Similar to its first branch in Oyster Bay area this one checks all the boxes as well. From the entrance, the ambiance, interior decorations, warm, welcoming and professional staff, to the end products such as tea/coffee and food this place has it all. I normally don’t review restrooms, but I have to admit, no expenses were spared with designing the whole café. My order was swiftly prepared, it was tasteful, fresh and flavorful. They have a good variety of both cold and hot drinks. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a place to just have some coffee and meet up with friends and colleagues or a quiet place to focus and work on your project/assignments, this is the place to be. They have free Wi-Fi as well. Overall, great place and well located. Oh lastly, they have dedicated parking space as well.

The 1 star is for consecutively wasting my time. The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. However, I am disappointed with the customer service that I have received there lately. As a regular customer who even pays tips, I was left waiting for 30 minutes during a trip to the restaurant a few days ago before someone gave me a menu. I thought it was a mistake so I let it go, but today I went back to the restaurant and the same thing happend -going on 45 minutes. I looked around to see if it was just me, but unfortunately I saw others coming in and having their orders taken ahead of me when I had been waiting for a long time and the waiters/waitresses by-passed me without taking my order.

The atmosphere is more business like, not really comfortable, which is fine for having a coffee. The waiters were friendly and tried to help, but you can't have any special requests it seems (we wanted a small juice for our child but that was not possible). Still everyone was nice and helpful and a good stay for a break.

Service is Good..steak was a small potion but tender.. buffalo wings abit dry outside it should be more saucy but overrall good.waffles was a let down.. very thin like a biskuit.. so it wasnt soft n fluff. Waffles need more improvements. Nice place to sit down and hv ur meal.

It’s the second time I’ve called Orchid IT plaza to order in advance and arrived at the cafe and the food has not been ordered. I’ve waited nearly an hour for just chips with two hungry toddlers in the back, if they were straightforward I wouldn’t have waited. The customer service is appalling

Orchid might just be one of my favorite places to dine in Dar. The atmosphere on its own is enough to convince me to go back. The food was better than most of the places I've been to but could use a bit of work but otherwise my experience was absolutely lovely.

Good food, ambience is great. You have to wait quite a bit for the food to arrive, usually between 30 to 45mins. However its worth the wait. Fellow coffee lovers, you can trust this place. The seating is good too, enough spacing to have a discreet conversation. All in all I would definitely be a return customer

The ambience is good. The staff is polite. The only thing that got me concerned was the time taken for preparing the meal. The time they took actually killed my appetite and was not in moof to have it anymore Other way round it is a good place to take someone for a date. You can have a very good time here.

Perfect place where to have a breakfast or lunch! The staff is really professional, the food is tasty, you can chill or even work as the wifi works really good. Also they put a screen with the football and they have an amazing selection of cakes. I really recommend this place.

I don’t remember how many times I have mentioned to my friends of how great the internet connection is at Orchid. It is one of the best if not THE best. I also really liked my mixed berries smoothies and the chicken nachos, the best. I would 100% recommend for a work meeting or just come and chill while doing your work …

Beautiful ambience and good service. The food is also very good. Best place to chill out.

I have ordered only 2 types of Cakes from here, 1 is Butterscotch and 2nd is Nutella Pistachio. Both are nice but I personally liked the Pistachio one. A bit costly but worth.
