If you need removals, use Oytics Removals Ltd. 1) The owner, Abdi, was very quick to respond to my request and I needed very specific plans, which he and the team agreed to with no issues. 2) They talked me through what I needed and provided me with the best option, even though it was potentially cheaper than other options. They definitely care about customer service and making sure you’re happy. 3) Their communication leading up to moving day was fantastic which gave me peace of mind that they would be where they needed to be on the day 4) When they arrived, they were very friendly and no questions went unanswered. They are in constant communication with you to ensure that everything is how you want it. 5) They moved items with upmost care and I felt very assured. I was busy cleaning and could hear them wrapping items to avoid dirt or wet. 6) At the other end they took everything where you want it to go. Nothing was too much trouble and one one occasion I changed my mind about where to put a large piece of furniture, which they moved with zero hint of frustration. Again, all they care about is how happy you are with the service. In conclusion, these guys are exceptionally pleasant, hardworking and careful guys who go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with their service. Abdi and his team were so helpful and so accommodating. We have had so much trouble having our fridge delivered with a well known appliances company (will not be ordering from them in the future) to the point where they only left it at the front door to our maisonette. As soon as I got the referral for Oytics - they fit us in right away knowing that it was an emergency situation! Despite the difficulty with our flat, and the fridge being quite big they had a positive and determined mindset, not to mention they are so strong! I also loved the little touches in that they cared about not damaging the fridge that they took as much care as possible and spent time putting a protective cover around it before moving it. Overall they managed to achieve what looked like an unachievable task and now we finally have a fridge after months of issues. I am so happy I received a referral from them and will 100% be using them in the future, I would also definitely be recommending them to all friends and family due to their amazing work ethic and value.

Hands down the best removal company ever! I just wish I knew about them earlier on in my move. Long story short I was left stranded with my furniture and upright piano on the day of my home move by one of the leading removal marketplaces I found Oytics after a desperate google search and many failed attempts by other companies to move my piano. The team at Oytics came to the rescue and delivered my piano in one piece. They‘re so efficient, affordable, diligent and professional and their response time is unmatched. I was so pleased with their 10/10 service, I 100% recommend them and I’ve been telling everyone I know to use them for their removals. In a word EXCELLENT! I can’t write a review that does justice to the hard work that was carried out. I had requested a free van to move my charity donations from the church to storage and Mohamed stepped in and worked 6hrs straight. My husband and I were very impressed with his time management (checking on when we needed to be at the storage unit etc), how courteous he was, how meticulous he was with the packing and loading and we were shocked he didn’t even look at his phone during the job. He was totally focused on the job and even dropped me home so I could get back to my little ones.

I used Oytics Removals for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. The service was of great value, very efficient, on time, and very responsive. The movers, Mr. Abdi and his friend, were very helpful, despite the difficulties of the location. (We had to use a very small lift in which we needed to go up and down the floors more than 40 times. There was no car park, so the truck had to be parked in a small lane and moved aroung a few times. Still, they did not complain and were very helpful throughout.) If I have the need to move things again, Oytics would be my choice.

Amazing fairly priced service. Abdi and his colleague really helped me out of a situation. Was meant to move that same day with a company booked 2 months in advance that never showed. Abdi agreed to move my stuff that same day and was constantly informing me about the changes in his schedule so that I could go get to my new house earlier. I got in touch with Oytics Removals to assist my elderly mother with her house move recently. Communication prior to moving day was clear and regular, and they were able to be flexible around our dates which was really appreciated. The team turned up bang on time the day of the move, had a nice clean vehicle, and the guys worked diligently and carefully for the entire time, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We felt in safe hands throughout, basically. Highly recommended.

I have moved 15 times in my life and Abdi and Zac were the best removals service I’ve ever used. They arrived on time, had great attitude, got stuck in, and this continued for the entire 4-5 hours. I’ve attached a photo of the van pre-furniture: they packed it exactly how we would have, with us knowing what was inside everything. Meaning that it all arrived undamaged. They also didn’t knock the walls on either property. I could go on but you get the idea.

As a landlord, I had fire doors for my rental property delivered to my home address. I made a telephone arrangement with Oytics to have these doors and accessories picked up and transferred to the other property. On arrival Oytics and staff liaised with the tenants and stored the doors and accessories in a safe location. Oytics and staff provided a first class service and I would most certainly recommend and use Oytics services again.

Oytics moved me from Tottenham to Nw2. The team were amazing, taking extra care of my vintage furniture and made the whole process a breeze smoothest move I’ve ever had. My furniture was extremely large even they couldn’t take it out from the main door so they took it from the balcony, very ideal price and they working with 4 guys almost 8 hours. We had a really good experience doing our flat move with Oytics. They were super straightforward, proactive and friendly. The move was fast, even for the amount of stuff we had (full van with all types of boxes, furniture, etc ) but they handled it really well taking the stress out of a usually stressful endeavour.
