I recently visited the overgravity gym in my neighborhood, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The facilities were cleaned and well-maintained, with modern equipments that catered to all fitness levels. The gym instructor was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent guidance and support.

The gym and fitness centre is started in start of 2018. It has a large space with various of equipment for body building to cardio to yoga and other exercise routines. The gym has different packages as well as walk-in customer tariff. They also offer personal trainer for extra charges.

over all gym is good but in personal training there are some issues among them is of the diet plan. You are just given a verbal diet plan. There should be a specific diet plan given based on body condition with proper nutritional values on paper.

One of the best gyms I've found in North Nazimabad so far. Good ventilation, combined with great equipment & co-operative staff & members, that's how I define Overgravity. There is still room for improvement, but overall 5/5.

I have been coming to this gym since 2019 and always have a family like feeling. Hamza is very cooperative and supportive person. It's good for fitness, weight loss and muscle gain. Do visit the gym at least once.
