Bad experience. Worst customer experience. Wrong receipt, waiter tried to bill more than ordered. Need to prove the error in the receipt. After complaining to Outback manager, they again tried to maintain that wrong receipt and did not want to fix the issue. This is worst Outback restaurant in São Paulo, never to return.

Bad employee management. They were clearly short in staff necessary to take care of everyone. The steak came cold, after I ordered there was no waiter by the table. In the end, when I asked to pack, they didn't pack half of the items. In addition to having added 10% without even asking. A mess!

Always a good idea, nothing's Australian there (unless you count myself when I'm eating in the resturant) especially with it being an American food chain, but they know how to make a good steak & that's all that counts!

Always packed. The service is not so good, while they have a few very good waiters, they also have those who barely pay attention to the customer. Basic american bar food, nothing special about it.

If you are looking for something peaceful, I extremely recommend during lunch, there are no lines and less noise, service and food is awesome both at dinner and lunch.
