I have been to many Osmows before, so when i realized they opened one two minutes away from my house i decided to give it a try. I dont think i have ever had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. We walked in at 7:30, knowing the closing time is 10. We were rudely greeted by the girl that was at the counter interrupting what i was talking with my mother, we were discussing thw menu still. Asked her for just an extra minute so we could decide and she walked away without a word. Her coworker came back to the counter and she took our order. I asked for all my food to be mild; ordered a super lamb wrap, a chicken shawarma wrap and a chicken on the rocks to go. We informed the girl we were going to eat the wraps there and that we were taking the chicken and rice home. The girl that greeted us decided to start mopping with bleach by the second we sat down at our table as we got our food, didnt even seem fazed by us as we got up from our table,grabbing our wraps and going back to the counter to take our take out. Mind you, the floors were pristine before she started mopping with bleach, not to mention it was still 7:30 when they closed at 10, so two and a half more hours to go. We got home to have our food, and the lamb wrap was smothered with hot sauce. Now dont get me wrong, people take the word "mild" differently, this was just way too hot (i eat mexican food, i know spice), but my mother cannot eat spicy food at all and her wrap was insanely hot. We even tipped at the register, so it couldnt have been about that. The girl that started mopping with bleach beside us is the same girl that walked out on the front counter glaring as i said we needed an extra minute with the menu. She clearly wanted us to leave and well, she got what she wanted. We will never come back, and i will gladly speak to a manager about this.

Sent a staff member today to order lunch for the company. Upon returning we realized there was no garlic sauce in both wraps we had ordered (we had requested extra garlic). Sure no problem, mistakes happen. I go back to the restaurant and request a refund for our order and if they'd like to make things right to remake our wraps as a courtesy. The staff member proceeds to try to argue that there is garlic sauce in the wrap. Extra garlic means it is loaded with garlic, clearly not the case with this wrap. It is pretty much just hot sauce. She proceeds to remake the first wrap that I brought back to show them, but then goes on to tell me she can't remake the second one because I didn't bring that back. (Not what she said originally). I then ask for my refund, and they tell me they remade my order so that won't be possible. I didn't come back to have my order remade, I came back to request a full refund for the inconvenience and trouble. I'll go give my money somewhere else. If you want to try to make things right and maybe I'll come back then the least you can do is try to make things right. I left the original wrap behind that was made poorly, and didn't accept the remade one. Left with no refund, no food. It's not about the money, it's about principal. I will never be going back to this location, and I suggest no one else does either. Not one to complain like this normally but today was unacceptable. Shame on you. Contacted head office to file a complaint.

Am a regular customer at osmows . Today at 2: 45 i made a order at the store and a old lady took the order . It took 25 minutes to make the wrap ready for me . Usually the wrap is ready in 5 minutes or less . The lady who was wearing a glass was very slow and made me to wait . There were only 2 customer in the store and to serve a fries for the other customer she took almost 15 minutes and that too without draining the oil from the fries , she topped up the rice cambro without following FIFO rule . The new rice was filled on top of the old one which is against the food qaulity controls. This way the old rice will be served again and will be there under the cambro until some one changes it . The reason why i mentioned the appearance of the lady is i dont want everyone else to get the blame for her bad service and laziness. Even she messed up the wrap and was really disappointed . I have noted the day and time . From now on if i see her at the store then i wont place a order.

The food was below satisfactory not to mention disappointing and my order was incorrect. I placed an order online and when I picked up my order and arrived home I couldn’t get over how bad our dinner was. The rice had no flavour not to mention how dried and crunchy the chicken was…. We had special instructions for one of our chicken and rice plates and both were done incorrectly. Both dinners weren’t marked as we asked for simple instructions knowing which one had different sauces and to put extra on the side… We tried calling the store 15 minutes into our dinner to hopefully come back for new ones and no one answered the phone. The staff working might have felt anxious due to the orders coming in but I would of had no time waiting for a fresh meal. Perhaps they threw in free dessert knowing they incorrectly made my order or that everything was dried out. Regardless, would recommend the location on 50 road over this one.

I ordered a take out for 44.85 dollars and the food was so pathetic. When we went in restaurant for that the supervisor told the other guy named ali that it's not her responsibility that her made it even though she was a supervisor. She told me that she's been stuck here for 12 hours and she was tired solving my problem. She was arguing and giving me attitude. She asked us to wait outside in this cold weather until the order was made. And she even refused to give refund and ask my aunt to come insde and do refund by herself since she couldn't do it by herself. She told her to come inside and cook her falafel by herself.

Avoid this location at all costs! They do not deserve your money. Long time fan of Osmows, and I can tell you this one does not meet franchise standards by a long shot. The one on Upper James is much better. The food quality was poor. Extra garlic sauce looking like they forgot to garlic sauce all together. Asked the staff member to cut the wrap in half, but that is apparently too hard to accomodate. Offered me a plastic knife to do it ourselves but they have a big kitchen knife they can use and cut cleanly in two seconds. Asked for a refund for our order that was messed up, refused. I'll be contacting head office and contacting our credit card company for a refund. Basic customer service skills lacking.

I tried this location few times to give them the opportunity since one bad day is not a reflection of everyday. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not up to par compare to other osmows or shawerma places. My Philly steak was full of fat pieces ( i accept certain amount but not half or ask customer before hand) and another time chicken was so burnt it was hard like a rock. If you planing to sell unsold food and not waste it, i am all for it but make sure it's servable and eatable. I think there are other options for me to not waste money and food. Hope you guys get it right and not save money by curting corners and loose customers.

I am a regular customer here and chicken shawarma wrap super size is always my favourite bcz the size is very good enough for me. But today am surprised too see what I was given. Hoping this gets to the owners: employees picking up the phone and then hanging up, and refusing to pick up the phone again (while i am inside, hearing it ring and no other customer is there), is probably making you lose a lot of business. The food is good, but will not be coming here again, unfortunately, because of their habit of disconnecting and then not picking up again, even when there is absolutely no one else in there to serve. Can understand it if employees are busy, but have seen on multiple occasions now that they just deliberately ignore the phone or hang up on purpose, even when the store is empty.

Absolutely disgusting. Got myself an osmows special wrap and it tasted beyond disappointing. Cheap portions, The wrap was drenched in sauce, The chicken tasted old, pineapples were literally dried up, the famous garlic sauce tasted like mayonnaise with pepper and salt, and the vegetables were soft tasting as if they were refrigerated for days. I used to really like osmows but with the management changed, it’s giving me more reasons to never go again. If you want people to come to your establishment it’s important to keep quality standards constant. Your customers shouldn’t be paying for old and tasteless food.

Very bad customer service. Worker named Harvinder was very disrespectful and rude. He would not listen to me, and he yelled at me as the customer when I pointed out the mistake he made in my take out order, and he did not give the correct take out order, all the while I was speaking nicely and was patient when initially explaining to him his mistake. I asked for chicken shawarma medium spice level and beef kofta platter medium spice. As shown in the pictures provided, there was no hot sauce spice provided whatsoever in any of the 4 wraps I ordered, along with the beef kofta platter. We love coming here and they always know how to put together the best wraps or even make the best recommendations! . Tonight my husband got the Beef wrap and I got the Beyond the Meat Wrap (My absolute favourite) with a side of Falafel and everything was so delicious and perfectly done! Chicken at this location always tastes terrible. Thought it might have been a one time fluke because other locations it tastes great but after 3-4 times going to this location around dinner time the chicken shawarma has tasted old tough and quite terrible every single time. I went to order a large box of fries, like I have before, except the cashier wasn’t happy when it said $4.99 so he said he’ll just charge me the price of 4 bags for just the fries. Then the other cashier came and said that there was half of a large just chicken aka 8oz of chicken in a ‘chicken on the stix’. 8oz of chicken was 9.99 and 13.99 for a large chicken on the stix, so I’m sitting there tryna figure how these fries supposedly $20. After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to order food from this location but I thought let's give it a shot and see what happens. I ordered the Monday Special, Philly chicken OzBox and it was delicious. It was a big quantity and everything tasted fresh and the meat was well cooked. I have no complaints, from reading the reviews it looks like this location has bad reviews due to the staff, luckily I had a good experience with the staff working.

I went here once and never again. I got a chicken shawarma rice bowl. Upon eating it, the rice was moldy and tasted extremely old. We called and they said to come back in and get a new one. Usually, I really enjoy eating here but today when I came in to get my food, I ordered the beef on the sticks, and unfortunately the french fries were barely cooked and soggy the meat as well was barely grilled, and there was so much onions inside of it I couldn’t even taste the beef. The food is pretty good. The staff is hit and miss. We are regulars here because there aren’t many food options past 9pm but on many occasions they close hours before their posted 10pm time. I’ve also been to the store and had them tell us they don’t have anymore food. Another time, we arrived and the open sign is turned off, I believe it’s a tactic the staff use to prevent customers from coming in after they’ve done the clean up. Management needs to do more surprise visits in the late hours.

The staff (all male) were rude and speaking about me in another language and looking and laughing and I heard the one tell another that what was put in the register was wrong and gave the person making it the proper order. The other person said it tastes good they'll like it. Not sure what was going on with that or who's order it was but definitely not a nice thing to do! I mean sometimes my order is not right when I go out but I never would have thought they do it on purpose.

Quantity of food is absolutely ridiculous but owner blamed franchise not himself. It seems there are other similar reviews on Google so maybe the owner will do something about it. The young girl working there had great customer service There was another lady there who we had to ask to stop talking on her AirPods as she was spiting on the food she was preparing. Her response was “it’s not your order” We were also up charged on our credit card but he gave us $2 in cash

Initially hesitant due to some negative reviews, yesterday I decided to give Osmows a try. To my pleasant surprise, the food I received was quite satisfying. Moreover, the young girl assisting me did an excellent job guiding me through the menu. I wanted to express my appreciation, but it seemed she was handling the entire workload solo and was exceptionally busy. I am absolutely eager to revisit that place.

Tried this location twice, both times wraps were so poorly put together that they are pretty much not edible, just falls apart everywhere, even unwrapping a little bit at a time. Not sure they should offer something if they cannot properly execute. Flavours were ok, but spice level very inconsistent as well. Both time I have ordered hot, once had no spice and next time was unbearable to eat. I think I'm done giving my money to this location.

Service and quality at this place has really sunk. Just went now and waited 30 min for a "Large" chicken on the rocks. But the portion size looks more like a medium. I got a half empty container for the price of a large meal!!!! Oh, and never mind the woman they have there nowadays, treating employees (who I think she's training) poorly in front of customers. They're never seeing 1 of my dollars. I'd rather drive to the other locations.

50% fillings 50% bread. Really?? My 1st time to order and this is how you guys treat customers? You put so little inside and then wrap it thrice over. This leaves a very bad taste, bad business practice. I even called this location and they proudly said they follow standard practice. So standard practice to put so little inside and more on the bread. Don't bother with Osmows, local chains around are more proportionate.

I was reluctant to go this location but I tried today. The store was clean. The person who took the order was nice. The wrap was packed so loosely that when I opened it it fell off. I ordered medium spicy (always do) but it was super spicy. I do bot recommend this shawarma to anyone.

In the past few experiences at this location I have had a very mediocre experience. Today was absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 9:30 and made our order. We got the combo for 2 and a side of fries. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting we got food but it was a totally different order. It was an order at much lower value and had food my s/o cannot eat. Extremely disappointing experience.

A horrible experience. First, we arrive to pickup our pre-ordered meal and there was a strong language barrier with the staff - it took way too long to figure out where our order was. The food is pricey, so we were expecting it to be good. It was not - the shawarma was tasteless and like sawdust, the Greek salad was all limp lettuce with minimal veggies and feta. Very disappointing!

This Osmow’s location is amazing. The food is always top notch and the service is fantastic. Polite, friendly staff.

The meat was so bland and dry, the rice was disgusting and not seasoned like it says, the “famous garlic sauce” did not even taste like garlic it was super watery tasting, the Greek salad had 2 tiny crumbs of feta in the entire thing. My friend ordered chicken shawarma and after one bite she found colored plastic! She talked to the girl at the counter but she said nothing and just threw out the plastic in the garbage and ignored it. My friend was too nice to give them

Ordered chicken shawarma and falafel wrap. The food was good. I decided to go for hot and it was very hot even for an Indian guy. If you don't like spicy food then choose mild only.

Always dependable for delicious and fresh shawarmas. Our work group often orders from here because of the portions and great prices. The chicken isn’t stringy or fatty like some locations- lean and delicious!

This Particular Branch is pretty Good !! And their food compares better then some of the shawarmas around the block .. rajneet and a guy over there were pretty good with customizing our order there .

Had the chicken shawarma, will probably never have it here again. The chicken was full of cartilage and chewy gross, inedible pieces. I was spitting out most of the chicken because it was so chewy.

I visit lots of restaurants but this have different taste and specially i love Caesar salad i like it most . And staff was too much coordinating because they prepared my order in less time More

The food was subpar. My chicken tasted old (maybe expired). The gravy was not mixed enough and tasted like brown sugar. My server said Osmows has bad food. They were right.

Very neat and clean and excellent customer service. Food was delicious I ordered half and half philly chicken which was amazing. Definitely coming back with family.

It’s my best shawarma place I always come to get my sandwiches it just taste so amazing it’s worth it to try they really have amazing price you should guys try

Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken. Meal was served hot and excellent taste.

Ordered here a few times, always good... but tonight I ordered and it was fantastic. Whoever made my extra chicken half and half at 9:30 deserves a medal.

this location sells the best shawarmas!!! tried their chicken & beef saj shawarmas recently and fell in love!! highly recommend!!!

Their falafels are really good plus you get to choose between vegan and vegetarian garlic sauce. Will be my go to shawarma place.
