Dr. Robert Duhaney is easily the best physician you could have. I have been his patient for at least a decade. He was originally in the DFW area, but moved to Austin. I now drive down there to see him as a patient (plus, I get to go to Austin). Very caring doctor and excellent staff. If I had issues other MD’s couldn’t help and sometimes made it worse. I see him and his wealth of knowledge zeros right in on the likely issue. Something as simple as checking my Vitamin D levels had me feeling better once I started on regular Vitamin D purchased from the store. No RX needed. He’s also very attentive to his patients’ needs. He listens to you and includes you, your concerns, etc., in your care plan, treatments, etc. He is the best and most compassionate, sincere MD I’ve ever known (& I’ve got 33+ years in the medical field). Plus, he’s brilliant at helping his patients with medical issues to improve quality of life no matter how minor or major. <3

I highly recommend checking out One Medical. The downtown office is a new, modern facility, and has a lab in the office. This makes bloodwork and other tests convenient to complete. The staff is excellent. Dr. Duhaney is knowledgeable, an excellent listener, personable, and works to build out a comprehensive health plan with you. As a patient I feel actively involved in any final decisions that are made. The rest of the staff that I've interacted with all seem to put customer service first, whether by email, phone, or in person. I feel informed at all times both before and after office visits. Lastly, One Medical makes keeping up with your health records and needs really easy with the app. Whenever you need advice there are multiple channels to get the information you need, ranging from messaging to live video chat.

Dr. Duhaney is the best!! He is so knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns and works with you to make sure that you're receiving high quality care. I love One Medical because I can always get ahold of a provider through the app if I'm having an issue afterhours or on the weekend. Office visits are incredibly pleasant too because the waiting area is absolutely beautiful and the reception staff is super friendly.

THE BEST annual physical experience I've ever had. Fast, efficient, they use the One Medical App and reply almost immediately to any question or concern, they dont overcharge, never felt rushed, they answered all my questions with kindness. Victoria Razgunas NP and Robert Duhaney MD have been awesome. I can't recommend this place enough. Will never visit another healthcare provider after this.

Absolutely terrible service. They promise same or next day appointments - this is the fastest office in Austin right now and its over a week wait to see anyone. Customer service is condescending when raising this issue and do a lot of gaslighting pretending like this is normal. AVOID AVOID AVOID - do not use One Medical in Austin.

I can’t recommend this office enough! Victoria Razgunas and Dr. Duhaney were both absolutely amazing. Their caring and exceptional service made my recent visit to this doctor's office an outstanding experience. The overall atmosphere of the office is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be back for future needs.

Poor customer services. Never able to call in. The line is always busy. Suggest you book appointment through the App, otherwise you will never get the care. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service & they will bill your insurance incorrectly so they can turn a profit. Steer clear & go to Crossover Health if you can!

Have been seeing Dr Duhaney since he got to Austin, he is great! His staff is amazing as well
