I wish there were more stars to give. I have been struggling with chronic headaches for years and have a cracked L5 vertebrae. I've been to physios in the past, that could not help, when a friend recommended I go see Megan. It's been two months, and only 4 sessions and in the last 2 weeks, I've had 3 headaches... No one (not even my ortho specialist) has been able to help this much. Megan quickly found the problem and helped get movement back into the rest of my spine (PS: the ortho specialist said the headaches weren't related to my back injury...). With a couple of easy stretches, I've been able to reduce my headaches and back pain. I will never ever go to another physio! Megan is in it to help and she's at the top of her game!

great service all around, from making initial contact to easily scheduling a booking to suit my needs. Was treated by Heike, excellent again, from giving that little extra attention to the areas that i specifically asked to be focused on, while not neglecting any other tightness that was found. Walked out feeling a lot looser than when i walked in, exactly what was expected from a sports massage by a physio.

Overall great experience with the team at Optimal Physio. All very friendly and welcoming. Wihan was very professional and went above and beyond in physio session; he also provided some exercises for me to do at home (with an easy to follow app that shows you how to correctly do each movement). Sorted my back out in no time and I was able to race 2 weeks later again! Thank you!

I have been helped numerous times over the years by the team. Not only are they uncommonly welcoming and have a genuine interest in helping you with your rehab goals, but they are able to deliver on this without fail. While being injured is frustrating, it is great knowing that I can rely on them to get me up and running in no time. I strongly recommend.

Best Physio i have ever been at. Dr Dutton helped me where literally 3 other physios could not. I could barely pick up a shopping bag after an injury and she helped me recover after I struggled for MONTHS with other physios. I had one session with her and she relieved a lot of muscles that the other physios didn't even pick up on. Highly recommended

After breaking my leg and surgery I went to Heike at Optimal Physio for rehabilitation. Everybody in the practice are very caring and thorough doing extra research to make sure they get the best results for you. It is nice not to be just a number and get personal service.

Megan is undoubtedly the best physio I've ever experienced. Over the years I've been to many physio treatments but Megan is honestly the most outstanding. Professional and extremely knowledgeable, she knows how to bring your body back to its best state.

My experience with Heike has been incredible. She is friendly and funny and always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. With this she always makes me feel physically in tip top shape. I dont trust anybody else with my body. She is amazing at her job

I have always received excellent treatment at Megan Dutton Physio. The new guy, Wihan, is very professional and definately knows what he is doing. My neck which kept me awake at night feels better already
