I'm looking for a park to place my home in. My friend and I drove through the community, it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Very, very clean, quiet and orderly. The only complaint I have are the many speed bumps we had to drive over to see the back of the community. Other than that, it was darned near perfect!!

Sunday morning Church is quite pleasing to the spiritual needs of the community. All are invited whether a resident or not to worship alongside Pastor Richard Villarreal and other humble servants gathering together.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Place went months with out getting trashed picked up and still charging as if the trash had been getting picked up. Management is a joke! I URGE YOU DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

I can not say enough bad things about this community. The management is shady. They continually raise the lot rent with promises of improvements. The only improvement I have seen is new furniture in the office.

Lived here for almost 5 years. Melissa the manager and her staff are second to none. Friendly and prompt. Always has special events that are fun. Would recommend moving here.

Terrible service, Mrs. Julia has preferitism, she never has time to review the applications, she speaks badly and does not care about people's needs

Love it! Clean, quiet and no worries. Everyone keeps their home and lot clean and that is the way it should be.
