The current circular had the exact items that I learned I needed for a project, so I went to study the items to see which would work best. This is the first time I've ever been to this store. It wasn't what I expected. I was thinking a smaller-scale Lowe's or Home Depot (i.e., "man's domain"), but the interior here was, well, not "feminine" but artisanal. I can't explain it, but it was a different atmosphere right away. Anyhow, I guess I looked lost because someone right away asked me if I needed help and then didn't just point out where to go (or give me an aisle number) but escorted me there personally (such service you don't usually find in most stores but especially at hardware-type stores). So I'm at the items I wanted. Standing there reading boxes, another man asked if I needed help. I didn't at the time, so he just left me to my reading. When I needed help, I found a gentleman nearby (he was actually busy stocking an aisle) and asked if he could help me. It wasn't something he had experience with, so he called for help, then escorted me to the appropriate aisle where two other men explained the items and gave me ideas. Done with my errand, I decided to check out the garden center. Again, there was a different feel to this center compared to the ones at Lowe's and HD (not that these are bad--theyre not). OSH's center just seemed different. As if I'd walked into a secret garden. I can't explain it, but I liked it. At one entrance (the one I used), the fountains are displayed and functioning, so it's instant tranquility. And they have some of the cutest statuary and garden art. Anyhow, my overall impression was wholly favorable. When I left, the girl at the checkout lane even said goodbye and wished me a good day. I'll definitely be back!

I don't recall the last time I gave any business a one star review but I felt so strongly about giving a one star today. Let me make it clear it's not about OSH store but it is about a lady named Lupe. She is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. OSH really must not put her in a position to talk to customers. Period. She is rude. She doesn't care to listen. She actually just doesn't care. And she proudly said so as I attempted to explain my situation to her. I brought some plants back to return as they were not doing well. She took one look at them (while I was still outsider the store carrying them in) and said - I am not going to take them back. They are fine. You need to take care of them. I told her I have a garden full of flowers and many of these same plants (many from OSH) and only these two not doing well (in fact this my first time bringing any plants back for return) but she kept saying I don't care, I won't take them back, you need to care of them. And those three sentences kept being repeated over and over. Lupe, you are such a mean and rude customer service person.

The former "Orchard Supply Hardware" spirit is back. The handy man/woman next door feel that the old OSH has been reincarnated to a NEWER shell. Seems like many of the former employees and management has came back to help along this new organization. The former Orchard Supply Hardware organization closed down 102 stores. The new Outdoor Supply Hardware is starting out modestly with 8 stores and counting. With new product brands it now carries (and most of the ones the old ones they used to have), it's really up to great start. Most of the floor people I've encountered are very knowledgeable and have many suggestions on the projects I'm currently doing. I believe the New and Improved OSH (Outdoor Supply Hardware) is going to be a huge contributor to the near by community. From the do-it-yourselfers, professional contractors, seasoned pros, and/or novice beginners, the NEW OSH is a great go-to place for just about all needs to get the job done. The similarities continue with like color scheme, employee uniforms and even the layout of the store. Unfortunately, the high prices that came with the old OSH continues⁠--but without the fantastic service that used to make us put up with them. They've gone away from friendly older folks that were happy to help, to hiring young adults that are more than happy to ignore you than be of assistance. Regardless, this is still a nice clean, well-stocked store that should suit most, if not all, your hardware needs. It just opened last Tue (7/14/20) so come check it out as it's much needed in this area where there's a lack of these types of places.

I love the store ,but prices are pretty hight compared to other stores I shop at. They have a beautiful outside garden area. I love this area but on 2 sperate occasions I have been locked outside. And had to knock before someone letting me back in. Was the outside closed nope they just close and lock it without giving a friendly "hi is anyone out here" I do not like being stuck places and was not happy the second time this happens to me. I have had several bad experiences here but, iv also had a lot of good shopping sprees because there plants are beautiful and they take good care of them. Home Depot seems friendly and willing to exchange plant but there indoor plants are not kept nicely, and OSH does.

Installed a new kitchen faucet with integrated water lines only to find that the hot water line was about 9 inches too short. Came here because it was the closest to my house and found that it was clean, well organized, and honestly feels like a reincarnation of Orchard Supply Hardware, but with a very slightly different name. Staff are friendly and helpful - makes me wonder why the staff at the other big box stores can't have the same demeanor... Only gripe is their website is still in the works, so no online shopping and order for pick up.

Sooo Close to the perfect carne asada street Taco. Nearly perfect on the most important 3 elements.1- the meat 2-the salsa and toppings 3- the tortillas. So far This small Taco stand is above & beyond any I've eaten at. The meat was perfectly cooked &spiced,the salsa was deep and layered with flavor, tortillas were tasty and fresh . My taste buds were popping like never before. So far the best street tacos that I ever had. Definitely the one to judge all others by. Cons- no seating, no self serve additional condiments.

It is so nice to have another friendly neighborhood hardware store that's close to the house! I really miss the old OSH, but 'Outside Supply Hardware' is doing a really nice job of being just like them. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because they're not asking the employees to wear masks, which is a little uncomfortable making. However, all the employees were helpful and very friendly, and it was a very pleasant experience. Will be returning!

Came in today for a peace of wood cut out to a certain length. I came in and asked the front desk guy if they could do that, he replied with a yes we have a person who can cut the wood if you buy. When I went to the so called wood cutter he told me he could not do. Either he couldn't or just didn't want to be bothered...I would do it myself but I do not have the tools. Front desk guy was helpful, not so much the "wood cutter". Home depot here I come

I was looking for gardening tools and supplies for my backyard project. The hardware store had an impressive collection of gardening tools that were sturdy and efficient. Its like meeting the twin brother of an old lost childhood friend. Reminds me a lot of the old OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware) store before it got sold to Lowe's. Good assortment of items you would expect in a neighborhood hardware store. Glad to see they brought back the work clothing section, big fan of Carhartt brand, especially the knit caps. Only thing missing are Die Hard car batteries and Craftsman brand tools, otherwise it's just like OSH.

NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! My boyfriend was at the register buying a generator and this mexican lady came up and locked the doors and told him you got to pay for that. My boyfriend was telling the worker that she was making him feel uncomfortable and she yelled I don't care you have to pay for it. My boyfriend just ended up leaving! This is horrible customer service and my boyfriend feels like he got profiled because he is Mexican!

Posting from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.. A friend in San Jose had their bird bath break overnight. They posted pics on Facebook and I took it upon myself to order them a new one. After to speaking the manager George on the phone, I was able to have a replacement bird bath delivered to my friend's house in less than an hour. Thank you to George and the young lady on the phone that verified the stock level. Service above and beyond.

OSH is back! Love this store. Always very well stocked and organized with high quality goods that'll last a lifetime. Been here many times now, and it's a great place to fill needs around the house and yard. Even do some clothes shopping there if you want durable pants that'll last a long time (though they're not cheap, they're still less expensive than ridiculous pre-torn designer jeans). Great people and great place.

I went here looking for Lysol and bug fog. I couldn't find the Lysol but found Krud Kleaner instead. I bought the bug fog and left with 2ndary intent of buying KK instead of Lysol. I went looking for the Lysol and didn't find it in the appropriate place. So, as I promised the business, I came back and bought KK and they were very patient and understanding. It's my new permanent place for cleaning products.

Orchard supply Hardware was my go to store before they all closed a few years ago. I got used to going to Home Depot and Lowes since. This OSH pays the sales tax this weekend. I couldn't find anywhere to search products on their website. When I went there looking for toilet seats, I found prices to be high. Saving the 9.375% sales tax would not have offset getting a similar item elsewhere for cheaper.

Has the feel of a traditional hardware store where people actually try (and usually succeed) helping customers. Might not have the overwhelming array of options of the big-box stores, but I think that’s a positive. OSH usually fits the bill and has much better service. Too bad there aren’t more! It’d also be nice if there were one closer to home, but oh well. Can’t win ‘em all…

Came here to see if they carry white bird of paradise. Unfortunately they don't. They do carry a few dry out yellow bird of paradise that overly priced. Also, I was looking for a monstera adansonii, unfortunately they have that either. Wanted to purchase a 20" round tall planter, unfortunately they don't have that too. They have lots of random stuff, but nothing useful.

Has reopened now mid 2020 since being shut down a few years. Called Outdoor Supply Hardware, but still the same old Orchard. Even the layout of the store is almost identical to the old OSH. Nice to have another option again instead of just HD. Tool selection is still much more plentiful than HD. No lumber just like before. Great to have it back.

I went to Outdoor Supply Hardware today by Capitol expwy and Silver Creek Rd for some compost on sale in their flyer. They showed me where it was located and even loaded my cart (each 2 cu ft bag weighs about 40 pounds). Helpful and friendly staff as always! On another visit, I purchased gift cards for friends. Something for everyone at OSH.

Helpful staff but I wasn't able to find everything I was looking for. They also didn't offer cutting service for wood or metal which I was hoping for as other hardware stores offer but that could be due to covid and a smaller staff. They had almost everything you need for simple home diy projects and they staff is very friendly and helpful.

Looks and feels just like the old OSH. We visited the garden section and they had a good selection of plants and flowers. The good thing was that I was able to get a hold of employees to help me find things and prices. The bad thing is that a number of items don't have prices and you need to take the item to the counter to find the price.

Genuinely the most incompetent staff I have delt with in years. I thought Home Depot was bad (and it is.) But this staff doesn't know left from right. Absolute waste of my time. 4 trips to no avail. I only go here when I know what I need, because the staff is never helpful. But enough is enough, you don't deserve my business at all.

Getting things stocked up on still but it does have much of the old layout. It does feel like they out more room between the isles now. The amount wood project and hardware is smaller as well. The people are friendly and it was a lot less crowded than Home depot or Ace, maybe that will change but all in all very nice.

Pretty decent replacement for the old Orchard Supply. The one difference I see us that this new business tends to package small parts rather than having indivually availabe units to purchase. So their product depth is not as good. But hey, glad they are here cuz they fill a need and I hope they do well.

OMG I LOVE this place for 1. Their Customer service and staff are Amazing they are professional , polite and helpful 2. The whole store is Clean, Organized, fully stocked and staffed that has knowledge about or location of majority items in the store Unlike the other Self Serve hardware stores like HD

Is it me or is this essentially ORCHARD supply hardware. (OSH) Been coming here for years before it shut down for about 9 months. Literally same set up. It's clean, well organized. Employees are a unique bunch, very helpful. I will say tho it's slightly expensive on something. Locally it works.

Frankly the best retail experience in hardware and home improvement. The shelves are always well stocked with top quality tools and materials and the store is always clean and organized. I save time by coming to Outdoor Supply Hardware first because they always have what I need.

I am so glad we got another hardware store. When Orchard Supply Closed evergreen didn’t have a local hardware center. I don’t like to go to Lowes or Home Depot for something to fix toilet. They’re close have what I need and friendly service. Hope they stay for a long time

Worker in the cash Register were not very friendly at all she would not look at you but the rest of the store is great I miss this kind of store the big box store you can't find what you need an there is no one around to help you good to have it back again

Welcome back OSH! Closer than HD or Lowe's. Same old familiar place, wide aisles. I was able to find all the specialized hardware I was looking for with no problem. Tip: instead of writing part numbers on the "Parts Bag," take pictures with your phone.

I went to silver creek capital express way. I went to the nursery completely clueless. Maria Luisa educated me on the plants I bought and helped me get everything I needed. She was super nice and friendly. She truly went above and beyond to help me.

In terms of service they are awesome. You can easily find somebody to help you, but they are not as big as home depot. So you don't find that many brands for stuff you need, or may not find it at all. But for usual stuff way better than home depot.

So glad this place is back even under different name. Their selection of repair parts and items in general is super helpful. Prices are very competitive and staff is very friendly. I have never walked in without a greeting even when they are busy.

A consistently good experience. Employees are attentive and plentiful. The supplies and interior are all in great condition. Prices are reasonable. They have a good selection of outdoor pottery. I see myself coming here regularly.

OSH is really convenient. They have all the basics; obviously not as wide a variety of selection as the big box hardware stores. But usually it’s enough and it’s never busy. Of course you pay a little more for the convenience.

Always has what I need when in bind, light bulbs, or batteries. They have everything for your home. And their customer service is over the top they sure go out of their way to please you.

Small enough not to feel overwhelmed. But large enough to find anything you need. This is in same shop as Orchard supply hardware which went bankrupt. The new shop kept the old ambience.

A big store that I would go to again and again... I really miss orchard and if I can help in any way I will continue coming here... They are certified sellers of some great equipment...
