I first heard of Orange Theory from my co-worker as well as a friend that is a member of Orange Theory-Houston. I heard excellent things about the facility, the great trainers and the workouts. I joined with optimism and initially enjoyed my experience. The workouts are GREAT! I specifically enjoyed the classes lead by MJ, Laura and Terrance. Things turned array when I needed to freeze my account. I went into the studio and signed the appropriate paper work. I called a few days later to follow up and I was told that my account became unfrozen...So I had to go BACK to the studio to re-sign the paper work. I didn't think much of it because mistakes happen. The following month I see that my account had my charged the FULL unlimited monthly fee. (When you're account is frozen your account is only charged $15 per month) I had to call FOUR times (over a two week period) to get my money refunded. FOUR TIMES! Each call I was told a message would be given to the manager and the problem would be resolved immediately. Why do I need to call numerous times to have a situation handled? Each and every customer should be valued and customer related problems should be handled in a imperative manner. The customer service is terrible. When I first joined a year ago I have never had such a problem. The staff was excellent, but half of the staff when I first joined are gone and has been replaced with not such a great staff. So finally, when I had called the fourth time to verify that my money had been refunded I had been notified that my account had been cancelled...really? Cancelled? I was very insulted.I was told it was over miscommunication. What type of miscommunication could there have been? That reflects an incompetent staff. But I was not surprised that my account was cancelled after they abruptly cancelled Titus Johnson's membership over a bad yelp review. That goes into my next complaint, why would they cancel a membership over a Yelp review? If you choose to run a business you should not be so insecure. As a business owner, you WILL receive a few bad reviews. Do they not respect freedom of speech? Are members not allowed to voice their opinions without fear of member cancellation? Titus Johnson had been a member since day 1. (Literally, he is considered a 'Founding Member") He went very frequently, motivated many other members during workouts and always promoted Orange Theory to anyone interested in fitness. He experienced racial profiling over a stolen cell-phone. He wrote his experience on Yelp and was soon notified by the owner that she read his review and canceled his membership. Does that sound like someone who is adequate in running a business? ALSO, a previous employee of Orange Theory and my friend, quit because of being called a "disgrace" via text message by the owner, Elle Mahoney, for not being able to make it to work. (That was strike one) ALSO, there is no longer any representation of African Americans at the facility. No black staff and no black trainers...why is that? I would like to see representation at any facility I give my money to. Many trainers who have left have voiced their reason for leaving being mostly because of the terrible management. ALSO, if you complete a survey for Orange Theory be expecting a phone call from management with excuses for any negative feedback. I thought the purpose of a survey was to take the feedback and make proper adjustments not to be confronted. I am glad my membership was cancelled. I cannot morally support a business like this.
Studio may be fine, but there is some validation to the reviews around not as member friendly as the others. While I agree with the studio on not letting people in past the late window, which some of the negative review are, which is typical, I also experienced an unusual lack of flexibility. I travel for work, so use a lot of different studios, and it is one of the many reasons I love OTF. I will book in advance to where I am going, but at times get into town a little earlier. Today I arrived early and called to see if they could move me into the 4:00 vs. 5:15 class I was registered for. There is room in the 4:00, but was informed she would charge me for a cancel to move me to the earlier class. No other studio has ever done this. If that is the rule, even when calling to move to an earlier class with room, not canceling, they are the only studio I have requested this of following that rule. Personally just took it as a sign that it was not the most out of towner welcoming studio and canceled, paid the fee, and booked at the other NOLA studio. So again, studio may be great, but just sharing for others like me who are travelers and seek out an hour of escape from the work grind that this studio may not be the most traveler friendly.
This is the first bad review that I have ever given! I scheduled a class 2 days before for an 8:00AM class. The morning of the appointment, at 7:37, I was on my way to the class when an employee called me saying that if I wasn't there by 7:40 that I couldn't take the class. She said I should have been called the day before to be told that I needed to arrive 30 minutes early for my first class. When I explained that I didn't get the call, she said she was there when they made the calls yesterday, as if I was lieing! As I drove to the class, I tried to convince the girl to allow me to attend since it was the only time I could catch a workout that day. I pulled into the parking lot at 7:42 and the employee said I could not take the class because she had a 7:40 cut off time to explain the equipment. I asked her if she could make an exception since I was 2 minutes late and I didn't get the call. Again, she said I had to have received the call, as if I was a lier. I rechecked my phone to see if I missed the call, and I didn't. Terrible customer service and I will not return.
My focus sport is RUNNING and using the vehicle of ORANGE THEORY, I have exceeded my expectations in improvements with my running. Previously, I did runner specific exercises and regular weight training along with my short, medium and long distance runs. While I was logging as much as 100+ miles in a month and hitting my gym 3 days a week I seemed to be in a flat plateau...No matter how I changed up the gym routines or twerked my run days I was locked in to a pace range that I could not really break through. Then OTF in DEC 2015...6 FREE trial classes in 2 weeks...And my 1st race of 2016 was a 9K which I hit a PR dropping over 8 1/2 min from my 2015 time ! I was HOOKED and super excited that I had found the platform that would push me beyond that plateau ! Now January 2017 o er 1yr in and 83 classes taken in 2016...I have PR's in every distance up to the HALF MARATHON...Which I can say is now at a 2 hr 08 min time....DOWN FROM 2 hr 28 min...For a 20 min reduction !! THANKS ORANGE THEORY FITNESS ! I LOVE our coaches & staff at OTFnola MidCity...#champions #SPLATdat !!
Only location I've been to where the front desk staff was actually rude. I've never experienced not being let into a class for being more than 5 minutes late...especially when you're paying this much for classes. I feel like fitness ppl should be positive and support any effort to work out. Reasons like this amongst others I've canceled my subscription and opted for Barry's and other classes worth the money with great instructors. I'd like to just note that I've been a member since 2015 and have visited so many locations throughout the US during trips, many times I've been late and I've NEVER been restricted from entering the class. The front desk staff is usually young, bubbly and excited about everyone's presence, regardless of the time. It makes this mid-city location seem like all they actually care about is the money of "spots" claimed in the class without actually having to help members get a workout in or meet their fitness goals. It just completely goes against the whole point to the OTF theme of family and fitness. Really disappointing experience.
The trainers are great. The front desk staffs approach to policy is less pleasant. This was my home gym so I went often (had a monthly unlimited class membership), I got the time wrong once and showed up about 8 min late. I asked if I could jump in the class they said no (that I was okay with) I asked if they could reschedule for a later class and not charge me the cancellation as a curtesy. The front desk attendant said he would charge me and I could call later and speak to the manager. I asked for an exception and he looked at my record and said I late cancelled 3 times. Three times in SIX months, the lack of understanding was astounding especially since it wasn’t a fully booked class and I was willing to take a later class the same day. I spoke with friends who are members at OT in other states and they were shocked by the staff response, said that doesn’t happen at their gym. I cancelled my membership, if the Mid-City OT can’t take a human realistic approach to their members it’s not a community worth being a part of.
When my Orange Theory Fitness location closed down, I closed down my fitness regimen for a bit. I knew it would be daunting to start over at a new location that is until I met Dalia, whose energy made me question why I’d ever leave OTF in the first place. I primarily workout for my mental health, so I need a vigorous workout of course, but I also need motivating energy. EVERYONE on the staff here is the embodiment of positivity and motivation. Creativity and joy is at the helm at this location. I have done trivia, solved fitness puzzles, and I enter every OTF challenge because I can’t say no to these lovely people. I mainly take classes with Brooke, Preston, and Morgan. Brooke makes me remember my “why.” Preston refuses to let me be lazy. Morgan provides joy during the most difficult workouts and on my hardest days. OTF provides a great experience for a great value. It costs a couple hours of your week and a few dollars, but what you’ll get in return is immeasurable.
I went in for a job interview and I prepared this whole presentation for it. They told me after my interview that they were "inviting me to take a class" because they strongly recommend me having taken a class before being hired. So then the next day, I had to go in for a class. During the class I got really excited about the job, figuring that the fact that they invited me to come to a class meant that I pretty much had the job. After the class they were all like okay have a great day. I left thinking they would contact me later on about the job. They did contact me the next day, but only to ask me if I wanted to sign up for a monthly membership. They acted like the job interview never happened. I wonder if I wasted my time on a job interview that was actually a scheme to get be to sign up for their program. The workout was great but it's about $200.00 a month for the membership and most people can't afford that. It's a workout for the rich people.
If you would have asked me this question last year I would have given OTF a 5 star review but lately things seem to be going south there and fast. They have a great format and plan but Managers and Owners seem to be having a hard time implementing them. Clients create a bond with Coaches and vise versa which makes it easier for the trainers to help the client’s specific needs. This was the case at this studio but lately the employee turnover is so fast and frequent that this isn’t the case anymore. New Coaches seem lost and without proper training and guidance and the senior coaches left trying to compensate. The diversity of the members has also gone from great to not so much anymore. This is because many clients have left their memberships due to lack of diversified coaches. Three stars is the best I can give until management can make their adjustments.
I feel so fortunate to have found a place that aligns with me on several levels. Over many months of trail and errors I finally found a fitness program and establishment that supports my goals and desire to be healthy - mentally and physically, which is a tall order for an arthritic, 50 YO woman. This is a place that consist of real girls and boy, who are healthy, juicy and putting their best foot forward VERSUS individuals not necessarily reflective of the norm. I say all that only to profess my love for all the people - working and members - who show up every day and in every way! I can not say enough how much I appreciate the coaches, especially Brooke, Jeff and Sasha! Do right by you and give it chance - don’t let fear, hesitation or lack of willpower to stand in the way. I promise you every second spent here is worth it!!!
I dropped into the Mid City studio in NOLA while in town for business for three separate workouts. I had a different instructor for each workout, but I have to say that Brooke and Jasper went above & beyond to make my visit so warm & welcoming!! Even without knowing what my base pace looks like overall in the studio, they each pushed me to power walk faster, increase my watts on the rowers, and seek higher weights on the floor. Brooke and I spoke during my visit and she was particularly welcoming when I signed in for the first time at the studio. The team of people behind the desk made me feel right at home. I look forward to the opportunity to visit NOLA and workout at this studio again sometime in the future!
I have been going to OTF since the fall of 2017, and my body has definitely transformed since then. I cannot tell you how many people ask what workout I am doing since they are impressed by my transformation. I love how easy it is to schedule a workout, and I love how efficiently the one hour is spent. An OTF workout encompasses everything you need to get your body fit and toned. I'm so thankful for the instructors (I see you Jasper, Josh, Brooke, and Jeff!) who are all so grounded and nice and encouraging and smart (because they can keep track of what everyone is doing in the room every 15 seconds). I weirdly like the cancellation policy because it really forces me to not want to cancel my class.
When the instructor uses her voice more to inform you about what alcoholic beverages she drinks than what you’re actually supposed to be doing on the treadmills... It was genuinely terrible and frustrating. There were 3 groups doing 3 different intense HIIT activities, and no one really knew what they were doing because the trainer placed more importance on useless small talk. I left early and later called orange theory to tell them about my experience, thinking as a business owner myself that they would like to improve on this... well, no call back from the manager. It’s safe to say that if you are serious about your health and fitness, this is not the place to invest your time and money in.
I'd give the workout and the instructors 5 stars. However, I have been charged a $12 no-show fee TWICE for classes I either didn't sign up for or was just a couple minutes late to. When I called them (many times) nothing was done about it. I am still waiting on someone to adjust this error. It's been months. I have since downgraded my membership to the 8 per month, because I don't want them to keep charging me for classes I did not miss. I'd love to return to unlimited membership but it is already pricy and to also be charged for their errors is not okay with me.
I joined Orange Theory about 10 months ago, at the recommendation of a few friends in the area who work out there. I had a rough first class (pushed myself too hard), but it didn't take long for me to understand the routine and pace myself accordingly. After 10 months, I've noticed that I'm stronger and my midsection in particular looks more muscular. Most of all, I feel great. The trainers at this location are great -- friendly, attentive -- and the front desk has been nothing but helpful since I started. Really glad OTF is in midcity, and happy to be a member!
I would totally recommend this studio to anyone. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The coaches are all very professional and motivating. I have done many workout routines in the past and this is the one I absolutely have stuck to on my own. Watching your heart rate and tracking your calories burn while you workout is motivation on its own. The big plus for me is that everyday is a different workout. This keeps it from getting boring. I also love the personal challenges. If you haven't found something you enjoy, try it out. You will also make new friends.
This has become one of my happy places. I genuinely look forward to coming here, after years of struggling to make working out a part of my regular routine. Even though it can be seen as a negative, the 8 hour no-show policy holds me accountable to myself to stick with my goal of going 3 times a week. I like the staff and continue to be amazed at how quickly the front desk learns everyone's names. They see you walk in, and bam you're checked in! Little things like that add up over time and make me feel like I'm part of a community.
I’ve done 6 classes now. I love it. I’m not good at it yet, but I think it’s a smart routine that allows for self pacing in a clean supportive consistent environment. Super impressed with everyone I’ve met in mid city for their honesty, patience, and support so far. Looking forward to a lot more sweat points. I’m traveling next week and booked two classes while on the road. Being able to travel and stay consistent is amazing. Thanks for building such a great network of gyms and coaches. ✌️Jason
I love this OTF studio! I take most of my classes with Brooke, who is a very motivating coach who provides a lot of support and modifications for everyone in the class. What I love about OTF are the different workouts - I never do the same exercises, and I can guarantee that different parts of my body are being challenged every week. I always feel great after an OTF workout, too. This studio is clean and very conveniently located next to a supermarket and the Lafitte Greenway.
I love this fitness studio. I came here because I was struggling with my own health and my doctor suggested trying a high intensity fitness environment. The coaches here are so motivating and uplifting and since coming May 2023, I started off barely able to walk and now I can run! My doctor has drawn lab work and it’s improving. After researching the cost of a personal trainer - I figured this studio is a bargain compared to hiring a personal trainer. I encourage you try it!
I love OTF and the workout is amazing. Many members are and have cancelled their memberships because of the owner. She treats her staff and the coaches very poorly. It's a shame to watch a business with such a great concept be hurt by an owner who only cares about the bottom line. She shows no concern for the customers and her staff. OTF should find a way to make owners more accountable for how their actions affect customers and staff. Its continues to get worse and worse.
Great workout unfortunately their very rigid policy and unwillingness to switch an expensive workout class for another class in the same day is a huge turnoff. Life circumstances can happen and as someone who has spent a lot of money at this boutique fitness studio you would think that they would at least be willing to consider moving to another class that is not during peak time or sold out. My money can be spent at other local studios that have better people policies.
The Orangetheory on Bienville in Mid City is awesome ! The people there are super friendly & motivating . The class is super high intensity but it feels great the whole time you're in there . The loud music and the motivating instructor push you to do your best ! I loved seeing my zone color on the screen because it kept me pushing myself . Would 100% recommend anyone try this out ! My instructor for my first class was a guy named Josh and he was great !
The workouts are different every time so the class time goes by quickly and there's no chance to get bored. The studio is open 7 days a week, with a ton of available class time slots which makes it extremely convenient to my busy schedule. Also, I absolutely love all the fitness challenges they hold because it keeps things exciting and always gives me a new fitness goal to strive for. The coaches are great and the front desk staff is equally amazing!
You are in control of your workout and how hard you want to go. It makes it very accessible for anyone looking to get a workout in regardless of their work out background/fitness level. The heart rate monitor makes you honest with yourself, and the coaches are truly incredible motivators. I appreciate each and every coach for their dedication to the members.
Absolutely love this studio! I've tried just about every workout in the city and this is by far the best. All of the instructors are so motivating and really push you. It is also an extra bonus to be greeted by such a friendly staff each time you come for your workout. Looking forward to them opening new locations and expanding around the city!
Orangetheory in Mid-City is by far my favorite workout studio in New Orleans! The workouts are unique and challenging, the atmosphere is welcoming, and, above all else, the staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly Michelle, who has been nothing but helpful and pleasant each and every time I come to take a class. She is the best of the best!
I joined Orange Theory in February and the workouts are always different and fun with upbeat music to work out by, and the coaches are very motivational, which really helps you push yourself to your maximum potential. MY FAVORITE coach is Terrence BKA/Coach Smooth, but all of the coaches are GREAT!!!! Please join, you won't be dissapointed!!!
I arrived 6 minutes late to class and was unfortunately turned away from joining class. Which is super disheartening after traveling from the west bank to get to class. The coaches are great but the front desk leave much to be desired. Thanks to this experience and the inconvenient travel I have to cancel my membership for the time being.
Inexcusably horrendous service. 1st time visitors should be welcomed and respected. Showed up 18 min early to our first class, but was denied entry because we weren’t early enough. Unbelievable, no effort from the staff to contact us or make sure we knew that we had to be there 30 min early during the booking process. Will never go back.
Terrible experience. Almost had to take a class by myself because no one else signed up for the course but decided against it because one of the instructor started gossiping and complaining about it/me to other gym attendeees randomly. The staff can be pretty toxic and bias. Would never attend again. Do not recommend to anyone.
The workout is challenging, always changing/fresh, and in a short time has really helped to change my post-pregnancy body. The instructors are motivating, encouraging, push us to the next level and always have fun. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is a great, feel good/work hard atmosphere!
I love my OTF workouts! The coaches are energetic and encouraging, the hour is maximized, and I feel I get a full body workout every single time. I have been going very faithfully for the last 6 months or so, and I am stronger, leaner, and have more energy. I would, and have, highly recommend Orange Theory!
Wish I could comment on the workout experience but unfortunately I wasn’t given the opportunity. Be aware you need to arrive 30 minutes before your first class. I wasn’t informed of this and arrived 10 minutes before and was turned away. Very disheartening since I drove from the opposite side of town.
I go to OT in WA and the coaches hype you up wayyy more than this location. The coaches were nice but not motivating at all. You have to be very self motivated to work hard and get a good workout in. It would be nice if the coaches had some more energy and pushed you through the workouts.
Good luck trying to cancel your membership here. They'll just keep charging you. It's now been 3 months and 3 times we've called, and they are still charging my wife for her membership that she tried to cancel. They'll reverse the charge each time, only to charge you again next month.
I love that fact that I have an experienced trainer in the room guiding the whole class to push forward. I can see how hard I am pushing through using the heart rate monitor, and I can always look forward to getting a great workout no matter who the trainer is because OT rocks!
I really enjoy OTF. Great workouts that never get easy. The best coaches that keep you motivated(Rachel is my favorite, js). My strength and endurance has increased significantly in just 2.5 months, and I have consistently lost an average of 10lbs a month going 5-6 days a week.
This gym has changed my life. Not only do I have a great community that supports me but they have helped me meet my goals. It was impossible to lose the baby weight after having my son. I tried different gyms but nothing helped till OTFNOLA. If you want a change come here!
Very friendly staff and just a pleasant environment almost all the time. Most of the coaches are fun, knowledgeable, and friendly. Desk staff are helpful, too. Once gave me some emergency carbs to finish, and a mask when mine had broken. Most of the coaches are great.
OT is the only workout I enjoy doing and can stick to and I’ve tried so many different things. My body feels better immediately after class and the feeling lasts for days. I LOVE the coaches at OT Mid City and the desk staff makes the environment so sweet and warm.
One week in and I’m hooked. I look forward to these workouts, and I don’t have to think about or plan what I will be doing on what day, just go and follow the instructions. All the trainers and other staff are helpful, kind, and motivate very well.
Okay, so I was a little intimidated at first, but everyone there from the coach to your classmates are super sweet and encouraging. Once you get past the first class, you'll be in the zone!!! It's a WORKOUT but totally worth the after-glow. ✨
I visited this studio while staying in New Orleans and had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk to the instructor were welcoming and positive and the vibe in the class was great as well! I'm looking forward to visiting again!
I have really been enjoying orange theory fitness. I'm always on the edge of being in great shape but my lack of motivation by myself in the gym slows my progress. I believe I can really get into the best shape of my life at Orange Theory.
Because of the instant feedback, I can customaize the workout to what I need. Its group exercise, which helps me push myself and stay competitive, but can also be personalized for me. Every day is different. Getting bored is not an option!
The combination of cardiovascular with body weight training is everything. In addition, I'm a competitive person, the splst points give me a gage to push myself beyond what I had done previously as well as what I see my fellow OTers doing.
I am a fan of OTF because each class is different from the last. The instructors are very motivating and make you want to challenge yourself to reach your personal goals. The 60 minute workouts are tough, but the end results are amazing!
I like that the workout is hard, but not so difficult that it can't be finished. The motivation that the coach gives is helpful. I also love that I can see my "stats" on the screen while I'm working out. It motivates me to push myself.
I love Orangetheory workouts. I feel fantastic when I'm finished. My fitness has improved dramatically and I'm finally motivated to take off some extra weight, too. You should try it immediately for a better quality of life.
I have been thinking about joining Orangetheory for awhile. I signed up for a Free Trial and loved my experience so much that I joined. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. I am excited to join the family.
I love the variation and intensity of the workouts, all the trainers are GREAT and motivating and play great music. Orangetheory has a very friendly atmosphere. It is like having a group workout with a personal trainer.
Very challenging but motivating workout. The music drives you to push yourself. It doesn't get easier but you get stronger. Love Terrence and Laura's classes. Didn't give it 5 because the staff isn't the most affable
Love that it's high energy and the teachers select music that keeps you in the zone. I have to get my workouts in at 5 am and I know that I wouldn't push myself even half as hard if I was trying to do it on my own.
Obsessed with OTF. I find it’s the most motivating work out. I always leave feeling accomplished and love watching my progress and seeing my stats. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating .
Orange Theory NOLA by far has the friendliest most helpful staff ever! I'm new to the NOLA area and was recommended this gym. The trainers are just so compelling and motivating! They keep me coming back!
The best high intense workout ever, what you put in is what you get, Michael Scott was great, the rotation cycles worked the entire body, and of course , the after burn and sweat was sweet.
I was primarily a runner before trying Orangetheory Fitness, and now I'm a fan because it's the interval training, weights and cross training my workouts were missing.
I love this otf location. Everyone is super nice and motivating. They cater to all Fitness levels and really make you feel like you’re part of a fitness community.
I love the motivation provided by the coaches. The workouts are well organized. I’m always excited to hear if it’s going to be a power, endurance, or strength day.
NOLA Mid City OFT is AWESOME! I relocated to DC area and miss the supportive staff at Mid City! Shout Out to Coach Brooke! Coach Clyde! Clyde Josh! Miss you All!
Great workout! They're very welcoming at your first class. The workout is always changing and goes by quickly. It's actually fun, and I feel so good at the end.
I travel a lot and have been to a lot of studios. This studio was great. The front desk staff and the coaches were awesome. The members were friendly too.
High pace, instructor led with clear examples. No guessing about what to do on any given day. Nice variation between days (strength, power, ESP, etc.)
Definitely the most effective and challenging workout in the city. Highly addictive, easy scheduling and loads of classes. Definitely 5 stars for me.
I really enjoyed OTF! I can’t wait to go back. It’s personal training in a group setting. Easy to stay focused with the live heart rate monitoring.
Have been a member of this studio since 2019 - love it! Such a fun workout, with motivating coaches - love this little mid-city family …
I give the exercise classes, coaches, and all staff 5 stars in the New Orleans area!!! But PLEASE midcity fix the hot water in the shower!
I love the atmosphere here, I'm very picky when it comes to where I workout at and here I always feel comfortable...check it out!
Awesome group of people. Instructors and staff are fantastic. Makes me look forward to getting out of bed for morning workouts.
The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the work out is fantastic. 8 weeks in and I am so much stronger and faster.
Clyde is the best! This is the only workout program that I’ve stuck with in my life. Highly recommended for beginners.
Excellent workouts! Really fun coaches and friendly employees. Might be a little expensive but always feels worth it!
Great and positive energy. Very helpful staff and coaches that encourage you to do your best and challenge yourself.
This was my first time visiting this location and the service was so nice. The coach and his playlist was BANGING!
Stopped by while on a family visit to NOLA. Coach was great and Orangetheory is awesome. Had a great workout here.
Orange Theory Mid-City has the best staff and best atmosphere! I genuinely look forward to going to classes here!
Support friendly team! The coaches are motivating and not intimidating. And their play lists aren’t bad either!
Wonderful team to help you focus on your goals. The group has been an incredible motivator with my workouts.
Great location and instructors at this location!! Also love orange theory variety of workouts and options!
I love this place! Really great workouts and the staff are super friendly. I definitely recommend.
The motivation. the burn, the challenge, the atmosphere, and the people. We are family!!!
Orange theory provides great results in time. And I love the crew and people who attend.
Great studio with friendly staff and workouts that push you to do hard things.
My go to workout, don’t need to do much else, and I stay toned and fit!
I started in January and this have been an amazing experience
Nice staff. This is my go to studio while in town for work.
Friendly neighborhood atmosphere to get a fabulous workout.
Love this location and Preston is my favorite coach!
I love this location and the staff!!
