My family decided to take me out to dinner for my birthday. My 3 kids in their 20s were treating. We are seated immediately but sit at the table for a good 15mins. Meanwhile I'm making eye contact with the a server waiting on a party of 8. We arrived at around 730. We'll after the dinner rush. I finally got up to get someone. Server who was waiting on the party came over and said, "I didn't even see you guys". Again we made eye contact about 6 times. I say nothing cause stuff happens. We order drinks and 2 appetizers. Another server brought us our drinks and then another the apps. We asked for extra sauce which we had to ask 3 other servers for. Meanwhile no bread was brought out. We finally asked the manager for some refills and some bread. I told the manager that our server seemed to be struggling. Manager brought one refill for the one closet to him. My husband and son waited another 30mins for their refill. Food is brought out by the same server who brought the apps. She said I saw this sitting in the window for awhile so I thought I'd bring it to you. Our server shows back up and says, "oh that came out fast". We ordered cheese fries as our side, it was regular fries. She told us she assumed since the button said aussie fries, that they'd come out as cheese fries. The 2 burgers were supposed to be MW-W. They were so pink in the middle my daughter and husband didn't even eat them. At this point we just wanna leave and never come back. Manager comes over to the table and says, "well it looks like everything ended up being all good" to which I said if you say so. He walked off and our server brought us the bill. Manager offered to make nothing right. I had to tell him we had no desire to wait another 45mins to get the burgers right. He reluctantly took those off our bill. Our bill was still over $100 and it was the worst experience all of us have ever had. This used to be our go to place as a family. It's gonna be like pulling teeth to get them to go back after the amount of gaslighting done by the server and the manager. I know stuff can happen but it was one thing after another. The manager knew she was struggling and did nothing to help her, or us. Just a bad situation all around. Won't go back there.

Just took my daughter and her friend here for there birthdays and it was ok. Our cocktails were pretty good, food was good but bland. My daughter and I got steak and shrimp, the shrimp was well seasoned the steak had no seasoning at all what made it edible was the A1 steak sauce I asked for. So as far as food and drinks as a whole just ok for me, not enough to make us visit again. Our server is what I wasn't pleased with she wasn't rude or anything just wasn't as friendly with us as she was with the other patrons I noticed, never came back to ask if everything was alright or if we needed anything like she did everyone else, she didn't ask how we wanted our ticket just brought it and sat it down, only to have to go back and fix it after I told her. I still tipped her and she still wasn't to friendly then. I'm big on customer service, everyone else that served us was much more friendlier than her. So between the bland food and so so server we will not be back, at least not at this location.

The atmosphere was great! Very relaxed and inviting, prompting you to sit and stay a while. Our waitress, whose name I sadly can't recall, was simply amazing. She was extremely polite, attentive and quick on her feet. She never left us needing to ask for a thing, she was always there.to ask if we were ok. The steak I ordered was cooked phenomenally! I dipped a small piece in steak sauce before trying a naked piece. Upon trying the unsauced steak, I instantly regretted the piece that I had dipped! It was honestly cooked to perfection! The mac and cheese was yummy! The portion sizes were pretty large. We all took home to-go boxes with at least half of our meals. The bathrooms were all in working order, well stocked and clean. There were 4 of us, 3 adults and a child. We spent roughly $115 for everyone, tip included. For the meal and the great service, it definitely was worth it. I will be back and would recommend it to folks looking for an awesome steak at an awesome price!

Our server just rushed through the entire experience. Absolutely the worst service ever. Not only was the server hard of hearing. She left numerous items off our order but still charged us the full price. For example we got the shrimp on the Barbie which is $10. And it comes with a basic side. She charged us for a premium side which brought it to $14.99 but never gave us the side. Brandi is a crook. That's not the only thing, so watch your receipts especially if you have Brandi G as your server. She was quite rude and very short. When you are ordering she would cut you off mid sentence. It wasn't just us. I could hear over her apologizing to other tables about getting stuff wrong. She has no patience for this job. The food was ok not the best, that's why it gets two stars.. if you feel like driving head to a different location.. this one is bad!!

The prime rib sandwich was amazing! It and the service were so good that I came back the next day with my daughter for lunch! We sat at the bar. My return visit was even greater! Shandy took great care of us again! She was absolutely lovely! We couldn't ask for more. Micah, one of the managers, came over and introduced himself. Shandy told him about my return visit. He extended his thanks for us coming back in. He was really nice too. And I didn't get his name, but as we topped the ramps and approached the doors on our way in. The host beat us to the door, opened it, held it for us, and with the biggest smile, welcomed us in! Our visit started out impressive, and there was no drop-off. 5 STARS! DROP!

The food was good as always. Service was a little slow, and they did not seem to be that busy. I got a ranch bath because one of the bus boys decided to carry half of the restaurants dirty dishes in one trip and dropped a ranch cup all over me. That wasn’t fun. The manager did his due diligence to make it right and paid for my meal. Other than that it was a good visit. They got a good manager there that is active on the floor which is rare. I’ll definitely be back even after the one mishap.

I wish I could get it no stars we completely used to love this restaurant but last night we were mistreated and clearly discriminated against by an employee and today a manager Mika me and my husband was treated rudely by the to go person and then once I spoke to management he sided with him and was very rude as well we were treated badly because of who were are and that was clear from the fact the employee not acknowledging us for over 15 mins because he was having a personal conversation with his friend it was very bad so if you are a person of color and want to be treated fairly then DO NO DINE HERE!!!!

When I tell y’all that my husband and I had the most incredible experience, I mean it. It’s because of our server Davis R who was PHENOMENAL. Such a kind human who I just can’t say enough great things about. He was attentive, energetic, and was always smiling. He went up over and beyond. I am Missouri visiting a friend and we decided to go to Outback 5225 Old Hickz Blvd. I ordered a Blooming Onion and a Blooming Shrimp ...well I wish I had not that was the worst food ever had . I guess sense was about to close when the order was placed they didn't care bout it cause my shrimp was cooked in old grease that it looked burnt and the blooming onion wasn't cooked all the way as u can see by the pictures. I cldnt even dip the onion in the sauce cause the crust didn't even stay on the onion..NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE AGAIN..

Ate my mediocre meal, lobster and filet, drank part of my top shelf margarita and noticed a fruit fly in it. Told waitress and she brought manager. He said that he'd bring me another or comp the one. The service took a LONG time. It was about 15 minutes before the server even greeted my table. When the food finally came out the steak I ordered medium well was burnt black and cooked extra well done. The waitress was nice but she did not check on us after food came out and she was nowhere to be found. I ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo It arrived with nearly zero Alfredo sauce, only 4 shrimp, the shrimp had the tails on We were sitting at the bar. The bartender was talking to other staff, having casual ongoing conversations, it took nearly 10 minutes of arm waving to get their attention. They sent the dish back to the kitchen. This rating is for pricing of beer. I got 1 bottle of Budweiser. When I received the check it was $5.46. I asked the manager why 1 bottle of Budweiser cost so much. He then tried to tell me that like steak everything is inflation. I told him if it were a draft beer I could see the beer being $5. I also told him the beer wasn't a steak or food. I also pointed out that it wasn't even a premium beer. So this is the last time I go here. I can can get a beer 6x's cheaper at the store.

I came here on a Saturday night with friends, and unfortunately, I wasn’t pleased with our visit. Our server was friendly, but I’m assuming he was too busy because he kept forgetting about us, and we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and for more bread, which he forgot and never filled. Our food came out cold, so we had to send it back, and it was hot the second time, but bland, and our bloomin onion was super over cooked and tasted like burnt grease. Idk if we caught them on an off day because it was packed, but I was terribly disappointed.

Dropped by for early dinner, excellent service, and experience. Love their brown bread loaf and honey butter!

Great service from our waitress. The salad was very good. The entree I had was the filet mignon, which was tender and delicious. I happened to receive the "end cut" of the filet which has some gristle which made a small portion non edible. Overall it was very good and the prices are reasonable. So I will go back. My husband's steak and meal was very good also.

Boss took me out for my birthday lunch and it was awesome. I hadn't been to Outback in years. I was very pleased. Went for the Porterhouse with asparagus and Brussel sprouts. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I've never been disappointed when visiting this location. I've been for lunch, as well as dinner. It's a must go amongst my family. Staff is friendly and food is prompt. We tried the steak and 3 cheese dip and it was so delicious. A little bit pricey for an app at 13 something but I understand that it's steak and was happy to pay for it.

Our server was great. The atmosphere was pretty and relaxing. All the food was delicious but the brussel sprouts would melt in your mouth. They have special sauce they cook individually in your own iron skillet. They have other different veggies too.

She was both professional and pleasant, prompt and anticipated our wants. Was my delight to leave her $10 tip for a $35 meal. .... Atmosphere is delightful in the early afternoon.

It was a busy night and the kitchen was struggling with 3 new cooks at once. However, our server, Jay N, was so wonderful! She was quick, attentive, and handled our mis cooked steaks perfectly.

Emily gave me coloring books even though I’m not a child. She is the best here at outback, request her for a good experience !
