Through this pandemic it’s been very hard to find consistency when filling prescriptions. The staff and pharmacist have been amazing! Friendly, courteous and excellent service. I never have an issue filling my prescription. Even if the medication is not available (ie back orders) they go above and beyond to make sure I have a supply and never go a day without. There wait times are very reasonable and if I call in the prescription is always ready. Stock and selections are good and are better priced then a lot of contenders. Thanks Ottawa Street Pharmacy. You are always great! Definitely worth going there!

I've been to a few different pharmacies around the city over the years, but this is definitely my favorite one so far.. The staff are wonderfully human and treat you like such. They're helpful, friendly and are always very kind to me. The selection is great for the area & size of the shop, (they have all the supplements I could ever want) and the prices are definitely competitive, (good luck finding decent hairbands or brushes at that good a price elsewhere).. They're a great part of the community that I'm more than happy to support with my business and I highly recommend them.

This pharmacy said I could get a 'flu shot in two weeks. After a month of waiting I called them and they said I could come in for a shot. In the pharmacy, there were four staff--three of them were not wearing masks. One of them put one on when I asked. Then they ignored me. Needless to say, I left, not willing to risk my health further.

Spoke with Sara and she was beyond wonderful. What an absolute caring woman who was so kind and pleasant. This pharmacy treats people with respect, which goes a long way in my mind. Very blessed to have such great pharmacists in this city. Take care Sara and hope to meet you sometime soon!

Caring, thoughtful, kind, just an all around good pharmacy with good service. Wait times can be a little much but I guess that's what goes with prescriptions without errors. Great place and they have almost every medication on hand too.

This has been my main pharmacy for 2 years now. Dr. Ramaan is the main manager and he is an excellent doctor, very friendly and will always do his best for you. I love this place and would definitely recommend it.
