I have to say of all the insurance companies I've done business with over the last 30 years Jeremy at Optimal Insurance is by far the best in my opinion hands down. From little things like sending you a card on your birthday to big things like being on top of things when you've been involved in an accident the customer service that I've personally received from Optimal is second to NONE , Jeremy has shown me what an insurance company should be and now has a lifetime customer. I honestly can't imagine how I have done it the past 30 years with many of the other companies out there. I rate Optimal Insurance 11 stars out of 10. Keep up the great work it's always a pleasure.
