contacted them about a Ryzen 5 5600x because it was in stock. asked why they are $110 more than Canada Computers and other retailers since they are way above msrp and the retail standard. the response was "well its in demand and no one else has inventory". its great to know that a retailer is willing gouge customers and be greedy other than trying to be competitive in the retail sector possibly gain another customer. btw they also show on their website that they have marked it down as so to seem as they are giving a deal when they are blatantly ripping you off

I had a poor experience receiving my computer from this company. The computer was not shipped from the store until 6 business days after I ordered it, and was only shipped because I emailed and asked why it wasn't sent yet. The reply from the customer service representative was very unprofessional, with no punctuation or capital letters, and quite abrupt. I have not recieved the computer yet but so far I am not satisfied with the purchase because I was depending on the promised 2 day shipping from store, since I need this for doing online school immediately.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an android box with an expensive 2yr prescription for live TV. After approx 16months of use the live TV service did not work and I informed Orion of this. They directed me to contact the company which provided this service - after no response from this company I informed Orion which they responded 'there's nothing we can do' if they don't respond to you. So, Orion will take your money for this live tv service but if it doesn't work they will provide zero support and will leave their customers out in the cold.

I brought in a power supply from my Dell desktop computer which I suspected was defective. The service man was kind enough to check it at no charge. He confirmed that it was defective and offered to install a new one right then and there. After about 20 minutes I was on my way with a working computer. The parts price and the labour cost to install it were very reasonable. I definitely will recommend this place to all my friends. Top notch service at great prices.

If I could give them zero stars I would.. Absolutely the worst pricing.. their prices for new items are more than double their nearest competitors within the same 1 block radius. They won't price match to make the sale, even after i showed them that Canada computers has the same item for half the price as their day to day selling price... So I walked across the street and purchased at Canada Computers.. i will never go back to Orion.

here my due diligence response to this store DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM a business that foucses on profit will not be a helpful one when items go dead yes market is wack price wise but if you willing to lie to customers with making items look cheaper then they are when you over priced them then your a shady person and dont deserve the bussiness

My boyfriend emailed looking for a laptop screen replace after calling and being referred to the email. He waited over 3 weeks for a response through email. Followed up by phone, due to the lack of response to be told they don't remember such email, put on hold and then another associate answered and said they don't know when it'll be available.

Very impressed with Orion Computers. I travelled from St. Catharines to have my computer fixed as I needed a new hard drive for an older model. No one in St Catharines had it. They were prompt and extremely knowledgeable. They also explained everything they did and answered all my questions. Pricing is fair, well worth the travel.

Used to go here regularly for computer parts, staff is friendly and helpful however their deals do not compare to Ncix but they do offer unique range of items which you might find a harder time to see many options like free to air satellite and Android boxes. If items are sold out at other places this might be the place to get it.

I have given this store a number of chances over the years and without exception I never feel welcome or comfortable in the place. Questions are answered with little interest and it took forever for my computer to be serviced. I always feel like I am inconveniencing them and the are very unfriendly and dismissive.

I've been going to this place a good 10 years. I 've purchased computers and other items, they fixed my units with reasonable labor costs and backed their labor as well merchandise. Perhaps the front desk needs a bit polishing. I would recommend this place.

Best for used computers in Mississauga, but they also will beat any price for new items! There are only 3 brick stores left - BestBuy, Canada Computers and Orion Computers! Orion should be number 1 on your list :-)
