Small gym but high-quality equipment, friendly staff, and a clientele of relatively serious fitness enthusiasts. Would give the place five stars if they had wifi and (even more importantly!!!) if people put their weights back where they belong. Maybe put labels on the dumbbell rack so people know where to put things? This is a small improvement that would greatly enhance the overall workout experience. I’ve tried organizing the weights myself but people seem either not to understand the principle of نظام or not to care. And so everybody loses time looking for weights because you never know where they’ll be.

Probably the best value-for-money gym in all of midtown cairo. Almost empty in the early morning, not crowded most of the time, but expect some machines to be busy from 5pm onwards. The gym is not mixed but there's a seperate floor for women. The thing I dislike the most is the lack of space, the floor area is somewhat limited so movmement and exercise are often difficult. There's a locker room upstairs. There's also spa and sauna rooms but I believe you have to notify staff ahead of using them. The gym is open from 6am to 1 am. Staff are very friendly and kind.

Over priced and trying to rip off tourists, I saw a review that said it was 75E for a day pass. I went there the other day and they wanted 150E for one day. I brought this up and they said they changed their prices? So they almost doubled their prices in the last few months? Either way this is almost as expensive as a day pass in the USA

Very Good Gym for Tourist when you stay in Kairo for a little bit longer nd you wanne train. Its Not that big bit everything you need is to find, also for Condition - Training. The Stuff is very friendly and the Price for the Daily Ticket is fair ( 75 Egypt Ponds ). Very good :)

مكان قذر مليان تراب وفقط صحية مستعملة وحمام مش نضيف وأجهزة قديمة ورافضين يشغلوا الساونا والجاكوزي وتشتكي يقولوا معلش منتهى الحقارة والقذارة بجد والبنات الي شغالين ولا بنات الشوارع في اسلوبهم
