You might get good service, depending on who you speak to. Have bought a screen protector with 3 months warranty in December. It cracked in 1 month time so I brought it back to be replaced. The staff member there was amazing, had it done in 1 sec no issue. Now it’s only the second month. The protector cracked again and this time when I brought it in, there was another guy who was quite reluctant to replace it. He claimed that the warranty policy had changed long time ago and it should be 1 month warranty rather than 3 months. I explained that I was told by another staff member that the product I bought came with 3 months warranty and during this period if there is any damage they could get it replaced. He responded in a quite impatient and slightly rude tone like “ oh so you want to EXTEND the warranty to March?”. I wasn’t trying to extend anything, it is just what I was informed in the first place. I appreciate the fact that this guy still replaced the protector for me. It’s just the attitude that’s really disrespectful. He acted like I was trying to rip him off, but I am not. Anyways, other staff members are amazing and friendly. It might be this one guy who’s not very professional in customer services.

I had a very bad experience at this place. 1. Gave my laptop to repair on 8th Sep and I was informed that damage assessment will be done by 12th Sep but I have to go to shop on 15th Sep to find out nothing has been done. 2. I was told that on 16th I will get the laptop as I was upset that nothing was done. 3. I followed up on 16th and 18th Sep and couldn’t get the laptop. 4. On 19th Sep I got response from them that it is available with them to be picked up. 5. I was able to collect on 22nd as the shop is not open beyond 5pm. Above is the sequence of event and I am not worried about that. I am upset about the fact that after a week I was made to realise that it’s not their fault. When I checked on 12th that will they assess the damage and let me know, I was asked additional time. The attitude I felt was that they are doing a favour to us and that too for a paid service. I wish I never go to this place.

I sent my laptop to the shop on August 25th, and as of today, I still haven't received any communication via phone or text regarding the status of my laptop. I made a phone call on September 17th and visited the shop on October 2nd to address this issue, but all they told me was that the laptop is "under repair." I know this is an unacceptable excuse because in my previous three service experiences with this shop, they provided a note and a bill, giving me the option to proceed with the repairs. It's been over a month, and my laptop seems to have vanished, along with the staff's incompetence in communicating with their customers. I'm extremely disappointed.

The only place I trust for any phone or computer repair. The staff are friendly very courteous. I had a major issue with my mobile phone where no other phone repair shops would bother fixing my phone but a gentleman named Charles not only got my phone working perfectly again but also gave me an excellent price. I refer everyone I know to use their services. Not once have i had an issue with my mobiles after any repair and on top that the extras such a screen protectors are always applied perfectly so you dont have to constantly reapply the protector. Thanks again for the quick support and happy experience all together.

I like it when small business does something that maybe small however they are exceptional at it. The reason for the 5 star review is that the owner made a little job such as installing a tempered glass on to my phone and there was no charge to this. It is the little additional things that impress me. Therefore he will always get my business in the future. These types of businesses are better than any of the franchises and they are better than corporate repair specialists.

Dropped my phone off for repair in the morning, they ordered the part required immediately, which arrived within a couple of hours, and my phone was ready for pick up that afternoon. This was a surprise given my phone is a less common brand. Will go back for any future repairs! Edited to add: I had to drop my phone off the day after because the speaker also stopped working after I dropped it on the weekend. They fixed it free of charge!

I went here to fix a black screen Macbook pro 2020 model. They told me that screen had to be replaced, however, I did not proceed with that and asked it to be returned. What I got is with a physical crack on monitor. Apple confirmed that it was a physical damage and I am 1000% sure that was not my original black screen monitor. Question is how black screen turns into a physical damage after the inspection.. WARNING!

Had my S20+ screen replaced. Timely and polite service completed in 30min. Phone has never worked better. Respect to the staff who took the job and finished it quickly. These repairs aren't cheap but it was an official Samsung Repair Kit which is several hundred dollars in of itself. Recommended for phone repairs if you're in the area.

Great mobile repair shop especially if you have a phone that is not the major big brand. I have asked five shops before i found them who can replace my Oneplus 8 back cover. I paid the deposit for ordering the part and a few days later went here and waited a bit over 40 mins and all was done.

Had 2 camera cover on iPhones for $20 each. Could have bought 3 for $10 online but didn’t mind to give them the business if they can do a good job. Both cracked in no time (one cracked the next day) and caused more damage. Very low quality product. Won’t shop with them again.

Brought my hard drive for fixing, charged me 500 dollars, no receipt, no service details, no evidence of procedures they carried out, only recovered 200GB broken files and one stupid excuse saying the hard drive is damaged.
