Well how do I start....We contacted PA Plumbers (early 2021) to repair stormwater pipes which were installed incorrectly by previous owners of our house. After a week of collecting ice coffee and food wrappers from our garden every night for a week the plumbers had finished the job (we paid them within a few days)......we had the area paved a week or so later. Within a month we noticed the paving had started to sink!!! PA Plumbers returned, the employee of PA plumber looked at the previous work done by them and said "? used cheap joiners". They repaired their dodge work and also repaired another area of storm water, which we were happy to pay for. To make my story short......Now PA Plumbers and their Lawyer are telling us to pay them over $8000.00 for the repair work to their dodge job!! Not sure how they are getting away with this!!! After reporting this to Master Plumbers and Dept of fair trading! WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THESE THIEVES.... THEY DON'T DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

Having been burnt recently by one of the big franchise plumbers, PA Plumbers were a revelation. After recent work in our area on replacing gas mains it was found I had a gas leak. I called PA plumbers and my fears were put at ease as the chap explained what was going to happen. Once leak was discovered and fixed I was given approx cost. To my surprise no bill was presented and payment demanded before he departed. I received bill a week later and was surprised by to things. Having been bitten previously by a big franchise plumber, PA Plumbers were a revelation. I had a gas leak discovered during recent replacement of gas mains in Greenwith area. I called PA Plumbers as they were a local plumber and was very impressed with them on the quality of work, keeping me informed of progress and explaining costs . I received a detailed account with labour costs and individual parts which was a first for me plus no payment was required on the day. Would use again and recommend to friends and neighbours in Greenwith, Golden Grove area.

Every time I use PA Plumbers they have been extremely professional, polite, and exceptional value. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to use them in the future. Well done on running a business the way it should be run.

Cost me $460 to unsuccessfully try and clear blockage in stormwater pipe. Here for less than an hour. Absolute rip off?
