Won't be shopping here anymore . It's 2023 and you're telling me that I can't get a refund to the original payment method(card it was purchased with). because i do not have possession of a paper receipt? Every retailer offers the ability to return products without the receipt . They also offer emailed/texts receipts . The person I spoke with on the phone stated that they have the ability to look up the purchase but because I don't have my receipt they can only offer an Ollies card? That doesn't make sense. You have my receipt. You can refund my money but choose not to and that is scummy business behavior. Is there a legitimate reason why I would need my receipt if I'm asking for return to the card it was purchased on, the product in its original packaging? I try to keep my receipt but sometimes things like that get tossed . And you are forcing my hand to be okay with a store credit? I don't even want to shop there if that is how you conduct your business. Get with the times.

I recently shopped in your new store in Kansas City. I’ve had one knee replacement and one back surgery. I am awaiting another knee replacement and more back surgery, so I wasn’t sure about all the walking needed to shop in your gigantic store. One of your employees, Shelley, greeted me and was so friendly, She answered my questions and helped me find what I was looking for more easily, With so many stores being shorthanded on employees now and many employees feeling overworked and stressed, it was nice to go into a store where the employees were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I purchased a Batman toy for my grandson for $20. It says on the packaging that it is a Target exclusive. My daughter checked at the Target in the same shopping center as your store and found the same toy for $49.99. I have recommended your store to my family and on social media.

This is really quite the store. Very similar to the cargo Largo but with somewhere between the same and better prices. They have a much better selection but their electronic section is almost nonexistent. Expect. Hi play Dungeons & Dragons and found Dungeons & Dragons character there which was a happy surprise. I would definitely suggest going there super worthwhile visit. Very clean bathrooms are clean the staff is nice there is helpful as they can be seeing as they don’t know what they have but they will definitely tell you where to go to find what you want. If you like cargo Largo your going to like this place.

Some of Ollie's "blowouts" are not discounts at all. You need to be careful and know your prices before shopping here. For example, they had a vacuum cleaner in stock that I've been wanting. Ollie's "blowout" price was $10 higher than Walmart for the same vacuum. There were some other items here that were higher than Walmart or Target. Yeah, there are some discounts at Ollie's but there's also a lot of overpriced junk too. Be careful and comparison shop. Don't assume you're getting a discount because they mark it as a "blowout." You're probably getting screwed and you're overpaying.

This is the store you want to go to if you wanting to save money on home expenses. Definitely get their ollies army discount card. It is not a credit card and then you can shop their Ollies night just for members. I think it is December 10th this year. Special.buys just for members that night 6 to 10. The new store manager Michelle is very nice and helpful. She said that Ollies is still expanding in kansas city and that it is a great opportunity for someone looking for an amazing job to work for.

This is your everyday outlet for items that are bankruptcy, understood or aging stock. Good store, clean, well organized and mostly much cheaper than the stores. Of course, some of items you wouldn't be looking for anymore, but if you want a cheaper, of brand of coffee kcups, or rugs (they have a ton of those), then you are in luck. They also have a rewards program which can get you an additional 15% off, so that makes it even more rewarding. Overall, a good experience with mostly great pricing.

Discount store that has toys, pet stuff and things like laundry supplies and shampoo and things like that that are name brands but discounted. Lots of books as well. It's a neat store to look around in and find a good deal on something. They have a rewards program too. Staff is friendly. Things change frequently because I believe they stock overstocked items which is why you get a discount. But you can definitely find something you need if you take the time to look around.

I like this store and they have great prices. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is because the last time I went to the 95th Street location the power or registers or whatever was going down and we were told that the store was closing at 2 pm. That's fine except that we could only pay with cash and who carries cash anymore? So we ended up leaving our cart of items. Would've been nice to have a sign on the entrance door and I wouldn't have wasted my time.

A fun store! They have so much stuff, and a lot of it is super cheap. I did some Christmas shopping there and was really pleased with the gifts I was able to buy. They have housewares, a huge book section, tons of giant rugs at good prices, cookware, small appliances, furniture, toys, drygoods, and even some clothes. It's also worth stopping in just to take a photo of the giant bobblehead or the hilarious signs all over the store.

I DO love this store and I often find bargains but you have to keep your eyes open to know when a labeled bargain is really a bargain! I always get snacks, household goods, candles, and books. I've been pleased with the atmosphere, staff and the prices so far. Get that rewards card for sure! You'll get coupons sent to your email and they're worth it. It's clean and pretty well organized. I'm a repeat customer!

Ollie's carries a very diversified stock! I was able to purchase energy drinks, k cup coffee pods, caress beauty products, and much more at a reduced price. They offer a buyers card that can save you 15%. Not everything is a great deal. Being a selective buyer is always useful if you shop bargain outlets. I recommend checking this store out, your next bargain may be waiting for you!

So so so much and many things to buy here for a great reasonable price I found a great deal on a battery charger for a automotive very small and light for only 59.99 people listen they have some amazing things from furniture,rugs, mattresses,food,and clothing very very very friendly and great management and staff go shopping until you drop Love it.thanksfor an amazing experience

I really love the prices here, but man the employees really need to work on there attitude I know it's crazy that they work at a store and people do Christmas shopping at‍♀️It's now happened to me twice, I have gotten a cart load of stuff I'm as polite as possible I even help them bag and they still are rude for no reason. The prices really aren't that great. They are ok, but no less than Ross, Marshalls or Big lots. FYI: Their book section is almost all christian books. Even the journals and cookbooks are like: "cooking with Jesus", or "Start your day with a prayer." "Let the Lord help you conquer math class". "Invite God into your troubled marriage." Not my thing.

Compared to Ross, Cargo Largo and Big Lots.... Many items from books to flooring. If purchasing food and household items watch the prices!!! A couple times I've gone in, there were identical items that had the same ounces with 2 different prices. Above all else just open your camera and scan the barcodes to ensure you're getting a good deal!!

Like this place. Only complaints is the disorganization of the store and the long lines. I guess this is to be expected for a new store. One other thing was items being unclearly priced. They would not let me buy 4 items because the price sticker was unclear. Probably just growing pains. They seem to have some nice stuff at pretty good prices!

Lots of stuff. Price show a competition price and then their low price. Looks good until you check and find out they are 10 dollars higher than home Depot on their carpet pad. Just a little deceptive. On the other hand bought hair soap and conditioner a dollar a bottle. Bought some light bulbs cheap. Several things were at a good savings.

Started out ok. As of yesterday,looked like a pathetic attempt of being an outlet store. Empty shelves,messy,unkempt aisles. Went to pick up gift bags,at check out, there were 4 ladies with items ahead of me. One cashier,who seemed to be arguing about something with another employee. I waited a few minutes,then left.

I worked here at Ollie’s for 7 months and absolutely loved this job ( despite the rude customers). Rick Josh and Charlotte are the BEST managers you could ever have. Very understanding and very supportive. I highly recommend working or shopping here. Such an amazing work community. And very cheap prices!

We spent hours in this place, so many bargain's, but sometimes their prices are not below some retail establishments, so buyer be informed, & aware. One of our new favorite places to go, new stuff every Friday!!! Make sure if u see something u want u can buy it right then, because merch moves fast!!!

My husband and I came to check out the store. They had a lot of variety of things. I know the stock of products can change from time to time. We found a couple of good deals. The store was a little messy. The cashier was kind when checking out. We'll be back to see what new things they have.

Ollie's is a fantastic store. The place appears to be a liquidation store and they have incredibly competitive prices. Sure, sometimes the stock may not include stuff you may want. But, that's also the beauty of it. You can come back and you'll never know what you might find.

Such a different and eclectic store. There is stuff from books to garage needs. Indoor and outdoor rugs, toys, fishing gear, kitchen appliances. You name it they probably have it. If you haven't been, don't sleep on this store, there is literally something for everyone

First trip to this store they have a huge variety of products good prices actually really good prices for what I was after coffee sugar butter olive oil tortilla chips and because of how cheap they were large and small flour tortillas and assorted MnMs under 30 bucks

I've been to others while all over the country as a truck driver, but I've been spoiled by Retail Rebel! I'll stick with them for now definitely. Especially their best location on State Ave in KC, Ks (South of State Ave just east of 635. Savings galore every day!

Went here for the first time recently. There were lots of good deals, but it was difficult navigating the store, the aisles were narrow and there were products on the floor. Didn't see any workers on the floor but the cashier who checked us out was nice.

You can definitely find some good deals there, but you still have to be careful as some aren't that great. The store could be a bit more organized and cleaned up a bit but worth stopping in from time to time to see what they have as it always changes.

Very friendly staff. Tons of stuff to see. Prices are reasonable but I didn't consider them super cheap. A lot of the stuff seems to be cheaply made but if you're looking for books they have a lot. Great place for stocking stuffer finds.

The business has died down quite a bit since I came in opening weekend, but everything is still the same. Items were stocked and the aisles were clean and in order. Very good to see! I even bought a cookie sheet for only $2!

I got a great deal on a carpet piece. They even had someone help me carry the item. They have great deals and are definitely worth a look. I also recommend signing up for their card. You can get discounts from time to time.

Not much for discounts. Target dollar spot item, regularly $5, they were selling it for $4. I didn't buy anything when I went because nothing seemed to be discounted any differently that retail stores would.

Sometimes you find good deals, sometimes you don't. Alot of things are normal prices as anywhere else you would shop so it's not really a deal. Employees are all nice and friendly everytime we come here!

Not a large store and you may find a bargain if you just happen in to look around but not a place to go to purchase items that you may NEED immediately, because they have most items are in and out.

Just went to look. Makes me think of Cargo Largo in independence but a little nicer. My son found a good neck pillow there for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it!

Prices are high. There's signs saying others charge a really high fake price and they sale for a lower price but their prices are still higher than Target and places.

I frequently go there to see what bargains I can cash in on. They always have a great selection on all the things they have available. Absolutely love this store....
