager came to hear about the problem but I was more surprised that she knew it smelled bad as though she hoped I would've just eating it. Some Olive Gardens are not up to speed and I believe this one belongs on that chart. I've visited this place in the past and after so many chances of hoping to get a great meal it always fall short. I don't recommend this site unless you got a family member that works there too get your food right the first time.

Went there excited but regret it. Food was poor normally the soup was full of flavor but it was boring poor attempt and the normal flavor. I did the endless soup n breadsticks and had to wait a few minutes then wave someone down to get refills or more food not once was i asked or did i feel i was remotely being attended to. Then we have the final problem over an hour before close they start spraying chemicals and cleaning which normally i wouldnt have a problem but it was so strong it was affecting the way my food tasted it was clear they were doing it to bully me and my friend into leaving. I normally love olive garden but this experience was beyond unprofessional. Food was beyond poor quality service and staff were atrocious and seriously spraying cleaner everywhere then wiping down yeah i get it ill leave.

Everything was great. Our Server Joey was amazing. She was attentive and didn’t forget a single thing we requested. The only somewhat disappointing thing was that my best friend only took 2 bites of her entrée and decided to take the rest ToGo with a desert as well and accidentally left it on the table for 3 minutes before running back to grab it. It was gone and the table had been cleared. She was told there was nothing the would do for her and if she wanted some breadsticks that they’d do that. She paid for a full meal and dessert to take home and left empty handed. Why did the busser not think, “These Togo containers are full, maybe I should set these aside or wait a few minutes..” Instead the Togo bag was rushed to the trash faster than my friend could run back to the table for it.

10-3-2023 UPDATE We had lunch today and everything was delicious. Our server Natalie was outstanding and we were impressed with our visit today. We would recommend this location without reservation! UPDATE: The Management was swift to take notice of the problem and we will go back for another dinner. We continue to be great fans of Olive Garden. I am a great fan of Olive Garden. But my experience on Tuesday was very disappointing. The spaghetti with meat sauce was very watery and the salad was the same. Not sure what happened but the quality of the food was not up to par. Today I took my family to the movies, the Joker, it was good, but not for little kids. After that, we went to the Olive Garden located at the same shopping mall. I had in my wallet a gift certificate that I won at my school, my class had the best attendance for the six weeks. The best good impression is that outside this restaurant they have real olive trees, amazing dont you think. This facility is beautiful clean place, decorated with a Mediterranean style, I believe. Once you are inside, employees are super nice young people, always attentive making sure your wishes are their orders. The food is good, like a 7 or 8, but if you want to hit a 10, I recommend the spinach dip, I mean is not perfect but gets creamy close to marvelous.

Just have to watch the wait times. Service has always been above par so no worries there. But this location is always moderately busy. Just don't forget to look at their deals I usually don't notice them soon enough before walking out the doors. Don't forget that you can always just order desert for on the go. I always support the black tie mouse cake if you have someone that loves chocolate. Do please note that when you look at the calories on the menu they are fairly legitimate because if you pick one with lesser calories you still will be hungry.

We went about 4:00 pm to beat the crowd and was told our wait time was 25 minutes. We were sat within 10 minutes. The food was delicious and perfect. Initial reception was a bit off. Staff should take names in order of arrival but we were just told to wait and they will call us but my party wasn't inside and was not comfortable to be in the lobby. However service once seated was great and didn't have any issue after the fact. Thank you for the wonderful experience. However a way to have liquid or soup based meals would be great. Soups I got were a bit textured, it's a personal medical issue recently can't have any textures with food or I aspirate food into my lungs. Would be nice to be able to get recommendations from the wait staff.

I walked in and placed my to go order. It being 6:00 pm on a Saturday, your restaurant was very busy. The young lady that took my order, let me know it would be at least 30 minutes. I went back to my car to wait, that way I was not in the way. She offered to bring my order out when it was ready. To my surprise, my order was brought out to me in just 20 minutes. This location is the WORST... smdh. Waited 10 mins before the server came to take our drink & food order, 28 mins for breadsticks, and the salad that never came. Spent $126 on a family meal... We got the Chicken Alfredo W/Shrimp, which was okay but not enough sauce.. Bread Sticks were hard as a rock and the spaghetti With meat sauce.. Hardly had any sauce at all.. I am now changing my review to 5 stars , after all said and done. The issue was handled very well I must say, I understand mistakes happen and management has taken accountability in rectifying the issue was a big plus. Greatly appreciate the Awesome customer service, will be visiting again.

If you want burnt food to go, help yourself. Togo orders should be 100% correct. As a kitchen manger for Pappas. For 17 years. I would be embarrassed. Lazy cooks just held the burnt chicken on the bottom side. Unreal.

Lovely place. the staff are great. The food was amazing. The bonus salad was ohh soo goood. You can as much as you would like. We were there with a baby and ordered mashed potatoes which would have been nice with gravy... or was plain and dry but all else was great. Great ambiance as well. Nice place to go grab a quick dinner with a group.

Always good service, food is consistently good and the atmosphere is very family friendly and intimate. I gave another Italian place (Bucca Di Beppo) a shot to kind of compare the two. There was no comparison. The consistency of the taste and quality food at Olive Garden is hands down better. Love this place/location!

I had the worst experience, I called in for an order to go and they just hung up on me mid sentence. I called in an order next door to Mi Cocina and their service was amazing, and very friendly. Vicky and Alba took great care of me and would totally recommend their hospitality over olive garden. More

Dinner was good, service was good…. Typically when I order soup salad and breadsticks we get our bread and salad then little later get the soup, not all brought at once which made us feel as if we were being rushed to eat and go, other than that everything was good.

This particular olive garden was very clean even though they had a packed house. Our server was amazing. I all ways get the soup and salad and the wife got the chicken Alfredo hers pasta has hard and suace was a bit broke but the service made up for it. More

Took them 2 hours to sit us down manager Patty did not care at all when we ask why was it taking too long. We got really bad service after that.

We went on a busy Sunday after church. We did have a 30 min wait but it was expected. Eventhough they were super busy it did not affect the service or quality of food! The food was great and fresh as always!

Order alfredo chicken regatoni pasta, Alfredo sauce was missing, And also I paid for extra chicken which I didnt find. Waste of money and worst food.

Very bad response from the staff, they just won't take togo orders properly. I was kept on wait for nearly 15min to place a togo order. Yet no one took the order. Really disappointed
