This has been such a pleasant experience it has put my faith back into tradespeople in Sydney. First contact functional without over commiting and random pricing. Site visit to evaluate work was extremely professional and courteous. I then expected, to in fairness, be dis-appointed. The person who came to the house was very professional, very personable, had a can-do attitude of I can make this work and had a new system intercomm working on old (seven year wiring) within three hours, tested, operational with the wow factor of placement and detail. I would highly recommend this company and will never phone another company for electrical services ever again. I had searched Google looking for an alarm installer and read the reviews about Oztech with top notch comments, I rang for an appointment and spoke to Pat and was treated with professionalism and respect and was immediately impressed to go ahead with a quote. Pat arrived on time and before he entered my home put on shoe covers not to dirty my floor, WOW! He organised the installation around my times because of my health issues and his installers arrived exactly on time and YES they had shoe covers on, The installers had a problem with the installation because of my old system had a fault, but they checked and rechecked with diligence until it was fixed and finalised the job, I can highly recommend this company to do a professional job on any of their services they offer, Happy Chappy customer

When the owner of Oztech Sparks Electrical came to inspect the job, i was very impressed with his knowledge, his honesty and his attension to details. The installation was very complex and it took longer than what was quoted and allowed for but Oztech didn't charge me any additional beyond what they originally quoted. The second time I needed some work done in my gate, Patrick was very honest and told me that he never done that before. But after a bit of researching, he contacted me back and he said "you know what, it doesn't seem to be too complicated and I am happy to come and do it for you". Very happy with the work completed (lighting in the renovated kitchen and living rooms, hard wiring of comms lines, and smoke detectors) Highly impressed on all the work being completed within a day. Whenever there was a roadblock found (issues within the wall cavity), came up with a practical and well thought out workaround/alternative. Excellent communication with us throughout the day with where he was up to, what was next, how much was left to do as well as working around us as both the wife and I work from home. Thoroughly recommend Oztech Sparks and will use them for future electrical work.

I have had Pat and his team come out to my home twice now over the last year to do work. Both times they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything that I wanted was completed to the absolute highest standard, and did not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Communication and workmanship are both second to none. Costs are extremely competitive but I will not risk taking my business anywhere else. Always extremely reliable (other electricians didn't bother showing up to do quotes) and nothing was too much. I cannot recommend Oztech Sparks Electrical more highly!
