I went into the store today with a child with disability, and the team were wonderful. Compassionate, kind, accomodating of our needs, and found a way for us to get through purchase decisions efficiently. One team member tracked me down on the other end of the shopping centre, to return an item we had dropped Oh, and they also have gorgeous stuff!If you are after a British Colonial or French Provincial look, they have a wonderful high quality selection at very competitive prices.

I ordered a mirror which cracked and so I was promised a replacement. For the 2nd time I have been left waiting at home for a delivery which is not going to happen. They send me confirmation of a delivery time, I take time off work to be here for said delivery and then nothing arrives . I called to see what’s happening and I was told they were very busy….. Very disappointing service - they have no problem wasting my time.

The staff at One World Belrose were very helpful and offered great advice. I was very impressed with Jackie who was considerate enough to help me carry a large occasional chair and cushions from her store into the store next door so we could see it against a lounge that we were interested in purchasing. Thank you Jackie for your assistance. It paid off as we then purchased 2 of the chairs from One World.

Jackie and Rosemarie are an asset to One World at Belrose Supa Centre. We were warmly welcomed and the service was so friendly and lovely . The One World pieces are so much more beautiful up close . We bought a lounge and bedside table. Havnt had great service like that for ages (nor been offered a lindt ball ! Lol) . Thanks girls

they are really helpful and friendly I was in rush to receive my art wall by end of the week (in2 days) from another supplier and I knew its not possible but a kind lady (i forgot her name) help me to receive it thanks alot

Ordered the Hampton style sidebord in September -assured we would get it by December and it hasnt happened yet! So annoyed! I will be taking it up with NSW Fair trading because this is not right! Ive also paid the balance .
