Buyer beware they won’t ever give you a refund, I only found out 2 seconds literally after my card was tapped and purchase confirmation it was the first thing out of Vinnay mouth, “we don’t do refunds”. Not, “thank you for your business”, or something more positive. It was hard enough to get Vinnay to accept there was something wrong with the cord not fitting snuggly into the back of the monitor. Vinnay and Mike refused to even offer me a partial refund on a laptop I returned to them on the 28th day since purchase. It’s functionality wasn’t what I required, so I walked out in disgust, they couldn’t even offer me a half refund, I ended up leaving a $350 laptop there, all paid for by me. Just unfair, unpalatable, unjust business practices. Save up and buy something brand new from reputable companies. You’ll get a proper refund policy you’ll most likely get higher functioning equipment and you won’t have to drive all the way to North Rocks to try and get something to work. I don’t expect any word back from Mike, even if Vinnay said I would be hearing from his boss as I left. Good luck, you’ll need it.

I purchased this product (Dell Latitude 3189 2-in-1) to use as a digital recipe book. The touchscreen and foldability makes it perfect for this low resource task. Upon receiving the laptop, I discovered it was faulty. I was forced to shop elsewhere. Returning the item for a refund has been a nightmare, with Ozlaptop refusing to follow ACCC compliance and instead writing it's own return and repair policy. Horrible company.

I met Brij today to buy a laptop. First of all its a Sunday but the place is open. There were hundreds of laptops to choose from! It was hard to choose but he was able to show me and my hubby exactly what we need. Its definitely a place I highly recommend to my friends. There are better prices on the same product. furthermore unfortunately you cannot return the product after receiving it if purchased on this site.
