Hired Olschewski and Davie to purchase a home, buyout an ex. They requested a second deposit as they came to the wrong calculations, during the same time I had to obtain a bridge loan form the ex. (Yet, you hire a professional because they know what they are doing) Once everything was finalized it took over 10 months to get my paperwork and balance of funds (Only cause I emailed them, no clue if I'd ever get anything back if I didn't say anything) They also sent me a form in an email stating that I'd save thousands of dollars, yet my balance paid back was just over one thousand. Too many variables, poor customer service, too many delays.

I hate giving this firm a 1 but I have no choice. The worst treatment and lack of not only professionalism but practical experience. They took my case without reading it and made a half dozen errors from day 1. I refused to pay for that but it only got worse. They breached our confidentiality agreement, continually tried to force me off of them any time I asked a question. refuse to accept they're wrong or made an error and at the last minute weeks before court, released me as a client for miscommunication. Unbelievable. I currently reporting them to the law society and will see what comes of it. I sure hope I get justice.

Worst law firm. If your buying a house this is NOT the law firm you want. First off they charge an arm & a leg for terrible slow service. It's been a complete nightmare! They didn't do their due diligence and we ended up with a massive water bill from previous owner 3 months after possession. The bill went onto our property taxes because Shelley's communication is nonexistent. She doesn't answer emails, try calling? Nope doesn't anwser those either, you can leave messages and you'll still not hear from them. The issue is unresolved and its been 6 whole months!! Avoid at all costs!!

We bought a house and our realtor suggested this law firm. I contacted them a month before posetion was told they would contact me when they were ready. I called a week before taking posetion and was then rushed to the bank and then the only appointment was the next day to see the lawyer. The lawyer who I was origionally setup with couldnt make it and we signed the documents with some other lawyer. Very dispaointed but they didnt seem to care either way they got my money. Enjoy

The girls in the office are very professional, informative and quick with replies, and Richard has always pointed us in the right direction with our questions/concerns. They look out for our best interests!

Used this law firm for a house purchase. I had leaks and issues in the home i purchased and i requested some information from them in two separate e-mails and called several times. Zero response. So much for upholding the fiduciary duty to your clients as required by law. I do not recommend

Our expierence with the lawyer directly was great but our expierence directly with janet one of the their paralegals was not good at all, I found she was very condescending, rude and I feel like she doesn’t like her job or dealing with people. I wouldn’t use this office again.
