Absolutely horrific unprofessional cowboy company!!! Avoid at all costs or unless you really don't care about your money or possessions!!! Charged €500 extra on top of quote without any warning about it being possibility. Were dreadful in keeping us updated in what was happening unless we contacted them. Then they lost several boxes our possessions and all Nathalie can say is "you can't have packed them!!!" They were packed, 100%!! Prob is, some it sentimental. We lost several high quality saucepans, and frying pans, one arm to our brand new sofa, guitar books. But worse of all, was my weight loss journal and a box containing every single essay I've ever written for my GCSE 'S, A-Levels, my degree, my PGCE and my computer qualifications!!! Every single one lost. We've currently not had contact from them for several weeks yet but they're supposed to be investigating!!! They lost our stuff or stole them hoping get lucky!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We wish we had heard of them!!!

I used them to deliver 6 boxes from Cyprus to Saudi Arabia. Their service, communication up to the point of delivery was very good. However, I made the mistake of paying the full amount when I had already paid for the deposit. They kindly accepted to refund the deposit with a fee ( which was fine, I made the mistake). However, it took me 3 months to have the deposit refunded as their bank deposited the money into the wrong account, continuing to blame my bank. My bank out of goodwill are paying the deposit into my account even though it was Cyprus bank / Orbit movers that made the error. It was an infuriating experience towards the end as Orbit and their bank were against paying the refund again, even though they made the error of depositing it into the wrong account.

I used Orbit to store and move my furniture and artworks around the Island and abroad on many occasions. Orbit Cyprus was recommended to me a long time ago. A friend of mine who used to work for them in 1993-94, told me how professional they were and how balanced quotes they had. When I expressed my concern about the safety of my artworks to be sent out to an Art Biennial abroad, because they needed a spacial crate and package, he said: Did you know that we are doing packing and moving for most of the embassies? You think they would do business with us if they had any doubts? He didn't have to convince me any further. So, since then it was really a pleasure doing business with Orbit. Couldn't recommend them more!

Orbit was tasked with releasing and delivering our container upon arrival in Cyprus. From the get go they have been professional , gave accurate and reliable information and handled the whole process with ease. ( thanks Lara ) They have dealt with local customs and released the container quickly and then proceeded to deliver and unpack the whole container. Their unpacking team was great , friendly , professional , fast and clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great logistics company. Thanks for making our move that much easier.

We used Orbit for two removals from the UK to Cyprus and for 6 months storage for items for a 40 ft container. All items arrived within the time frame given, as clean as the day they were packed and not one item was broken or missing. Communication was constant, friendly and clear and the whole service from start to finish was outstanding. If you value your belongings then I would fully recommend Orbit removals and storage. Five star service!!!

Orbit helped us with our international relocation. They were professional from the initial home assessment through to the final moments of our shipment arriving at its final destination. Their staff were responsive to all our queries and questions.There may be cheaper options for this kind of move, but the difference is in the service for what can a difficult and stressful undertaking.

Moving continents during a pandemic was extremely stressful with a lot of uncertainties. However, with regards to relocating my personal effects, Orbit Moving & Storage made the process so easy and eliminated the issues that I had heard from others that used other moving companies. Everything arrived at my final destination in a timely manner with no problems or unexpected surprises.

I availed of Orbit for moving internationally from Paralimni to Kosovo. They made assessment via video call while other companies consulted did not bother and asked me to estimate. Collection on time and delivery done according to estimate with option for tracking. I was also promptly assisted more than a month after delivery when I requested additional documentation. Recommended!

After an absolute hellish experience with Dicostanzo who brought our stuff to cyprus from France, the last part from the port to us with Orbit has been amazing. From the communication with Lara, to the team that brought the container we were impressed and relieved by their proffessionalism. Made the french look like a bunch of amateurs.

Absolutely shocking. Many mistakes made , employees clueless & management take no responsibility for damage. Paid €2000 more for their mistakes .The delivery man cut into a sofa with a box cutter & Orbit took no responsibility.
