Oro City Jankipuram is aLDA (Lucknow Development Authority) approved project and has many options for easier payments as well as loans from various banks. The prices of the houses range from Rs. 36.33 lakhs to Rs. 74.79 lakhs. The project is also linked to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) and thus provides affordable options for requirements of prospective buyers.  The areas in and around Jankipuram have a great growth potential on account of its excellent location and connectivity. The well laid-out architecture of the township along with pleasing townhouses-like residences make this project a worthy buy for people who are looking at staying in one of the upcoming areas of Lucknow with easier commute to all the major attractions of the city.

The management is only business oriented. No issue in that. But they are not acting promptly on the problem of already residing people. The aesthetic look is not everything for a project to become successful. Residents observation and their review matters a lot. Many villas are having dampness in wall which is creating problem especially during rainy season. On complaining they have just one response "Ho jayega" . God knows only " Kab tk hoga". The security staff is also not acting vigilantly. They are not enquiring with people entering in society and just ask casually. Even family and friends observed this. Not bothered about movement of any commercial vehicle. People living here are not just restricted to one property and definitely we will think 100 times before investing in ORO Group again.

Just shifted here, facing problems with power supply and water supply, no response from ORO management, lot of quality related issues with construction, any missing things you point out there is standard reply, that it was not part of our project, roads have been destroyed by pvt contractors, no attanetion to maintenance by the management, very sad to choose ORO, as a middle-class person I'm extremely dejected that I've wasted my hard earned money here. Please don't make your purchase decision by sweet word of the sales person, get real feedback from the residents.

It's an upcoming Township. Yet in construction. A plush open park with open gym type set up, dhoop me mat jana. It's very much open and not compromised to ventilation. I unfortunately got one flat and later pandemic stuck, abhi uska daam gir gaya . It's quite interior and may get public transport availability once complete. All amenities available as per document according to which ai purchased flat . Surely the cost will go up looking at design and infra being developed.

I loved this place.This township has very good open area, it has a big lush green central park at it's centre which adds to it's beauty.The villas are built quite beautifully.Moreover, it gives option of plots and apartments as well.It's club is almost complete and the best part is that entire project is in possession phase.So, ready to move in options are there for plots & villas.

Its a good location for residential purpose, green area is quite good in the township. The readiness is distributed and not just centred in one or two spots, so its much better ready for ppl to move in compared to some other townships. Sales ppl are very soft spoken and hospitable. Only observation is - the plot rates are a bit on the higher side considering the location...

Oro city is a real estate property approved by LDA. Their are three types of villas according to the increasing size of area:- Crystal Villas Sapphire Villas Emerald Villas Beautifully designed with colonial elevations. Well planned with well spaced housing units, wide road, underground electric cabling, water supply, sewage system, and many more.

ORO City is one of the best township in Jankipuram Area. U can find a very good Open Gym park and nearly 70 % Open Area in this township. Underwater drainage system and 7 other small parks enhance its beauty. A Oro Club is also here where u can enjoy swimming , Gym ,restaurant facility. Other indoor games. Very nice and beautiful township.

The worst thing about this ORO is.. Management with zero concerned for the people who are living here.. at the time of rainy season parks get filled with water. No one is here to look after all the problems. Roads are broken and increased chances of accident also and many more problems..dont judge by its fancy cover it may be dangerous

Taken 3 yrs maintenance in advance but still no maintenance water clogging is there due to leakage,plots are in very low label then roads,Oro management haven't even labelled plots as per roads,no maintenance in spite of good maintenance charge in advance for three yrs,power cut issue and water supply issue is also there.

Not worthy of even a single star. There’s no electricity during night. As days are getting hot, there’s no electricity supply. Oro city management is absolutely careless and there’s no one who listens to the problems faced by residents. Worthless and disastrous condition. …

Oro City was a bliss to visit. The township is being developed in a planned manner. In the surrounding ecosystem it is the best buy for a home buyer. The organisation Oro Constructions Pvt. Ltd. also holds credible leadership. I recommend Oro City for Independent Home Seekers.

Certainly not a value for money. In case you get mesmerized, that means you haven't explored enough options or your money is not hard earned enough. The built up the area they claim is not actual. You will end up paying for most that will actually not belong to you ever.

they have taken three year maintenance charge but the maintenance is very bad. I am living in this city from 3 months but no electrician will be there no plumber will be their. If the can not provide good atmosphere why they makes big talk and lures the customer.

It was an amazing time visiting the Oro city, one of the best township project of the city, a 'must buy' for home seekers. Also the organisation member's were very much friendly and helped me find the best property.

Presently it is in developing stage. This city has a good layout. The area surrounding the city walls is also in a pre stage of residential devolpement. Other good housing projects are also in its vicinity.

Real Estate oro City. There is a company that is getting money by trapping people, who are told that they do not do anything, just know the pasa lena of the people, please can see other places.

Staff of Oro Construction not sharing proper information for dues at time and after that they claim for charges . And roads in front of Villas are not adequate.sight is 2.50km from kurshi road.

A good construction project in vicinity of janki puram extension area, approach is fair to the project ,bt as of now most of the project is under construction and will take time to complete

after sale very poor sarvice...they taken money of 3 year maintainace.....but they does not provide any sarvice .like road cleaness,park light,garbage taken...and many more.

Infrastructure is very good all facilities available like gas pipe line, water pipe line, sweaming pool, canteen, geam, park more than 10,basket ball ground etc...
