At first, I thought they were genuinely nice. But, was mistaken. I had to get 4 composites replaced and now only have 3 done. Last week I was called by Krissy about my Saturday January 30th appt. to finish the last composite appt to replace my metal filings. Normally she was nice, personable and friendly. This time right off the bat she sounded direct, and cold. She said because I'm unreliable and missed many appts they need to reschedule me. (I was taken back and kind of like..."Wow!) She said Saturday is so busy for them and because I won't show they want to rebook me for a weekday! I asked for a Saturday appt because I didn't want my 11yr old daughter to be alone as she is going thru some anxiety and stress due to the Pandemic. I told them this. That's why I had to cancel an appt for. The other appt I cancelled was because I had a fever of 38.9 and felt unwell. The form you fill out online before the appt asks you many questions about Covid and symptoms. Because I had a fever, they're form says to stay home. Which I did to be safe and responsible. So, after she said that to me, it lingered with me and didn't sit well with me. How she said it. How she sounded. That was unprofessional and a personal attack towards me. She booked me for a new appt Jan 28th n Thursday @ 3:10pm. I arrived at 3pm. As I always like to arrive a little early. Just being there bothered me. I ended up sitting there til 3:3o when I asked, "Excuse am I being punished because I'm unreliable and cancel alot according to you?" Krissy asked what I meant, I said you know wat I mean. I told her about the phone chat, she said that came directly from the big boss Dr.Lotey. she then went to the back and came back after a min or two. She said you'll be in soon. I got called after waiting til 3:36 and went with the nurse to the back. She asked me sit down in the chair and take off my coat. I did, she gave my mouth rinse, I rinsed. But as I did, I was seething with anger and no longer wanted them to have my business, so I left. I walked out. As a single dad with a little girl. I now honestly see their true colors and attitude. Do NOT go to this office. I also had to go to another dentist office to get my bite fixed. Which they were supposed to have done my last appt. I was biting my cheeks! I had to pay out of pocket $91 to fix their work! Not worth the hassle, very unprofessional or personal attacks. -------------- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE -------------

The first time I went to this office I was happy and impressed with (1) the convenience of having the office down the street from where I live - I am always happy to support local businesses when and if I can- (2) the staff was kind and courteous, and (3 ) I thought Dr.Lotey had done a fantastic job on my teeth and I was happy to have found a dentist with his skill set. Fast forward to the last couple of weeks. Two weeks ago I walked out of the office without having my teeth cleaned or my cracked tooth repaired because my new insurance had not kicked in just yet and reception failed to contact me to let me know before I arrived. This evening I walked to the office for my rescheduled appointment to have the cracked tooth fixed; a crack that was identified at my last appointment. The assistant wanted to perform more X-rays that in my opinion were unnecessary so I refused. Forty-five minutes later I walked out of the exam room because no one had come in to check on me, upon speaking with the receptionist I was informed that the dentist was running behind. It was clear to me that informing me of this setback was low on their priority list so I left. My time is valuable and this office has wasted it unnecessarily. Communication, quality services and a high standard of customer service should be a given in the dental industry and this office has proved that quality and consistent service are not a top priority. I am sad to say that I will not be returning and nor will any other member of my family.

I was unfortunately forced to find a new dentist after being with my last one for over 15 years; to say I was dreading it would be an understatement. One67 had just opened up the street so I thought I would give them a try, and wow I am so glad I did. When I called to book the appointment I spoke to Mary, she was very sweet and did her best to get me in fast, as I normally do I requested special treatment and asked to see the dentist sooner than they could book me in, she did her best but couldn't get me in any earlier, I then got the "we will call you if we have a cancellation line" as is standard of course. My first impression was good, Mary was great but it quickly got better when to my surprise Kristal, the office manager, called me to let me know she had found me a early spot! When I arrived for the appointment Kristal was there to greet me and welcome me to their new clinic, the environment was bright, fresh and super clean. They were clearly taking Covid seriously and that put me at ease. Dr. Lotey and Mary treated me and did some major work. I am no fan of the dentist generally but this was as good as an experience as one can have well getting dental work done. They are a wonderful team :) I have actually been back since to have other work completed and the experience was more of the same, great people, great place. I highly suggest you do as I did and check them out, I cant see anyone leaving this place unsatisfied.

I do not normally write reviews but I must express my appreciation for the outstanding staff at One67 Dental. I recently had a dental emergency and was treated by the caring professionals at this clinic. Kristal, the Office Manager, was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Lotey. It was a busy afternoon but Dr. Lotey took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment and patiently discussed all my concerns. He is soft spoken, calm and reassuring. Dr. Lotey and his efficient assistant, Mary, rebuilt my tooth as I had broken off a huge portion of a filling as well as a large part of my tooth. It was not an easy fix but I left with no pain and a fine looking tooth. The entire team, at this clinic, is friendly and welcoming. Their behavior is calm and relaxed even though they are busy. This demeanor certainly eases ones anxiety about a dental visit. I was not the only emergency patient that afternoon, they do their best to accommodate people that have urgent dental needs. I am definitely switching to One67 Dental for my future dental needs and strongly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I came in for an appointment with Dr. Surya for the first time to have a full check up and cleaning. Arranging a time with the clinic was quick, efficient and easy. I really enjoyed the automatic reminders and communication. It made things easy without feeling like I was being spammed. When I arrived at the clinic, I was very impressed by the cleanliness and was greeted immediately on arrival. After checking in, I was taken in almost immediately by one of the assistants (Kim). Kim was very polite and accommodated me when taking pictures/xrays of my teeth. I've been known to have a gag reflex but she was able to make things easy and constantly reminded me to breathe. When Dr. Surya walked in, he was extremely polite and calm. During the check up, he had a personable and charming bedside manner. He was very gentle and pointed out the issues I have, but forgot about. He was very professional and treated his team well. You can definitely tell he is passionate with what he does. If you are looking for a new clinic, I would strongly recommend seeing Dr. Surya and his team. AT

Okay, for years I have had major anxiety with dentistry and have not had the best of experiences primarily in Spruce Grove. I sustained a tooth injury last year which had been seeing the dentist often, wearing a flipper which didn't work and was a pain. I tried out 167 Dental where Dr. Lotey designed me a tooth last minute and bonded it in place of my front missing tooth so no flipper was required and now no lisp awaiting a permanent tooth implant eventually. I can say in my 35 years on this planet this has been the first time EVER that I haven't had anxiety at the dentist as they are in tune with there clients needs offering sedation etc. Great work 167 Dental....12 out of 10 stars if I could rate you!!! ************

Crystal was supper friendly with my kids they were welcomed. Dr. Lowti is the nicest dentist I have ever come across supper humble and willing to listen to his patient. The office is modern and clean. The waiting area is very warm and inviting. They have been very thorough and punctual with their service at every opportunity. My husband and I have our filling completed and they were very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. as well with regards to payment. I had such a lovely time at their office today! Went in for a dental cleaning and checkup and was so happy with my experience! Christi was at the reception (such a wholesome person!) and talked to me while I waited for Siobhan to prep everything for me. Siobhan (another wholesome bean!) laughed at my terrible jokes and was so thorough with explaining everything, asking questions about my background and informing me about anything and everything. Mary (ANOTHER WHOLESOME BEAN!) came in afterwards to take some pictures and was incredibly sweet and kind as well! Dr. Lotey has such an amazing staff here and he's so knowledgeable! The absolute best clinic! The staff here is so friendly and personable. The entire clinic is always absolutely spotless clean, even in the mucky snow melting days. I have needle anxiety and the doctor gave me nitrous to calm my nerves. The entire time was checking in with me to see if I needed breaks. I never once felt rushed or pressured. They always take time to chat with you and make your experience feel like seeing friends and not just business. The doctor does amazing work and is a perfectionist. My front tooth was broke in half and had a root canal and he made it look absolutely perfect like it was prior to the injury. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

I’ve had a couple appointments here now and it’s always been a great experience! The staff is all super friendly and chatty. Everybody is super relaxed and it makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful. The dentist explains what he needs to do and why it needs to be done, rather than just doing it like other dentists will. They always check to see if my insurance will cover something before the service is done, and will make modifications to ensure it is covered. Today, something wasn’t covered under my insurance and they covered my portion since it was a surprise. I would recommend One67 Dental to anyone looking for a dentist!

I had gone to One67 Dental to get a chipped tooth fixed. Making an appointment was easy, you need to fill out a COVID19 form (way of the world). The office is extremely clean and very modern. I will say that the patient before me ran long which took an extra hour of waiting (I dont feel that this was in there control so not a big deal). Which the staff did come in and check in on me offering Coffee and water. Once Dr. Lotey came in to see me he was extremely quick and professional. I would have to say I HATE Dentists but there was no pain and I feel that the quality of work was exceptional. Would 100% come back.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I HATE going to the dentist because I have very sensitive teeth but the hygienist is very gentle and takes extra steps to ensure I’m comfortable. Also, they treat you like a celebrity- as soon as you walk in they give you water, chapstick and a blanket if you’re cold. They also have Netflix that you can watch while you’re getting your dental work done. I wholeheartedly recommend One67 Dental!

One67 dental is amazing. I’m a complicated case with high anxiety and because I can’t lay on my back for more than 1/2hr due to multiple damage to it. They are patient compassionate and really try to work with you and your needs. It took me 15 years to see go a dentist and I’m so glad I found them. The dentist skills sets are outstanding.
