The new age discrimination policy has caused major issues. I had no problem entering the premise at 5:30 with the staff checking ages at the door. I verbally told my age and was allowed to proceed. After an amazing time with The Escape Game staff, my group was stopped by the man in front of the Madam Tassaud's entrance. Not only did he demand our IDs, but he placed bands on our group of 26 year old women marking us as 18-21 years of age. Not only did this not feel right but he did not disclose us the age group for the band, but when we found out by asking another person at the Cheesecake factory entrance we found out the right age group for the bands. When I asked for a supervisor, the man who made the interaction with the band was the one who approached. When I began to ask questions about the banding and policy, he trespassed me for three stated reasons. 1: attitude in zone 5 2: removing the band on premise (I was already past the barrier indicating the "entry" to the mall) 3: A confrontational attitude. Not only was my complaint not heard about the misuse of the band policy, I was threatened with arrest in spite of my agreeing to leave once I asked the questions I needed to make a complaint. Officers were actively approaching behind the man, prepared to arrest me at his mark. I will be following up this incident with a complain to mall management as I felt unsafe with his treatment in this instance. Not only was my group harassed at this point with multiple checks by security in spite of our being in the mall premises since 5:30pm, but we were marked as being in a demographic that is vulnerable to kidnapping.
I was highly impressed with this jewelry store in Opry Mills Mall. We walked in and was greeted with sincerity. The customer service displayed by Ms. Moon and the store manager, Sonny, was impeccable! Suggestions were given by Ms. Moon. I didn't feel rushed to find the piece of jewelry we came in to purchase. Our questions were answered with truthfulness and clarity, no pun intended. I do not give any establishment 5 stars. Therefore, Solitaire jewelry store earned every star. I base my reviews upon good customer service, good product, and impeccable cleanliness. I highly recommend customers to visit Solitaire Jewelry Store in Opry Mills; if you are seeking fine jewelry at a reasonable price listing. I will return to purchase other jewelry in the near future. Thank you Sonny and Ms. Moon, your professionalism did not go unnoticed!
Opry Mills Mall is a shopping haven that's so vast it almost feels like a maze, but that's part of its charm. If you ever get lost, just keep walking in a circle, and you'll eventually find your way. Don't forget to take note of your parking spot; it's easy to lose your car, especially if you've hopped around to several different stores. The mall offers a little something for everyone. There are souvenir shops, where you can try moonshine, kid-friendly dining options, and even a Dave & Buster's for gamers. If you're in the mood for a movie, there's a theater with new releases. Of course, there's ample shopping to be had as well. And if you need a break, there are massage chairs to help you relax. It's an all-around great place to enjoy a day of shopping and entertainment.
What a nightmare for parking. Attending a concert on 12/22/23 and we were routed the wrong way for the Opry House Parking. No one seemed to care and we were repeatedly told "park in the mall and walk". Needing ADA parking, that wasn't an option. Finally had to leave the mall and approach from the opposite direction. Again we were repeatedly told to "park in the mall and walk". This time we refused to do so and continued down the road when we found the signs for the Opry House Parking that no one knew existed! If you are attending an Opry show, make sure that you know that there is parking and you don't have to walk miles when there's a close parking lot.
Edgewater is the best place to stay while visiting PCB. This time we stayed in the golf villa's, very nice, a shuttle will pick you up to bring you to the beach front. We have also stayed in the Kent house, beach front and it is stunning. So many pool options, there are activities for all ages. The drinks are the best and food is amazing. It was great to have their shrimp pizza while relaxing on the beach. Staff is friendly. Many hot tubs and a kid splash pad. Many different towers to choose from for your stay. Great family place!
I'm from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and most of our malls died out I mean literally there's probably like one or two left in Western Pennsylvania but anyway this is about Tennessee the great state of Tennessee this is the best mall ever been to it's 100% every and any store you need I recommend this help me help you I want to become your number one Google reviewer please like and follow and maybe subscribe to my YouTube channel it's the same name as on Google maps thank you
My fiance and I had a great time at the Opry Mills mall. There were so many shops that we didn't have enough time to see them all. We did hit up most of the good ones like the Nike Outlet, Coach, The Hurley shop, The Vans store, and we even ate at the Aquarium restaurant where we had an underwater dinning experience with a multitude of fish watching us eat their brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts and uncles. All in all we had a wonderful night and took a ton of pictures.
Nice place to spend time but you will surely spend more money. It it will take you maybe a whole day to visit all day shops and see all the deals around the mall. Generally it's a nice place Love it and kids could enjoy a lot of spaces to have fun there are relaxing seats where you can have a massage in all the corridors. You may take very nice and memorable pictures in and the aquarium restaurant in addition to other spots go and check it out.
We enjoyed this place. The show was amazing and it didn't matter what seat you had, you had a great view of the entertainers. The seats were very comfortable, like church pews. They offered food and drinks, to include the adult beverages. The artists did a great job. They were also very fast at changing out the stage between artists. This is a live show, aired over the radio so, dont be thrown off when the guy steps up and does a commercial
This mall is HUGE! And it's a giant loop, which has its pros and cons. We loved shopping at all the stores and outlet stores. Some unique+to-Nashville stores were a highlight. You can comfortably shop this mall in two hours if you have the energy. Advice is to travel to and from the mall outside of rush hour. Ubers vary but we paid approximately $40 for an Uber XL from downtown hotels. There are lots of options at the food court as well.
We went to celebrate my birthday and what a celebration it was. We saw the 50x Grammy songwriter who wrote The Gambler amongst many others and he was funny also. Mark Chapman and his kids' band were there, and comedian Henry Cho just to name a few. It was a star-studded variety packed entertaining show. Don't worry about seating as even on the balcony there are huge theater screens so you won't miss a thing.
If you're looking for a fantastic mall experience, you should definitely check out Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, Tennessee! ️ It's a top-notch shopping destination with a wide variety of stores, including popular brands and unique boutiques. Plus, they have great dining options and even a movie theater, so you can catch a flick after a day of shopping. Enjoy your visit to Opry Mills Mall!
This is a large mall with about 200 stores. Some are really nice, some are trashy. The mall was pretty dirty throughout, like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. A lot of the stores had piles of clothes on the floor, as if people don't know how to use hangars. We ate in Chili's and it was a big mistake. Fun to see, we enjoyed a couple of the stores, but generally not an attractive place.
We had a great time at TGIF Friday, though things got a little confusing, but we laughed, joked, ate and enjoyed the company of another family outing. We want to celebrate each other now and not wait until someone has passed away. We are making our memories stretch long and wide. Stop putting off family fun and events, you don't know what tomorrow will bring. ( Food for Thought)
This was the first time I've been to this mall... This place is Huge. Gotta start early to walk entire mall. So many different stores to choose from. Lots of people. Teenagers have to be accompanied by an adult. Security is at the door, giving out wristbands. The security guards seem to be very pleasant. We will definitely have to go back so we can capture the full experience.
We took a bus load of Middle Schoolers into the Food Court before we headed home from a conference. Just a heads up, on weekends, they require anyone under 18 to be with an adult and needs to be 4 to 1, and they gave them wristbands. The food court is great, though! They had lots of choices and lots of seating with bathrooms. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to eat!
Awesome, awesome mall. With the decline in malls around America, this one is thriving like ever. I can't remember if I seen one vacant store. The Smith Creek moonshine was neat. As well as the Aquarium restaurant. The place was pretty happening. I was surprised that they close the stores at 8:00pm on a Friday night. But regardless, enjoyed my time browsing the stores.
This is a very neat shopping center. I wish we had this mall back at home! I really like that there's a Bass Pro at this mall. I was also amazed to see a Rain Forest Cafe - I haven't seen one of those in years! Even the one in Vegas has closed. There were lots of high-end shops here and neat cars on display. We'll certainly come back the next time we visit Nashville!
Huge Shopping Mall!!! Large selection of stores, except I feel someone should open up a Nashville T-SHIRT - SOUVENIR store. There are 2 stores there but very small and not much of a selection. Photo's are from various places in the Mall and the video is at the German Restaurant inside the Mall celebrating a day early my son's 30th Birthday.
Not a big shopper but school is about to start. Had to kick off tax free weekend at Opry Mills. Went early, they have special hours this weekend. Amazing sales and styles for everyone. Ate at Dave and busters and was delightfully surprised at how delicious the food was. Great time, lots of money spent, and kids are ready for school.
Awesome shopping mall a short stroll from the Gaylord Resort. Contains many outlet stores as well so there are bargains galore to be had. Lots of food options around from take away fast food to sit down restaurants. Can even buy yourself a boat and guns to go hunting lol. Something we could never do back home. Highly recommended.
We went to the breakfast with mermaids at the Aquarium restaurant. The breakfast was just okay. The Aquarium part was beautiful and the mermaids were awesome. All the kiddos LOVED when they came out. We did a meet and great prior to the show and the woman playing the mermaid was beautiful and extremely sweet with all the kids.
This is a huge mall, with some unique stores. The Aquarium Restaurant is well worth checking out in particular. It was really hot outside when we went, and it felt like their AC couldn't keep up, or they had the temp set high. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area, in the mood to shop, and want some variety.
Wonderful place, beautiful, huge and extensive place, I made a mistake of not wearing walking shoes, I had to go back and find my walking shoes!! ha ha ha, coz the place is big and interesting. Parking is far and limited so if you can come with lyft that will save you the trouble of looking for parking spot nearby.
Tori at Kay’s Jewelry was absolutely amazing! We had just stopped in a Kay’s in St Louise and didn’t get the help we needed. Then we stopped at the Kay’s in Opry Mills and Tori answered all our questions, had my jewelry sparkling and accommodated our needs! Thank you so much we definitely recommend your location.
If you're in the area, this is a cool mall to walk though. The layout is a loop inside that takes a while to get through with a larger variety of store. I didn't see any dead shops in this mall. Parking gets more crowded the further into the lot you get. Choose a spot somewhere in the middle.
An amazing mall with tons of shops, eateries, and a movie theater. Food court is large with many options and has major restaurants as well. Outlet stores everywhere and lots of small stores in the walking areas. Just a great place to go and walk a couple miles and get something cool to eat.
Love this mall; great variety of stores and excellent spot for toddlers & little kids with a carousel by the food court, a free play place, Lego store, Lionel Trains store, Rainforest Cafe, Aquarium Restaurant, Bass Pro Shop....cute strollers that look like cars which you can rent, etc
Great selection of outlet store. Clean and friendly. Lots of police presence while we were there including K-9 units with their handlers. Age restriction policy in place for after hours at least on weekends. Made you feel safe but also made you feel alert and aware of my surroundings.
It's a wow shopping experience. Every good quality store is here. Well laid out just wish some things were better marked. Store directory was a challenge to work. Other then that great place to shop, walk, people watch, good place to just hang out and get something to eat!
Out to dinner and the waitress mentioned the mall. Next morning we took off to find it. Easy parking, lots of shops shoes, moonshine, wine shops and so much more. We live out of town but will be coming back. Also there is an outlet mall coming to Nashville in October 2023.
Mall is so nice. Police are everywhere in this place so you never feel unsafe. This place has many food choices, shopping stores and attractions to keep you busy.. One stop shop. Rainforest Cafe had great food and an amazing view. Definitely will visit again.
This mall is nice and clean and big. If you like shopping (which I don't!) it is the spot for you when in the area. Make sure you wear your walking shoes. I like it because it has some high-end stores as well as some regular stores and a huge food court.
This is an amazing and huge mall with a little bit of everything. From movies to escape rooms to arcade and so much more, there’s something for everyone. Shopping and ice cream you cannot go wrong with a stop by this mall if you’re in Nashville.
Great place for all outdoor activities equipment and clothing like fishing, hunting, boating, shooting, camping, bird watching, swimming, skiing, hiking and much more so stop by and check them out I'm sure you'll find something interesting.
Great stop to shop, eat and even unwind. Amber Falls Winery is a pleasant must go. You can do a tasting of delicious wines or grab a glass or a bottle and enjoy in their casual area. (Cajunfest and their Double Barrel Cab are my go to)
Your average mall with many stores as well as theaters and an aquarium. Great proximity to Grand Ole Opry and Opryland hotel. Packed with people as it is Christmas time. Hard to find parking this time of the year in the parking lot.
Really nice shopping mall!! Worth driving 3hrs from memphis as unfortunately we don’t have a decent shopping mall in town nice people, great stores, and beautiful surroundings! We love going there! Lots of parking spaces! …
Like any other mall, very crowded being a weekend! Had to use the restroom & it was filthy in every stall I looked into! Main part of the mall was fairly clean though! Grandson Loved the Children's Play Area!
It was my sister's and I Birthday. Making Reservations is a must. 15 mins grace period if Reservations are missed. Restaurant inside of Opry Mills mall. Food was great. Server was professional and helpful.
The mall is great fun. There are plenty of stores, food and other stuff to find. The building is nice and there are enough parking spaces. To drive there is very easy and there is not to much traffic.
Always enjoy our time there as a family. Good shopping and good variety of things to do there and close by along with great variety of food to choose from. We go to Dave and Busters often
This is a really nice mall. Tons of stores. A lot of restaurants in the food court. We travel around so we have been to a lot of malls. This one might be the best one we have been to yet
As a parent of a teenager I really liked the extra security they have scheduled on weekends and the wrist bands for the teen and the parent. Great idea. Fun experience as usual.
So much to see. A wide variety of stores and restaurants. I'm not a big shopper, but it was a nice place to grab a quick lunch and see refuge from the stormy weather outside.
My favorite mall. My favorite shop is earth trading co. We come often. We get our steps in. We eat and drink here...lots of nice restaurants. We buy things, too.
Malls are NOT dead. This mall hosts an abundance of top retailers. Good asthetics, great eateries & a great number of shoppers on Saturday evening we visited.
Convenient, spacious, clean. There’s something for everyone in the family here to do. Lots of shops and restaurants and entertainment too. Parking is easy.
I love Oprymills Mall. You can take your entire day here, find great deals, and have brunch at Cheesecake factor in between shopping ! It's a vibe.
Very large Mall with every type of store or restaurant you could ever want. Clean and was enjoyable to shop at and just hang out.
Easy to access with plenty of parking. Loads of shops with plenty of choice. Food court with plenty of seating and really clean.
Favorite Place to shop in whole Tenneessee! We'll come back again! New Grunt Style Shop absolutely the Favourite there!
Nice mall with plenty of things to do, food court with plenty to choose from. Restrooms were kept clean always a bonus!
We had a wonderful time wondering around & shopping. We ate at the Aquarium Restaurant & it was amazing. Great mall!
Very pleasant shopping experience with several discounted sales and promotions going on in virtually all the stores.
Wow!! My husband was on the moon! Fishing, hunting, boats, 4 wheelers! We didn't get to the attached mall at all!!!
Big mall with every store I needed! And plenty of restaurants to choose from! Highly recommend
