You can’t trust anyone from this place. Don’t get me wrong, the food is safe, but the people are irresponsible. I asked one of their owners a day before if I can get 4 family chicken meals done at 12:00 P.M. for a corporate event. I didn’t ask them to open earlier, I just asked to get it done right after they open since they prepare the shawarma an hour before 12:00 P.M. anyway. The owner promised me it will be done, and I paid the day before, it even says pick up at 12:00 on the receipt. The second day I went there to pick it up, not only it’s not done, they haven’t even started making the order yet. The reason they gave me was the chefs didn’t get any notice about the order. So basically they treated their promise like nothing, and threw my trust in them right into the garbage can. The order was 20 minutes late in the end, and the executives and clients had to wait 20 more minutes for foods. What could’ve been a great food option turned me into a joke in front of my boss. The main chef gave me 10 cans of coke, and reminded me those are free. That’s almost an insult since 12 cans of pop costs less than 8 bucks and that’s how much they think my trust worths. If it was any other reason the order got delayed, for example, the chef is sick or the stove didn’t work, I wouldn’t be mad. But it got delayed literally because nobody gave a damn about the prepaid order and the promise the owner made. All I have left now is pure disappoint in this restaurant. If you ever want to order LARGE quantity for catering or a party, avoid these people, and just go somewhere else that’s more reliable.

It was our 2nd time having their mouth-watering shawarmas thanks to a close friend's recommendation. We ordered their Chicken on rice, Lamb Saj meal and Chicken Saj meal. Their saj wraps are simply too good to not try; I'd say they are worth the drive from Milton to Mississauga. They seem to very popular with back-to-back orders of both take-out and dine-in. Both times we dined in, however it's worth mentioning that calling ahead of time and placing your order will really save you a lot of waiting time. The 1st time we waited 40 mins for our order as we did a walk-in (they had already warned us of the wait time as they were preparing countless orders). Today we called 15 mins prior to arriving, and our food was ready to dive in. Another thing to add here is that they have limited seats available to dine-in as it's not a very spacious spot so plan ahead. Nonetheless we highly recommend trying their shawerma platters.

This is the worse shawarma I have ever had!!!!! I bought the saj lamb shawarma and I asked for just the lamb and lots of hummus. Wait time was much too long. Tables were not clean. I wouldn’t mind the very small portion with hardly any hummus if the taste was great. Unfortunately I got “a large” shawarma that would barely pass for a kid meal. Just look at my photo of the shawarma relative to the plastic spoon!!!! I will not be back. I have had great shawarmas in my life and not so great but this one was a disgrace!!!!!! They have great advertising but the lamb shawarma was terrible !!!!!!

You won't go wrong with any choice at Original Shawarma. I am not going to even talk about the mouth watering Shawarma, or the amazing falafel as it is a given when you visit this place. I am going to focus my review on the amazing customer service for the employee at the cashier and the great hospitality of Chef Ahmad. Chef Ahmad is the backbone of this business with his great hospitality and welcoming nature. You just feel the great vibe and love in every bite you take. Keep it up Chef Ahmed and staff.

Came here on a suggestion. Ordered a lamb sag (large). This food is amazing! The wrap was full of meat!! It’s also very well done with great amount of flavour. Size of the large is pretty decent at approx a good foot (12inches) extremely filling! Extremely juicy meat. I would have preferred more of the sauces added but that’s just a personal preference. Service was good. People were friendly. Wasn’t so busy when I came in, but soon did get busy after I made my order. Place was clean. It would have been to have a sanitizer area as other people were touching the glass and leaning over. Would advise to get extra napkins! :)

First time in Canada I enjoyed eating Shawarma!!! More than what I expected! Very tasty very fresh and delicious we took the Family meal it was amazing! The place clean and great environment! The must important thatwe find a staff was friendly and helpful and they are very generous ! We meet the chief Ahmed and he was very kind and happy! So for sure the food will be great they have out door open area. we are happy that this month they will have new branch on Montreal Quebec so excited. Best recommendation

Very nice experience. The staff and atmosphere have a chill vibe. We ordered 2 cheesy volcanoes on my son's bday and they gave us extra chicken and fries, very generous of them. The fries are the best I've ever tried, very flavourful and crunchy. Would recommend.

I have been buying from this place for years - I was obsessed. My last order was extremely disappointing. We ordered the family chicken platter. Food did not taste as fresh, quantities were extremely below standard. They also used to include garlic sauce but I guess don’t anymore. Good thing I had paid for “extra” not realizing it would be the only garlic we would get. Very disappointed and it has turned me off from ordering again.

We ordered the mixed family platter with chicken and beef. The meat was delicious, well seasoned, and tender. It is really an excellent simple shawarma with fresh parsely, garlic sauce, and meat. We all really enjoyed it. The fries were nice as well, crispy. I have been to over a dozen Shawarma places in the GTA, this has to be my favourite so far. Keep it up Original Shawarma!

I ordered a whole chicken bbq and it wasn’t fresh and doesn’t taste good. I don’t know why the serve a left over food from the day before. Shameful!!! The service was excellent and the cashier was very nice.

This is the best Middle Eastern food you will have. The food taste is incomparable with anything we tried. I definitely recommend the chicken or lamb mandi and their shawarma. We drove 8 hours to eat here.
