I recently went on a wildlife vacation at The Mara with Oribi Expeditions and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I contacted them to book the trip and after. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, the transportation was on time and efficient, and the wildlife experiences were truly breathtaking. Amazing service! Oribi provided end-to-end travel services. Jamila and I were able to fully relax in Kenya. And the guides they sent were more than equipped to give us the hidden histories and cultures of the region. And they were also equipped to handle any issues that came up along the trip. We will definitely work with Oribi again in the future. My only feedback service wise is they need to be more upfront and transparent about additional costs such as safari park entrance fees so that clients can bring sufficient money (US Dollars typically) to cover those fees.

I booked my package through ORIBI expeditions to Flamingo pride inn hotel.They have a spectacular customer service. I particularly dealt with Charity and she was on top of everything from our flight to Mombasa and transportation to and from the hotel and train back to Nairobi.She made sure everything was well coordinated and even calling the hotel to make sure we were well taken care off. The hotel staff were excellent.The rooms were great with breathtaking views. I recommend all inclusive deal it is well worth it. Book with Oribi expeditions. No regrets.

Reached out on Instagram and they assigned me to an amazing agent Lillian, she was really patient with us despite all the questions. She noticed how confused I was and was always ready to give me suggestions. The transfers were well coordinate and at no point did we have to wait for the driver (Dennis was the name of the driver ).
