"DO NOT PARK HERE!!! The parking owners Carlos and Jony are racist and discriminate against south Asians"
"This Parking located under the residential building , one way only on left side parking for Bicycles, I do not advise park there specifically on weekends , enter in and go out will make you wait for long time , instead of use open parking on the Beach 116 street for $20 which $10 less then this one"
"I had a terrible experience today, I gave my car to valet, wasted 30 mins to get my car on the way out , garage was packed with many cars and people"
"Left car , came back in few hours, couldn’t find attendant he was sleeping in van"

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! The parking owners Carlos and Jony are racist and discriminate against south Asians. I live in the building and from day one both these guys have had it out for me. When they increased their rates, I spoke to Carlos who was rude, aggressive and disrespectful. I then spoke to Jony, who then lied about giving deals to other residents. I told him I have emails and texts where he negotiated lower rates for other residents, all of whom were white. Because I had his lies in writing, he increased those resident rates to the listed prices, and kept the garage the same. If I didn’t say anything, I would have been the only one without a negotiated rate. Secondly, the garage has grocery carts for residents that they can use. While I no longer park in the garage, I do live in the building and I can use those carts. I needed to unload my car after a 7+ hour journey and Carlos wanted to charge me for the incredibly short time period to unload the car. Keep in mind, this was the first time I’ve asked to unload my car in the garage, when I don’t park there because it was such a long trip (and again, I live in the building!!). I gave him the respect to tell me where best to put my car so that it wouldn’t disturb their operations - which is completely slow during the weekdays. Instead of working with me, he insisted I pay. The garage owners do not care about the residents in the building. They only care about making money. And don’t let them fool you, they don’t care about your car either. I have multiple dings and dents from this garage! Let’s see if their response to my comment is the same as all the other people below.
