Nadine is the best strength training coaches i’ve ever had! I told her the areas I wanted to improve on and she made workouts specifically designed to improve my target areas. She is so sweet and it feels like i’ve known her my whole life. She makes me feel very comfortable and always ensures i’m doing the correct form during workouts.
I’ve been training with Nadine for a while now and it’s the best work outs I’ve ever had. The small scale group classes at one trainings are amazing, no two days are the same. Nadine is very keen on challenging yet, understands your capabilities and works with you individually. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Nadine at One Trainings really makes you feel important when you are doing your workouts. I tried a variety of gyms in the Toronto area but none have really made me feel great after or wanting to go back.
I've been taking classes here for a while and love it . Nadine is great always making sure our form is correct so we don't get injured and each class were always doing something new never repetitvie.
