About six or seven months ago, I visited this dentist because my right jaw hurt. Before my visit, my previous dental clinic sent all the X-rays to this clinic But when I visited, the Staff recommended that I need to take another X-ray. Even my another X-rays are only 6 month old. So I took another X-ray. I met a dentist and had a full checkup and jaw check up for about 30 minutes. I supposed to be check only my jaw for emergency. And dentist said the reason why my jaw hurts is that my wisdom tooth is in my gums and it is full of inflammation. The dentist said it would be good to pick out wisdom teeth as soon as possible, and he said he would recommend Oral Surgeon. And then he said, "I'll prescribe antibiotics, and if they don't work, I'll prescribe them as stronger antibiotics." After check up. i was about to leave the clinic, and the woman at the reception said, "Before you take out your wisdom teeth, you'd better to have scaling" and asked me to make a reservation. I said "I had a pain in my jaw, so I couldn't even open my mouth, then how I could get the scaling." After about three days, my jaw kept hurting, so I was wondering if I should call the dentist again. but I went to the walk-in clinic near my house. The doctor who saw me said that it was a pain in the jaw, not a pain because of the wisdom teeth. And he prescribed painkillers and told me to come back if it still hurts a week later. And he told me to stop antibiotics right now. I was really angry. He got me on antibiotics with crazy care, and I almost got my wisdom tooth pulled out for over $2500, which was fine.

The best dental practice in Calgary! Could not recommend them anymore, friendliest and most caring bunch of people. Erika at the front is so helpful, Stephanie is so gentle and the only hygienist that hasn’t caused me pain during cleans! Dr Chun is also an incredible dentist, very informative and takes the extra time to properly explain the health of your teeth and gums. They even expedited creating my mouth guard so I could have it before I moved to England. You can’t go wrong with Ora Dental, if you haven’t moved over to them yet, you better hurry! Previous practice: Tower Dental in Marlborough - awful practice which I left because they were careless and just treated me like a bank atm. Do not go to them.

My mum has had some terrible experiences with dentists and is very nervous at dental appointments. I remembered someone mentioning Ora and called last week to book an initial consultation, which she had today. This is the most comfortable she's felt at a dental office in a long time. She said the receptionist and dentist are both lovely. The dentist listened carefully, communicated clearly, and everything he said made sense. She has booked a follow up appointment and is looking forward to getting work done that she's needed for years. I'm thrilled that we've found the right clinic, where my mum can feel comfortable and trust her dentist.

The last dentist appointment i had before going to Dr. Chun and his staff was over 10 years ago. The hygienist that took care of me did an amazing job! I did not feel pressured into any procedures or products. I am a new patient but i feel as if i have been going there for years, they are very personable and made me feel very welcome. Dr.Chun himself is very friendly and makes you feel valued! I Will be returning to them for all future dental need! Thanks again Dr. Chun and staff

My 5years old daughter loves visiting “Ora dental clinic”, no matter what kind of treatment waiting for her teeth. She says it is fun place to be. Well, I remember myself was not a big fan of visiting dental clinic back in the days. Thanks to Dr. Chun and all the staff in the clinic and thank you all. So, if you have young children who hate or are afraid of visiting dental clinic, try visiting here. They will like this place more than other clinics just like my daughter does.

From the moment I entered the office, since I live so close, I observed an absolute professional, courteous, staff. I usually have a terrible time at the dentist, except this time at Ora Dental, my experience was one of comfort and zero anxiety. I was listened to and I felt valued. Every time since my first dental exam, I am feeling the same good care and experience. The receptionist is awesome, so is my new hygienist and Dr. Chun is the best!!

Absolutely love Ora! Staff are always very helpful. Often taking that extra step to make my appointment easier/quicker/more pleasant. Dr. Chun is also the best dentist I've had, he's patient, gentle and super knowledgeable - I completely trust his advice. Ora also surprises me every so often! I’ve been going to Ora Dental since September, and today was my 3rd appointment with them. The entire staff have been nothing but professional, understanding, and safe during such an uncertain time. It somehow took a pandemic for me to finally take an active role in caring about my health, and Ora Dental - while carefully following AHS guidelines - have already helped me feel so much better about my teeth.

I have been to Bowness, northland dental choice, pro grace, dental 32. This is so far the best dental clinic that I can recommend to my family and colleagues. patient centered, detail orientated, honest price which follows the guide line. I work as a health care worker too. so just by talking to the dentist for about 5 minutes, I can assume that he is very knowledgable and hones guy. highly recommended

I needed my wisdom teeth out and was pretty nervous... I went to Dr. Chun to see what he recommended. I did it in office without sedation and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Chun was professional, personable and friendly. Would suggest Ora Dental to anyone looking for genuine dental care.. The assistant, hygienist and receptionist were all helpful and welcoming. Recommended!

This is probably the nicest and best dentist I have ever had. Dr. J. Chun is so personable and actually cares. I've never seen a dentist care about the actual client and do what's right for the client not their pocketbook. I love this dental practice! They are so friendly, do great work and follow the Alberta Insurance guidelines so I am generally fully covered with my work plan. I never wait long, if at all, and really appreciate them running on time. My whole family goes here (kids included and the staff are great with the little ones), would highly recommend!

He is extremely thorough with what he's doing, a perfectionist I think. He smoothed out a tooth for me for free. I go maybe once a year and however they take the time to remember my life and what I tell them previously its like I just spoke with them yesterday haha. Great customer service! Dr. Chun is always good with the kids. He tells them what he is doing and so it is a very personable experience. My 5 and 9 year old are at ease when they see him. The dental assistant Kayla is great also too. They have a very dynamic team at Ora Dental.
