We arrived for mum's birthday treat this afternoon, being warmly greeted by four lovely ladies, all smiley, polite and pleasant! Had a great chat with Nat (her mum had my mum) as she was performing the bodyscrub, which felt like a massage in itself! She said everyone deserves some "self-love" and I'm inclined to agree! Next was aromatherapy massage.. surprisingly all over my body (I was only expecting my back.) Nat certainly knows what she's doing.. for a small slim young lady she really kneads thoroughly and deeply! Finished off with a beautiful, very many treatment facial which made mum & I feel a million dollars! (Mum was so relaxed she fell asleep! ) This all took three hours but I could have stayed all day..! All in all we felt as though we were walking on marshmallow and surrounded by cotton wool.. quite frankly the best experience I've ever had! Glad I waited until 56 to experience massage etc for the first time, as I would not have used Organika previously, as they are a fairly new business starting up just around the corner to where we live. Highly recommended. (And my son commented how smooth my face is! Yay!)

The most relieving and amazing massage experience I have ever had! I booked for a 60min Muay Thai Deep Tissue Massage and I could not be happier with my overall experience! Tried many places around London but none of them were worth the quality offered here. When I first arrived the staff was very warm and welcoming, they offered me a refreshing drink made of a traditional flower and lemon. Their level of hygiene was 10/10, the spa smelled really nice and the decor was appropriate and authentic. When I entered in the room to start my session the masseuse was very attentive and understanding of what areas of concern I wanted to focus more on. The massage was so precise that realising all the tension felt like being reborn. At the end of the session there is a typical Thai natural hot tea offered to finish the relaxation. I would definitely suggest to come to this amazing place and I can’t wait to book more sessions in the future.

Wow what a gem in Upminster. I booked a same day 90 minute massage. What an absolute delight. One of the best massages I have had in years and it's on my door step. The ladies were very welcoming and the spa has a lovely ambient luxurious feel to it. From the mood lighting to the music it was perfect. The rooms were clean as well as the beds and towels. The massage was brilliant, she identified areas where I suffer with pain without me having to tell her and she worked hard on my knots. She kept good pressure for the whole 90 minutes . The scalp massage in particularly was a delightful end. At the end of the massage I felt like I was floating. The tea they served at the end was really nice. All round a fantastic experience and alot better than most spas I have visited and I have been to many both in the UK and internationally. Well done and keep up the great work. I look forward to coming back here very soon.

I booked the sun-kissed package for my mother and I for her birthday treat and from the the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out we were treated with such kindness. Everyone we met was absolutely lovely and the services were amazing. First we got an absolutely thorough scrub that smelt divine left my skin feeling as soft as the day i was born. Then it was time for the massages. My mum had a lovely gentle Swedish style massage and I asked for a but a traditional Thai stretching mixed with a gentle Swedish massage. Both were exceptional and I really felt a lot of tension and knots being released. Then was time for the facials. Ive never had one before but after this we are both converted. My face felt so fresh, hydrated and toned. This was my favourite part of the package! We walked out that day feeling like newborn babies in the clouds. Absolutely amazing, we will be back!

I booked a 90 minute Tok Sen therapy treatment as I have been suffering with sleepless nights due to severe tendonitis. My therapist Oi was absolutely brilliant. She worked so hard on my muscles and the areas where I was receiving a lot of pain, I left feeling so much better. The Tok Sen treatment (hammer therapy) is great for reaching the deeper parts of the muscles, I felt the relief instantly. Everybody was so welcoming and I was given a lovely cucumber tea before my treatment, and a delicious Thai tea after to relax and enjoy. All the staff are so polite and professional, I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be returning! Thank you Organika Thai Spa!

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a month or so - I visited this place for the first time in May, a week before my wedding and I was so impressed! The treatment I received was 10/10, everybody was super lovely and I left feeling very relaxed and at ease!!! The aesthetic is also very lovely along with the price which is amazing for the quality of treatments received. I highly recommended booking here if you have never been before, it was the best random booking I have ever done!! throughly impressed :) I received a highly skilled massage, i’ve has quite a few massages in London and honestly this has been the best!

I had a 90 minute Muay Thai massage with Oi today. It was absolutely amazing, you can tell the therapists are very knowledgeable and skilled. I was welcomed by the lovely staff and receptionist and was offered a cucumber welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The treatment rooms are amazing, beds very comfortable and clean, I felt so at peace. After my treatment I was given a Thai tea to have in the seating area which was delicious. I was surprised by my partner with a deep tissue massage for my birthday and what a beautiful experience! I stepped inside and it was like I was transported to Thailand. Everyone there is welcoming and lovely. The massage was amazing and I could not recommend it enough. I have a ten month old baby and my back is full of knots and aches and I left feeling like a new woman! A beautiful experience all round finishing with a beautiful tea to relax even more. My partner and I booked a 90 min couple massage and it was just amazing! People are lovely and the entire place was spotless. I had the best massage ever - thank you Ning!! I have painful knots in my shoulder and neck area and Ning really helped ease the tension, came out feeling like my neck is 5cm longer My partner was a bit nervous in the beginning as it was his first massage ever, but they were patient with him and did their best to accommodate his needs. Overall an amazing experience, wish I could give Organika 6 stars!

Everything was amazing, from the warmth and friendliness of the staff, to the excellence of the massage and the nice special touches like the tea they give you. They really took care of me, this has to be my favourite place to go for massages in Upminster and Hornchurch. Organika really try and make this an experience for you so I'll definitely be a regular. A special mention for Oi who did two back-to-back treatments for me that lasted about 2.5 hours and she maintained her energy and effort the whole time Simply perfection.

First time visiting this spa and it was such a nice, zen, tranquil environment. There’s parking available right outside which was great. I was greeted by the lovely staff, great customer service. I had the Thai ritual massage done by Jessica and it was amazing and tailored to what I needed. The massages were superb with great attention to detail and care given to make sure that we were both okay. The massage beds were very comfortable. After the massage we then enjoyed some Thai tea. First time going to Organika Thai Spa. We had an 1hour couples massage. Most amazing experience ever! The place is so clean, ambient, calming, staff are super friendly and inviting. The Spa feels like you're in a different country, just doesn't feel like Upminister The massage was excellent. The massues were amazing, we both felt amazing after. The tea after the treatment was delicious and a nice touch. We will definitely be back.

They are very prideful of their business and you can tell by the way you are treated and the standards they have. I will definitely visit again as they helped rectify a long standing issue with my shoulder and offered great advice in order to maintain good health. The best Thai massage in East London definitely. Very authentic and professional. The environment is so nice, clean and make you being really relaxed all the time. They also provided hot tea after the treatment in a beautiful decorated corner with comfortable sofa before you leave. I have tried the thai+oil and highly recommended. I will definitely come back and try other massages.

I had an amazing Thai ritual oil massage with Oi. She was fantastic. I was given lemon water prior to my massage and Thai tea afterwards, which was delicious. I have regular massages and this was genuinely the best I’ve had in a long time. I find masseuses sometimes don’t apply enough pressure but Oi was very firm. It was a genuine Thai massage & I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience and customer care. Walked in just after 7pm and thought I would have no hope in getting seen, but Jess quickly reassured me. Nat was great and sorted out my shoulders, back and neck. I felt so relaxed, I had to be guided to the rest area where you are given a refreshing cup of tea. Booked two treatments for my friend and myself and the staff here were so lovely and accommodating! I accidentally booked the treatments incorrectly and they helped me to clear up this issue immediately and made us feel very welcome.
