I visited Om after a long time yesterday on my way back from PVR at Promenade. And like always it didn't cease to amaze. With less time on hand, I hadn't been to a bookstore in a while, generally buying most books online. But if you are a bibliophile, the sheer pleasure of touching a book, sifting through the crisp pages and reading an excerpt to figure if it works for you can't be outdone. It is that magical wonderland Om takes you back to and if you used to frequent your neighbourhood book shop as a kid, visiting Om will make your nostalgic. The spread of the titles is fabulous, mostly something you may not find online readily. There are discounts on offer if you become a member and it is free to become one. Visit Om and you will never buy a book online again! Highly recommended.

There is a reason people prefer ordering books online these days and my latest experience at Om validated it. The staff is uninformed and rather slow. Two books I was looking for weren't there. They have their own version of the classics which are poorly written. I finally managed to select two which I wanted to get gift wrapped. I was in a hurry and asked the person at the counter to start wrapping while the payment was getting processes. He refused saying let the payment be completed first. Was I going to run away with the wrapped books? It was demeaning.

Always good to be here, I've been visiting this store for 5 years now and it has always been well kept and welcoming. They have an exhaustive collection of books that range from bestsellers to classics to children's books, encyclopedias and even comics. One of the best things however are the little futons that let you sit and browse through a book before you buy it. Excellent!

It's a wonderful book shop with good collection of books and selected variety of stationeries. It is located in DLF promened mall in Vasant Kunj. Perhaps this is the best boo shop in the locality. OM book shop is also a publisher and it has published international classics to made available at an affordable price. Time to time you may get some discount on selected products.

I am not a book reader. I go there only for stationary. They have a small but good collection of stationary. Most of the so called good stationary shops in the city have a collection of luxor (pilot) or uniball pens with very rare new additions. But at om book shop everytime i visit ,i always get some new additions to the collection

a solution to lack of book stores is solved with OM book store. wide variety topics catering to one and all is their specialization. Good one to spend few minutes to pic up the recent titles. though Amazon is there... feeling of going through titles and shelfs is another experience. a must visit if u r in vasanth kunj in delhi

It's not very big so there's a chance you won't find the book you're looking for, although there's a wide variety. Some days it is very crowded and it's difficult to walk. The helpers will point out most books to you. I love it because it always smells of books and if you want you can even sit and read for a while.

This place is situated inside the mall on the second floor nearby the Cinemas, This book store have good options to purchase all the books and study stuff for kids including the Novels as well for Adult audience.overall it's a nice place to visit,you will feel good after visiting it.

The bookstore has a wide variety of books and categories of books to choose from. The store is well organised. There are books for kids too. It has a good stationary section for pens, notebooks, colours, etc. They recently came out with some colourful bags for kids.

Good selection of books and stationery. But it's not as exhaustive as some of the better-stocked indie stores, and because they focus on promoting their own titles (Om also publishes books), you can't be certain that you'll find a non-Om title here.

Your experience will vary from store to store...by far the in GIP mall in Noida is the best as it has a very knowledgeable sales person who can help you with any book and recommend more as per your interests. Go to place for any books requirement.

Everything else is fine. The staff is helpful. The air cool. Stationery collection is good. But this store particularly doesn't have a very good collection of books. And prices very high on old books too. Which you can get at a lot less on Amazon.

Well stocked and maintained bookshop. Helpful staff. A disappearing tribe. I try to visit and buy occasionally, as a meagre contribution to ensure they stay afloat. Still, they need to do more to survive. Some events would be nice.

Very disappointed to see they have little genuine stock in books in Hindi...the response was also very casual....they should change their name from ' Om'....to' Disney World' or something!!! Hindi books naam matr ko???

A book store!! The only bookstore in a three shopping mall complex. Caters for every hot and best seller. The place will be much better if there are seating cushions and/or ottomans for people browsing through books.

A rare sight! A book store! Who sells books nowadays?! They've got a collection that obviously isn't enough for the appetite of a voracious reader, but, is still enough to make us bookworms appreciate the store.

Nice shop, all sorts of books are available and arranged in their respective sections,and staff is amicable, just ready to help, even if u ask for recommendation they will definitely suggest books on your taste.

The book collection is great and the staff is helpful. Only complaint I might have is the unavailability of high quality loose leaf college ruled paper/binders (found this in the DLF Saket branch).

I love going to this place with my daughter who has a great interest in reading...they have a good variety of kids story and also activity books...prices are lil high though
