Called in to get some details and info, whoever the receptionist was that took the call was absolutely unbelievable. She wanted to get off the phone, wouldn’t let me speak, very very very rude and unhelpful. Just wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible. Our call was literally 2 minutes, maybe less. I suggest getting a new receptionist. That’s crazy to be dealt with like that by someone who’s supposed to “help and serve”. Really unbelievable. Please get a new receptionist.

Met kera over there for my car collision reporting, I was over 48 hrs ago cuz of job scenario, after refusal to see from one place I was welcomed over here. Have lot of respect for staff, she entertained us very nicely on phone and later when I reached over there listened my complain and solved our issue. Neat clean space. Huge parking lot. Best staff. Worth five stars.

Only 1 officer doing the reports so it took awhile. He was efficient though
