Salad had bad lettuce in it and these big chunks! Experience was going horrible until Alejandro stepped in! She brought out the wrong food!! (My waitress) and Alejandro came and made everything right!!! He was freaking awesome!!! My food got made to standard! It was awesome!! That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars ⭐️!!! We are traveling and wanted to eat at Olive Garden. We GPSed the closest one, which was this location.... the 62 miles/1 hr 6 minutes was worth the drive. We were greeted by two young ladies and were immediately seated. I wanted to order something fast, so I ordered soup and salad. Our wonderful waitress Gabby was FABULOUS! She was busy, but still checked in on us the "right amount" of times. Another positive aspect that stood out about Gabby is her communication skills. Gabby kept us informed of whatever we ordered. I prefer that as a customer over excuses or just leaving us wondering when our order was coming. I didn't want the two options of salad dressing, so when she offered a more healthier alternative with some slices of lemon I asked for, it was impressive. Why? Because in YEARS of eating at Olive Garden, I have never been offered the alternative like she did today. Gabby was professional, quick, thoughtful, and kind. She served us with a servant's heart and a smile. If you come here, ask for Gabby. In the business industry I'm in, she'd be an amazing asset to have because of her care to details (even in the careful way she packaged our food) and her ensuring her customers are well taken care of. Thank you Gabby on a job well done.

It's Olive Garden so don't expect too much. The service was pretty good, our waitress was attentive but not enthusiastic (I don't blame her), our drinks were filled but she never offered a smile. That's typical though, so no worries. The food has definitely gone down. Their Tour of Italy was smaller than it used to be and our server was very stingy with the cheese grater. OG (Olive Garden) always has a decent lasagna and very good fettuccine Alfredo and still is decent. However, their chicken Parm was atrocious, I've had better chicken Parm in frozen packages than the tripe they served me. Extremely salty and dried out. We noticed the salad was dry. The calamari app is completely different and it's definitely not hand made, that's a shame because OG used to serve a decent calamari. Damn inflation. Bathrooms were kind of clean, we didn't have to wait in line (yay) to be seated but the bill was extremely high for OG. We paid around $100.00 not including tip. Two adults and one child, no alcoholic drinks and a dessert. For that price, head to Carrabba's. Decent place, so-so service, mediocre food with a high price tag.

The server was very professional and personable. Made sure she had everything right for the order and everybody was satisfied. She kept coming by to make sure that our drinks were full and if we needed anything else.

Went with family for dinner and got food which me and my family shared. The manager came for the bill and she gave us double the price saying that it’s only one entrée you guys can share and if you did so you have to pay double this is my first time in my entire existence that I’ve seen this kind of experience. We pay for the order we made when the food is at our table. It’s none of the waiters business how we serve our meal if we are family and we’re out to eat it’s very normal that we will share our food with each other. Funny thing is that this person was the manager at the store. I have a recommendation to Olive Garden if you guys do want a good rating on your store pick and choose your managers properly because this person clearly has no idea what they were doing i think his/her name is dana also to mention the managers behavior was really rude. Very offended with my experience today.

Well, I finally made it back to Olive Garden after two years. I usually visit this one in particular. It seems management has changed hands. This visit was organized from the entrance with the hostess ushering us quickly to our seats. We were then introduced to our fantastic server Emily, who continued through her service, making sure we were happy and comfortable with the drinks and food. Look, everyone in America knows kinda the concept idea of Olive Garden. Being originally from the Garden State, New Jersey, you will find great Italian food made on every corner in New York and New Jersey that simply conquers the Old World flavors. However, OG marinara sauce is great tasting. The cook deserves an applause. From the usual offerings of Calamari, spaghetti, and tiramsu, I was happy with the meal. We ordered two orders of chicken Alfredo and one order of chicken margherita. The chicken was nasty, I have never had chicken that bad before, I use to love y'alls chicken it always had a nice taste but when we received our entrees, the chicken looked like someone boiled and then put it in the skillet for one minute with a semi light golden brown with no flavor to it. Broccoli was way over cooked couldn't even pick it up with my fork, it just kept on falling apart, you can tell the chicken margherita has been sitting for a while, my cheese was semi melted and you can see the grease rising up on the cheese and I had no sauce and it was cold. Then we paid, the waitress comes over and said you didnt touch your food and said no i wasnt impressed with chicken margherita and the broccoli was way over cooked. Her comment was that is how i like my broccoli and that was it.

This was by far thee best restaurant experience I have had in YEARS! Kristy was thee best server I have ever encountered ! Kind, courteous , fast and prompt and sweet. She had drinks refilled even before I realized one was low. She made frequent checks on us at the table. She made great food suggestions and she was so well put together. This location is lucky to have her. I asked her to pull her manager Dana to tell her also what a good job she is doing and Dana was just as great and proud herself. With hundreds of restaurants from which to choose, most new to me, sometimes I just want a tried-and-true. In a new city, that generally means a chain restaurant. Olive Garden was that for me today. Seating in a booth in the bar area mid-afternoon was quiet and comfortable - perfect! My server, Steven U, could not have been more friendly or gracious and covered about five tables with ease flowing in and out between English/Spanish so that everyone felt seen. Since Steven operates seemlessly without writing down orders, he even laughed with a young child who cautioned him not to forget his special drink! The next time I'm craving Olive Garden's salad, I won't hesitate to head to this location with fingers crossed that Steven is working!

We only stopped to eat here because my daughter wanted spaghetti. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with hot, stuffy air. We were seated immediately at the bar area. There, we waited for 10 mins for our waiter. We placed our entire order, INCLUDING the appetizer, due to fear of possibly having to wait longer to place an entree order. Our food came out, and there was no appetizer in sight. The waiter confirmed that he, in fact, did not enter the order. The waiter checked on us maybe twice. I have to add that his section was not busy. Maybe 4 tables were seated. The restroom was disgusting. Dirty and filthy. Please do not waste your time or money here.

Ate at this location late in the evening on 2/7/23. Restaurant was about half full but still had a 15 minute wait for a table, probably staffing limitations, manager apologized for the wait. My wife's margaritas had a dead fly floating in it, manager was right there when delivered and had a replacement sent. Unlimited soup and salad, had to wait for extended periods before asked if we would like more. Eggplant was overcooked and chewy. Daughter ordered fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken, was missing the chicken when delivered, was told it would be right out but she was done with her meal long before chicken arrived. Most of the food quality was good. We have always enjoyed visiting this location. Staff were all nice but this visit wasn't as enjoyable as past visits.

I was dining alone and was sit in a small offset room in a back booth alone which I found odd but whatever. Food was ok and brought out in a decent amount of time. My soup was not hot and had the large stems from the kale uncooked in it. I ordered my dessert to go and it was brought to me on a plate even after I told the waitress it was to go. I had to wait for her to bring another box. It was not busy it should not have been that hard to get my order correct when I placed it myself on the tabletop device and told her personally it was to go. The stars were for the chicken parm which was great and a larger portion than I expected.

We don't dine in very often. We usually get pick-up so I don't have a solid review of the interior. I can say that all of the employees I've encountered at the pickup area have been fantastic. Half the time someone comes to get my info before I can even send the text that says I've arrived. And I can't remember ever having a problem with something being wrong or missing. I gave 4 stars for food because I'm not a fan of the spaghetti. It's usually a little firm and the sauce is just ok. Everything else is fantastic. My wife says the zuppa Toscana soup is her favorite of any place. Two thumbs up!

Yesterday I use my gift card from guest relations. This time I went to Olive Garden near my home. Had an issue ordering online so I called. Got a friendly voice that took my order. I arrived and was greeted when came in and when I left. The food was so good. Ordered Tour of Italy with salad. Does the Lasagna include meat? It was very cheesy and good. The Alfredo pasta was the best. The sauce was rich and flavorful. The chicken Parmigiana was perfectly cooked. I had no room for salad. A meal enjoyed! The food was excellent. Our server tonight was not very attentive. Got the feeling like every time she came and checked on us that it was disturbing her. I ran out of soup for over 10 min before she came and checked on us. My drink went empty twice. And was Over 10 min after asking for the check when she brought the check. Excellent service as always. We love the unlimited pasta e fagioli soup, the huge tasty salad (we couldn't eat one between three of us) and the unlimited bread sticks. Salad, and a delicious slice of chocolate cake with cream cheese between the layers. Top it off, The Happy Birthday song.. I totally enjoyed every moment. Clean environment, mask practice in effect there. Friendly staff. Table games.. (fee or free $1.99) I played Plants vs Zombies.. I'd like to believe I'm genius when it comes to that one.. My sister, her boyfriend, and I came in for dinner. Our server was Glen. I would love to point out this was our all time favorite experience we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. Our server was EXCELLENT!! First time in a while to an Olive Garden. Came here for a special occasion. We had shrimp and chicken carbonara, steak (which came with a helping of fettucine alfredo), an Italian Margarita, and tiramisu for dessert. Got a five-dollar extra to-go item, spaghetti with meat sauce, too. Food was delicious and the meat and pasta really tasted great. Drink was good too (amaretto mixed in makes it "Italian"). Our server was attentive and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Very glad that we choose to come here for a special time.

This is an old location. Haven't been here in many many years. Overall the store looks okay but really doesn't smell good. Server was fine, not exceptional. Food was the same. About 5 minutes before we left as we were finishing our food a silverfish fell from the ceiling onto my wife's plate. Not the employees fault but certainly left us with a bad impression. Not likely to return.

I’m not sure about the service at rest of the restaurant but don’t sit at the bar! The original bartender that was here was great. The one that came to take his place was not only rude to staff but to customers! I have been sitting here trying to get her attention to order dinner and a glass of wine for over 30 minutes with no luck. To top it off the manager was in the bar area twice and didn’t check to see how anyone at the bar was. There are people lined up for to go and this place isn’t even busy!

My wife has visited this location for several years and she said that Leiny C was the best server she ever had at this location! Thank you for making us feel special and taking great care of us! This is the worst meal I've had in years!! This was on my way back from work and I was looking for a place to grab dinner and there was a parking space right in front of their entry doors so decided to give it a try and what a mistake! Their breadsticks were completely bland, their salad was super salty, and their pasta was flavorless. All their food was awful. My waitress was ok though. Never ever going back if I can avoid it. Getting a bag of chips instead would make a far better meal.

Received a mult-istore gift card for my recent birthday. I'm glad we chose Olive Garden. Had a great soup & salad lunch and took two entrees home with us. Price, service and food were all outstanding.

Ted.. Ted.. Ted! The best waiter I've had in my whole life. He's gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the food, drinks and place. The man deserves a promotion right away! We had a friend visiting from another country and it was their first time in Olive Garden. Ted made sure he'd never forget about it. He simply was amazing! Forget about the food (which was really good), Ted made our day. From our hearts, thank you so much, Ted!

Went there for Father's Day with husband and stepson. Our wait person was very attentive despite having a number of tables to take care of. Food can timely and was delicious.

Food was hot and good! We got soup and salad, and the Spaghetti. The shared salad was delicious, perfect amount of dressing. We added Parmesan cheese. The Pasta Fagioli soup is our favorite. I enjoyed this experience. Like always the food was great I had the chicken and shrimp cabonara with the salad. My about to be 3 year old had the pizza with French fries but what I ready liked was that the waiter Hugo made something that wasn't on the menu happen. I ask for chocolate milk for my son and he said they don't have that but he would she if they could make it. They were able to make it for him. Overall great experience.

Paid at the table register; it charged us for 2 table games, which we did not play, and an extra dinner that we did not order or eat. Didn't look at receipt until back home. Called and was refunded the extra charge. Food was pretty good, tea was so-so. Just beware of that register.

Bought take out to eat at home. Food was typically Olive Garden. Unfortunately the marinara sauce was somewhat bland, not a lot of spices or Italian taste. The zouoa toscata was delicious as always. Their bread sticks were cold and needed to be warmed up.

The food was served cold and the soup was inedible. There were flies flying around our table during our meal. The server was taking care of all the tables in our area near the bar. He did the best he could with having to take care of so many customers. We will NOT be returning to eat here.

This is the second time I ordered chicken alfredo tortellini, but when I got home it was fettuccini. Packaging was unsatisfactory. The plastic bag broke at my door step because they crammed everything in one cheap plastic bag...bread sticks everywhere. Salad was soggy too. Not happy!

Rudy the bartender was the bomb!! Thankfully I was the only one at the bar for majority of the time so I had his attention! He was professional, attentive, friendly and helpful with even a charger for my phone! Food came out hot and quickly! Moscato was on point! It was a quiet night for me.. I saw kiddos but didn’t hear any crying..maybe it was because of how smooth Rudy made my night! Either way, go see Rudy!

Waiter was chill in that he let us know we had bottomless soup and stuff so we didn't miss out on taking food home with us. I'm a sucker for that Chicken Gnocchi soup. Apart from a child loudly channeling the spirit of a Kentucky draft horse (Adorable to me, startled my partner a few times) but it was great.

The food was pretty good. The place was packed with people and the car hop was plesant. I don't know why they have a spot, for tipping, when food is brought to your car. I won't tip unless, I eat inside, and reciveve service. Tasty food and average service.

Appalling, sat at 7:11pm by 7:40pm no one had acknowledged us, came to the table or took any notice. Returned to the host stand to inform them. Manager wasn’t particularly apologetic. We were told the server would be with us shortly when we sat back down. After 10 more minutes and despite raising the issue no one approached the table we left.

Food was decent. If you get salmon, I recommend asking them to not overcook it. I highly recommend trying their desserts. We got to sample three kinds (shown in the picture) The staff was awesome. We got a good waiter named Christopher M. On top of things all the time and very polite. Even just listening to the other waiters I could tell they were likable.

Teresa was an amazing waitress!!! Everything was perfect and exactly what we ordered, we didn’t have to ask for drink refills and she looked extremely busy and everything was STILL timely! I’ve been a server for 9 years, I recognize a great veteran, she’s definitely one Of them!

I gave this a one star. I did a pick up order the hostess told me to head to the bar. I was ignored when i got there by 3 employees. I ordered the buy one take one they forgot my meatballs in my spaghetti. And i ordered the shrimp scampi fritta it looks so slimy i didnt want to even eat it.. For me its a waste of money i will never come back here again..

Enjoyed dinner last night. If you're looking for a place to eat that practices safety precautions, you're safe here. They require masks and if they're on a wait, you are asked to wait in your vehicle and they will text you. The food was delicious and our server Jamie was amazing. The prices were amazing and the portions were huge.

The food was not really good maybe had been sitting up too long because it was cold when it got to us. Breadsticks were hard. The soup was ok. Salad was soggy.

Had a birthday party for a friend. Party room was big and well setup. Food was bland and not well cooked. Appetizers were too cheesy, entrees were too dry, not much oily. But, shout out to the service staff who made it a special occasion.

I have frequented the Willowbrook location starting their Grand Opening day. They have set the bar high for any service industry in their work ethic. The quality has never wavered. I enjoy the menu changes when they add new items. If I could rate them with more stars I would. They really do treat you like family.

Had an amazing dinner on Easter! Thank you!! Martin was our server and he timed everything perfectly! Had just enough time to enjoy our salad fully before he brought out or meal. Just left the Olive Garden, and ordered a salad with extra olives and chicken. It cost $10.37. Got home and looked at the salad. It has exactly 1 olive. Didn't really think I was asking too much for 10 bucks. I don't usually go to Olive Garden and now I remember why it's been 5 years since my last visit.

The best Italian noodle restaurant in the area. Fresh noodles and very authentic Italian food. Prices are very cheap too. Greatest customer service. They always walk around to make sure my table is ok.

Came in for dinner waitress left us with all the dirty dishes on our table and cups we didn’t have room to eat hardly amongst the dishes from the soup and appetizer we were clearly done with. Tried to hand her the cups we were finished with when we had a new refill on the table it all stayed

My wife and mother love this place. It is usually packed so plan a little wait time especially on weekends. I like soup and salad. The wife does cheese ravioli regularly.... Kids meals are nice too.
