I signed a contract to use their facilities but gave no cheque or money And when qestioned further there were no doctors on site for my heart condition and the guy said to just think about it and when you cone in the next time jhst bring a blank cheque with you. So after thinking about it decided not to attend because there is no doctor on site in the event i ever needed one. I never went back. I never used their vacility never received a fob never received anything fron them. Its now 5 years later and i found out when i was denied a bank loan that they put me into collections. How the hell can they do this !!! i have never used their facilities never received fob for members. Never even gave them a cheque yet i owe them bums!! I called shane and he said they would take care of it,,, im still wating!!! It is still in collections!! Its been a yr now my good credit rating has been marred by this one incident going back to 2010 this is the only thing on my credit record against me. How did they manage to pull this off!! They only care about your money. Not your health otherwise the guy i was dealing with would never have allwed me to fill out their application in the first place knowing perfectly well of my heakth issues!! Never go there!! Unless you like giving your money away!!

The good: if you need cardio machines and iron you got it all! There are classes for group sessions as well. Personal training for better results, massage therapy, -registered with insurance companies, so you can deduct the cost from your health account. Upbeat ambiance, good menu for post-workout meals and a wide variety of shakes. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready for members! The bad: The gym can be "messy". Although members should tidy up after themselves, staff (trainers) should ensure a safer floor at ALL times. Treadmills are not working, will be fixed:??? The ladies bathroom is crying for a plumber in the last six months. Toilets are leaking or plugged, the shower is leaking into the next room. Two sinks out of three are clogged...The roof is dripping in the gym area...hm...

Previous owner Shane stole money from members and clients. He would double charge and pocket half. He also did not pay the personal trainers properly. The gym is now in a state of disrepair. Equipment was stolen and machines need repair. There is no sauna in the females change room. If you had a previous account with them cancel it. Dont believe me? Check your bank statement. It will speak for itself. The name will change to Airways fitness but the new owner is very bad at talking with people and seems angry all the time. He just wants money with minimal effort on talking with people and getting to know them. If he learned how to smile he may keep a few people. How can you be in management if you cant manage people? There is no juice or snack bar and only 1 personal trainer.

Five Stars For The Trainers. the two trainers here are siblings and have amazing charismatic personalities. I always encourage new and current members with fitness goals to train with either of them and or register for a class they instruct. whether your meeting them for the first time ever or for the first time in 6 months their compassion and the sincerity that comes with it always makes me feel like I'm speaking with a close friend. The layout of the machines make some areas cramped. Members, for the most part, have good gym etiquette. The staff will absolutely exceed your expectations, they're as responsive and as they are enthusiastic. the gym is a 5 min run away from a pathway that links to the Nose Creek and Bow River pathways,

I had no problem with this place except when I was ready to move on. I jumped through all the hoops and signed all the papers to close my account, but a few months down the road I was 'regretfully' informed by one of the staff that I had 'x' amount of dollars owing. Apparently my membership wasn't cancelled at all, and when I tried to explain this, with evidence, my argument was not acknowledge and I had to pay back the full amount under threat that this would go to 'collections'. I don't want to harp on them too bad, but I was extremely offended how the closing to my membership transpired. In conclusion, I would not recommend this gym. Customer service is very important to me and I did not feel heard when it really mattered.

I’ve been at this location for 5 plus years it has gone through different management. The facility is nice but is very cramped for space and half of the machines that have broke are never fixed or replaced. I tried to cancel my membership due to the hours but was charged a cancellation fee even though I was never on a contract. Also during renovations they do them during the middle of the day during gym hours which means you cannot use some of the equipment. This should be completed after hours and not interfere with members precious time. Used to be a great gym but the quality has really gone down over the years hopefully this management learns from their mistakes.

Was at this gym for 3 years (my review may be a little dated because of that) until I moved and it became too inconvenient. Basically it's a favorably priced gym with flexible payment options, but you do get what you pay for to a degree. The good things are it was never crazy busy like the bigger franchise gyms can be, had sufficient equipment, and it was fairly clean and well maintained. The bad was that the sauna worked half the time, the change rooms were small to the point you'd have to wait for a shower at busy times, and the crowd wasn't the best of the gyms I've gone to. All in all it's a decent option at a favorable price point.

I love this gym. Totally old school school vibes without the attitude. Lots of trainers always kicking around willing to help and educate. All the people who work here, fitness is truly their passion. This isn't your regular corporate gym. We have all been there questioning the abilities of the staff member who is speaking to us like "bro could you do what your asking me to do?" Not here! The trainers live what they preach and are true athletes. The facilities themselves have tons of equipment, never found myself feeling crowded or overwhelmed even at the peak of busy times when more people are working out. I highly recommend this gym.

TL;DR - best gym in Calgary. I love this gym. The owner, Alex, is a solid man with integrity, charisma, and drive. The clients are varied, but everyone is there for the right reasons. They have all of the equipment I've ever needed; from tires & ropes, to powerlifting platforms, and even obscure things like a glute-ham developer. All of the trainers are personable and knowledgable, even if they're off-duty. It's a one-stop-shop for massage, chiro, nutrition, tanning, and even have readymade meals. I only wish they were in more cities across north america so I didnt have to downgrade when I'm out of town and need a workout!

I was at that gym for three year, decided i needed a change of environment. My membership was up for renewal in September 2016, so i decide not to renew. Well its March 2017 and both my credit cards are being charged each month. Don't believe management that they will reverse charges, call your credit card company and report fraud and change your cards. These guys will make promises and never keep them. Not a bad place but they will keep your card on file and keep charging it. Remember: A thief will steal your money but a liar will steal your reality. These guys are both liars and thieves. (From a song i heard).

Want to be positive but really hard about this gym. Been there for 6 years faithfully , Shane the owner does not seem to care about cleanliness at all. All the machines with screens have no cable on them , even getting towels on a daily is difficult their usually wet and limited. Steam room is always down and the staff don't really seemed to be trained to answer any questions. Now cancelling my membership , been double charged twice and now Shane does not return any calls of messages left for him. Sorry usually positive , but a bad business is a bad business good luck in the future

I’ve been working at the NE location for almost a year now and I love training here as a member and working with my clientele! The vibe is incredible here. Best atmosphere I’ve worked at in a gym and I’ve been in the industry for almost 20 years now. It’s old school and very accepting of everyone. It’s a true community where we all grow and work together to help our clients needs and just enjoy connecting with each other on a day to day basis. I highly recommend people that are serious about their health to come by this place and do a free trial and get a feel for the place.

So when I went there first time, 8 month back, my motivation was that it is near my home. The old owner 2 years back ruined the reputation of the place. But it was near my home and I was paying monthly. The gym now is better, not too busy. Equipments are fine and functioning good. Prices are little higher than before, yet still within range. I did not engage in any activity inside like you’ve or any of the boot camp or fitness classes. To sum up, if u want a good gym that is not busy and with plenty of equipments, this will be the perfect place

Was a member for 8 years. There were issues but for me it was convenient and never really busy. I am sad to read some of the stories here. There were always issues with the steam room and there were no consistent classes. The staff were constantly changing often openly angry with management. But if you just wanted to put you headphones on and get down to business this place was great. It is too bad management took the place for a ride, I guess I saw it but just never cared because the gym fit my needs and there were lots of great people there.

It's a decent club with the shining feature being the members. I have limited exposure to the staff considering the times I go but from what I have seen they are friendly and willing to give out advice or help as asked. The men are clearly favored as clients here as I was quite surprised to hear from my female friends about the shabby looking change room and lack of sauna for them. Though I suppose this could be a temporary oversight. All in all an average gym for a decent price with friendly non competitive members.

What is happening with me in this gym never happen anywhere with me .should be i pay before 29.09.2023 to not miss my membership I go in them Branch in 28.09.2023 and they take from me 50$ and after one day they tell your member cancel and money also if i want should be do membership from begining to pay more than 70$ not professional work to take money in that's way . I have 14 years experience to control gyms first time I see gym they care about money more than sharing sport between peopl.sorry about that

Love this gym!! The staff as well as the personal trainers are amazing! Super friendly and they really believe in you and your goals and push you to achieve them. The gym is clean and has a nice steady flow of people coming in instead of getting super packed at certain times, so you're never stuck waiting forever for a machine. Prices are flexible, which is nice incase you go through a rough patch like so many of us do. I wont go to any other gym after being here. AND now its 24/7 :D

Absolutely love One for All Fitness! Best gym I’ve ever been to! The staff are super friendly, everyone has made me feel comfortable and welcome even though I’m a newbie to the gym. Wide variety of equipment and set up so that it is visually pleasing. Also, I love how many trainers there are to help you for your fitness needs. Sydney Rarog my trainer has been amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable and super friendly! 5 star rating!! I absolutely love everything about it.

Absolute mess of a gym. You can”t get a hold of anyone to talk to unless you go there? And even when you go there the manager is never there. My 3 year contract ended 2 months ago, and they will not stop taking money out of my account. And I can’t get hold of anyone to stop it. I will have to go through my bank. It’s sad when a gym is nothing but a money grab. I suggest to anyone to go to a proper gym with management who know what they are doing. Thanks

Have not been there for quite a long time. Nadine was very pleasant and accommodating at the reception area. The layout is pleasant and it is nice not see too much of the rah rah or high pitch sales you encounter at other places. The smoothies are fine and the parking , location and value is very good. Appears to be well rounded workout area and a variety of people too. Will return when we get the opportunity. Thanks again

The new owners are great! Love the vibe and community. They have up graded all the equipment and fixed broken down equipment from before. You can tell they actually care and address members by their name. They even brought new equipment in. Im very pleased with my second home away from home. Its sad they took on the google reviews and picture/ ratings from previous owners. Google should address that.

Non-renewing after a year + of membership. Membership prices very competitive, 24hr access is convenient. Bathrooms and equipment consistently dirty and in need of repairs. Stereo in group-class studio broken for weeks. Staff bring their children to work while on shift, despite being an adult-only facility, no child-care offered. Emails to Management regarding these issues go unanswered/disregarded.

I was hesitant to go back here as the old location was run down and staff seemed to only care about signing me up. The new owners have cleaned it up, moved the equipment to something that feels more open and good energy, and you can tell they care more than your membership status. I will be back for tanning, great shakes and a workout when I’m back in Calgs. Great rates, staff and vibes all around.

One for all is a very welcoming, encouraging, and supportive fitness facility. It has an overall family feel to it and you're always greeted with a smile and warm welcomes when you arrive!! I highly recommend one for all fitness to anyone who is looking for a gym to train at whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone just starting on their fitness journey! I went to this gym. My contract ended, but they kept on taken money from my account. I called but they say they can't stop payments over the phone. I went in it took 3 visits to see a manager. Crazy only a manager can stop payments. When i did get a hold of him these were his words " I want you to stay with us so just come in the gym and workout" So yes he did not return my money. DONT GO HERE

The best gym I have been to… I absolutely love it! Chris and Alex are amazing owners, staff are friendly, and the gym itself has a great functional flow. I don’t tend to chat to people while I’m training… but those that I have spoken to are nice and respectful. I’m in the best shape of my life and I dropped 60lbs. Big thanks to these guys making the gym atmosphere feel comfortable and clean!

This gym is small and terrible with communication. I've been trying for a month and a half to cancel my membership and have had no reply. I've call, left messages and come in. Not a single person has contacted me back and they are still charging me. I would never suggest this gym to a friend. Because appetmtky if you need to cancel they just ignore you and continue charging you.

Hello dear I came a 7 days ago and I had an appointment for some buddy his name is prince. The appointment was at 11 Am . I arrived at 11:00 on the time and I asked about him the man he was standing behind the counter he told I will let him know to meeting you. I waited for 30 minutes no buddy showed up at me . It was so dissatisfied I lost my time for a very bad gym.

AVOID! They will charge exorbitant "cancellation fees" despite explaining that I was attending school at a new province, they insisted I had to pay a $100 cancellation fee plus they tacked on an extra month. Every other fitness place I've been to require a month notice and that's it. If you are a student or low income definitely avoid this place!!

Love this gym! Staff is helpful and polite. Members clean up and tend to keep to themselves. Now open 24hrs which is great. Nice juice/snack bar to grab a clean bight. Weight and machines well kept in my opinion. Membership price is fantastic in comparison to some of the larger outfits. Never seams to be to busy. Now time to go workout!

I've been going to this gym location since 2016 under different names and ownership. All I can say is thank you to One For All for taking over and showing the true potential of this gym. I love the atmosphere, cleanliness, equipment, staff and above all the people that now call this gym home. It really is a community of great people!!

Horrible. I cancelled my no contract membership and they continued billing me for 5 months, and even double billed me one month. I had been calling and complaining constantly. I have called over 25 times and gone in person several times and still haven't received a refund. The manager is NEVER there, and does not return phone calls.

This is like my second home. Great staff and people all around. Love the equipment and vibe. A gym like you never experienced before. Awesome locally own gym. The rates are far more reasonable than any of the big chains and they are never as busy! Win, win. Everyone who works here is super friendly and they also have a great little smoothie, sandwich bar. My only complaint is I wish the hours were longer. They close at 10pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends.

Okay, so I really like it here. I thought it would be a bit of a challenge to adjust to the fact they have no classes, as I am a beginner. But nah, it made me focus solely on myself and my journey and I enjoyed that, it also helps that they have every machine I need for my workouts.....no really it's so many!!

Great staff, 24 ×7, decent crowd, juice/ food bar, steam room and more. There's different fitness classes, there's an on-site massage therapist. They have it all under one roof which is awesome. I haven't used all the services so I can't comment on everything individually. It deserves 5 star rating.

I’ve been going to this location for over 14 years. Experienced lots of owners/operators during that time, and Alex is, by far, the Best owner I’ve experienced! The gym looks very professional, is always clean, and equipment is well maintained. He listens to his members and acts on their concerns.

Hands down my favorite gym in the city. It has awesome membership rates to go along with a hygienic workout environment that offers a large variety of equipment. The owners and staff are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement to the members. Overall there are great community vibes.

I work out there every morning and love it. The equipment is better than any of my other gyms ive been too. Means alot to me to have my results show and ive definitely found my watering hole. Staff are great and very caring and ive seen consistent im provements with their facility.

The new owners totally overhauled the place when they took over a last year. They brought in new equipment and fixed a lot of things around the place. I’m never super comfortable going to the gym but every time I go here, the people working are always great and very welcoming!

I was really hesitant about getting back into the gym, I have never been in a gym that gives the same welcoming environment as one for all fitness. The owners are engaging and great people; everyone is incredibly friendly and encouraging. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Edit # Jun 23 2020. Surprisingly the gym is out of business again and I have lost my full year of advance payment AGAIN (yeah it happened before). New management is awesome and like it so much better than before. Thankfully we have a gym again which is convenient for me.

Under new Management as of January 1, 2018. Previous owner "Shane Moch", stole All members fee's and took off! I renewed for 1 year in November, so will probably get screwed. Talking to other members, it seems like I wasn't the only one. What a low life "SCUM BAG" !!!!!!

This gym has closed under the current owner Shane since December but he is still taking money from people's bank accounts. I would call this stealing people's hard earned money which he doesn't deserve since Fitness Group does not operate the gym anymore.

This gym is the best gym I've ever been a member of! Amazing atmosphere, amazing equipment and amazing staff! Extremely comfortable environment for all different fitness levels. I recommend this gym to everyone! The protein shakes are top notch!!!!

I'm very happy with the new owners . The gym is so professionally run. Great community. It also doesn't look like subway anymore. Everything is fixed and upgraded. They also brought in a lot more equipment the facility was missing.

Been going there for a few years. Its ok, there's constant problems with the showers and steam room, Also guys are the only ones with access to the steam room. Lastly the cleanliness is NEVER consistant

Usually it's fine. It's Sunday hours say 8am to 8pm and it's 840am now still not open, I've been here since 750am. Not impressed.

Place has good equipment. Change rooms are kind of neglected because no staff for a 24/7 establishment. Sauna was broken.
