Don't be deceived by the Oliver Brown name, this is fast food at its worst. How can you go wrong with a falafel roll??? they did, not even Lebanese bread. How do you go wrong with a vegi burger???They did. All served in take away even though we were eating in. . We can't tell you what the coffee is like...because you can only buy coffee in a take away cups :-(. I am not only disappointed with Oliver Brown but the university...that they would sanction this place. If there was a sustainability rating I would give it only one star. If this was the only Oliver Brown I had been to, I would never consider visiting one again. Visit Hornsbys Oliver Brown, they know how to provide customer service.

I am a student at the University and came back from Summer break only to find the quality of the coffee(cap) went down(thought it might be my personal opinion). More foam, less coffee and the sugar syrup stuck at the bottom. Two of my friends who ordered Mocha the next day also found it was not upto the mark. I don't want to be mean but it was very good in spring.

I love the coffee that they have and their chocolate is awesome but the University branch staff have an unusual attitude , especially if u have free coffee on your loyalty card , they react really weird and don’t get happy to serve you . Also they won’t stamp your card if it’s not their own card ( from the same branch) . …

Mediocre quality and reasonable price,,, There is a special menu for lunch which worths to try including hamburger/cheeseburger coming with chips and can of drink,,, Nice and helpful staff, The coffees serving is really good,,, I would recommend this cafe for students, library users and visitors.

The few times I have come here, I have regretted it. The staff are terrible and just do not listen. The spicy chicken burger is just dripping in chilli sauce - no other flavour gets through. Not to mention very pricey. Way better places on campus to get a decent feed for a better price.

Love the coffee every single time. Oh, and they have those delicious blueberry bagels that are slightly sweet on the outside . Would recommend you check it out. I don’t even attend Uni there but go for the food and coffee …

They have an excellent barrister who makes a beautiful coffee according to your liking. Very quick service and friendly staff who are efficient. Nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating areas for a relaxing time.

I had the worst so-called Veggie burger there, basically just two buns, a patty and some sauce inside. Bad quality and very overpriced. There are better places on campus, with better food. Go there!

Amateur mob. I was served a soggy mushroom ricotta role heated up in the microwave. I think the owner should invest in buying an oven or at least a mini bake and grill unit. Was not impressed!!!

My visit was quiet, and I received food fast, staff were efficient. The breeze through the windows on a hot day was great. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu, visiting is a must!

Great service. Coffee's were delicious. Purchased The Fruit salad also and was delightfully surprised to find the freshest fruits. Crisp And full of flavour.

Love this cafe so much, it's so convinient since it's located inside my uni campus here at Parramatta South campus. The serivce there is good as well.

Great service. They always deliver with quality and class. Good coffee and good food. Best bacon and egg rolls in the WSU Parramatta campus.

Best place at uni ever. Staff are very friendly , always smiling , treat you like a good friend and the service is very fast.

Had a schnitzel sandwich that was at least 2 days old. Avocado was black and the tomatoes were mushy af. Don't eat here

Great place for a hot chocolate. If you are a WSU student also the place to get your free uni breakfast.

Very little counter space making it difficult for women to access purses for payment.
