honestly regret coming here I should’ve gone somewhere else. First) they didn’t greet me / welcome me I like to be welcome whenever I go to a store it’s just me. Second) i was already looking at some of the items and this woman talked from across the little area there in me thinking she was talking to me since she was next to me she was talking to the other people that were next to me so she sorta talk out loud she wasn’t even near them I didn’t like that at all. You should always come close to your customer not talk out loud form the other side. Third) after 15 mins of looking and waiting to assist me I finally got someone but ugh they kept YAWNING IN MY FACE the whole time we had a conversation a yawn would always come out and it’s so annoying. I was catching yawn every 1-3minutes not even the worst part I told the guy how this was going to be my first Pandora charm bracelet so I wanted info I wanted help he told me which ones I wanted to look at and he took them out he didn’t even teach me on how to put it on (some are more complicated than they look) he showed no enthusiasm while I was there shopping he just kept yawning. 4) I wanted a charm for my new bracelet it’s so weird how pandora is I’m sorry I’m a James avery girl so it was new to me everything was and I’m someone I like to look at the charm before I purchase it well I showed him I love charms that are heart shape anything that has to do with heart & he took out a box but he put inside a glass container for me to look at I don’t know if that they’re policy but I didn’t like that. I like to look and feel James avery will let you do that before you purchase. 5) I choose my charm and I saw the cutest heart earrings! Which in James Avery they sell for $110 here they were $50 what a great deal so I bought let me tell you the nerve of this guy I saw the price and I wanted it he goes just to let you know that’s $50 like ? I saw the price already? I’m aware of it that’s why I’m choosing it. Just for me to take it home and they get bent easily. Other than horrible experience don’t come here. Find yourself a better place with Better employees
I absolutely love Pandora and USUALLY I frequent the Galleria location. But I was in the area with a friend and my infant and decided to step into this location. We waited outside in the little area where you have to stand and wait because there were so many people inside. Once they cleared the store and a bunch of customers left, the young lady with the dark long hair I am assuming was the manager moved the little barrier they had there and motioned for us to go to the next available salesclerk. We go over and I notice the Salesclerk walk away from the counter we were just told to go to. I thought i was maybe overthinking and thought nothing of it. Once the manager grabbed the salesclerk's attention, who's name tag said BRENDA, Brenda nodded her head and continued to ignore us and wait for the next family to come in. The manager had to physically walk over to Brenda, whisper something in her ear about us waiting and Brenda came over. But by then I was already over the situation, felt insulted and found it very rude. So, once she finally came over and asked how she could help us. I politely informed her I would talk my business elsewhere and walked away. perhaps maybe if Ms. Brenda has a problem with helping certain customers, maybe she needs another place to work or simply maybe this customer's money is no good here. I am not sure. But I do know I had already decided what i was coming in for and was ready to purchase my jewelry. But I would like not to assume it was because my friend and i are of African American descent and the family behind us that she was so eager to help was not, but that may have played a factor, Maybe Brenda had dealt with rude customers that happen to look like me and my friend. But it was rude, and I don't see myself visiting this location again. I also plan to go up higher than this google review and will continue to write further because that was completely unnecessary.
This was my first time ever entering a Pandora location and it was a horrible experience. Since i was new, i had no idea that when you walk in you have to sign your name in on a clip board. (The lady holding the clip board was so busy conversation with her friends that i guess she forgot to mention that very important part as i walked in .) So im standing in front of a section waiting to see a ring that caught my eye... 10 minutes pass by, 20 minutes pass by...before i knew it 30 minutes had passed by and not once did an associate even attempt to speak to me. So ask an associate for help after i see them just standing around and they tell me they cant help me because they have 7 people before me that are waiting. (even though the workers are just standing around doing nothing.) So i had waited over 30 minutes there, just wasting time. They were incredibly rude and the lady with the clip board should be much attentive to people instead of yapping her big mouth. will NEVER return.
I went on Sunday with my husband because he wanted to buy me an anniversary charm. I know they are taking precautions and only allowing certain amount of people in the store. 3 ladies were with customers and there was another one that let us in then decided to go to their back room and one of the ladies that was with customers was done and was picking up all her papers and clearing everything. Not once did she say we will be right with you nor anyone else in the store. It’s like if we were ghost up in there. I decided not to make a purchase there and told my husband I rather give my business to someone else. I work for a finance company and even when my employees are with customers and myself also, we acknowledge everyone that comes in and greet them and make sure to let them know we will be right with them. This was not the case at this store. Bad customer service and don’t plan on ever buying at least at this store for sure.
The man at the door is incompetent. His only job is to take down names and call people in the order they are signed in. After signing in and waiting 30 minutes he called my name, pronouncing it incorrectly, but I answered anyway. I let him know I'm there then he tells me I'm next. Why call my name if there isn't an associate to help me at the time So I stand there and wait looking at charms on my phone. I look up and he has called 3 more people that were on the list after my name. At this point, I'm furious. Then he lies and tells me he called my name to be helped which he did not. I look at the list and he has scratched my name off the list. They should really staff accordingly around the holidays and get someone competent to take down names. He has the easiest job in the store. I have been going here for years but I'll go elsewhere and spend my money where I'm treated like a consumer.
I am here ….came in..NO acknowledgement from either sales associates…I walked all around looking for what I came for..which was a bracelet and a charm for my son’s gf.Still NO acknowledgement.Looked through all the showcases and nothing! I was looking for 2 particular charms but didn’t find them on display.Customers walked in and most certainly they were welcomed! The older lady right away approached them to help them. That’s when the younger lady saw that I gave this look like”Really?” so she approached me and asked me if I needed help..the bracelet that I wanted they didn’t have the size I needed but before that..when I was showing her my bracelet so she could measure it to see if that was probably the size I needed..offered to clean it for me…though since they didn’t have the size available..she still cleaned it for me.I thanked her and now leaving.
The line was insane, I felt bad for all the workers. It is of course the holiday season so it is to be expected. Although the line was long I would say it moved relativity fast. There was no one who was extremely personable or friendly but they were efficient enough and moving the line. I didn't like that the box my charm came in was taped down with dirty tape with hair stuck in it. I asked for a new box and they didn't have any so I just left it there. Other than that the charm is beautiful and will make a great Christmas gift. I can say it was ready quick too about 1- 2 hours after ordering I got the email it was ready.
The service was terrible. I won’t ever return to this location will most likely do my shopping in Katy mills mall or online. There were four to five women in the store and not one of them greeted us. Moments later other people came in they had no problem greeting them. We had made a loop around the glass cases when one of them decided to speak and acknowledge us but we did not want the help by then. Should really speak to your workers about customer service and plain old manners. Every single person who walks in the store is a human being and should be treated as such. I wish those ladies the best!
Lack of professionalism at its finest! I’m never the one to write a negative review but this store takes the cake! Back in March they had a buy 2 and get 1 free. The one I wanted was not available and was put on a “waitlist” to get a call back and nothing. Went back 2 months ago to check status and nothing. Went back today to just be told sorry looks like we gave you all charms back in March. Thats bull.. not fighting for $45.00 I can go and buy it. Its them now lying that it was given to me when it wasn’t. Never shopping there again! I recommend anyone going somewhere else
I entered the shop with cash in hand and knowing what I want. One of the first customers I was. After 10 min the shop got busy and someone put out a paper to sign. Everyone jumped in and I signed it last, not knowing what it’s for. After 30 min of watching people putting on items, one by one, and taking their sweet time to check themselves in the mirror, I decided to leave. I’m sure I’m not the only one deciding to take my money and leave. You should hire more people if you want to sell more, otherwise you are in the “trying on “ business” and that doesn’t pay much.
A bracelet was bought for me in Las Vegas for my birthday. I went to the Pandora store in Memorial City Mall to return it with a receipt. And I was told I couldn’t because it was bought in Las Vegas. Really it shouldn’t have matter which Pandora store it was bought at to me. Crystal the store manager and the store associate was very rude. Than they tell me to come back the next day. They might be able to help me. I went the next day no results. It just a horrible experience. Now I am going to Pandora Corporate and demand my money back.
terrible service, they gave me a bracelet that doesn't work and it opens every time and for that reason I dropped a pendant into the kitchen extractor and it was damaged and when I wanted to change the bracelet they told me that it was already very worn and barely had I put it on 3 times and they didn't want to change anything, the one who was supposed to be the manager said no and that he said I hadn't asked for it and I left disappointed because I didn't even wear my bracelet I lost a pendant and so far they haven't solved any
Not sure if there is a racial issue but feel like there was. I had an order for pick up and the lady with the yellow short hair and the guy with the long finger nails gave me a hard time. If more details are needed a manager can contact me. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location and you KNOW how much can be dropped at Pandora … If I were there family member they’d help me out just fine! I wanted to swap bracelets for the right size and it was at no charge anyway… not sure why they gave me a hard time.
Yesterday afternoon, I walked in and a dark-colored employee had the most aggravating and rude face ever since we walked in the store. Her attitude was very terrible and I didn’t want to say anything because I was with my family. This store is too pretty and nice to have such rude looking employees who don’t want to work. I’m not sure what happened to her that day that caused her to bring her attitude into the work place but it shouldn’t be like that especially when working in a popular jewelry store and in retail.
Never had an issue with a Pandora store till I got to this store. I needed to get an exchange on a ring cause it was the wrong size. When we walked in the employee automatically assumed we wanted a refund so she said no right away without even letting us explain. My bf proceeded to explain that we had the receipt and original packaging, they said I couldn’t get the ring exchanged there and sent me elsewhere. The receipt clearly says I can exchange it there, but somehow they refused to do it. Horrible service.
My husband bought me a bracelet a few months back that I wore a few times. But it has stretched out so much that it slipped out. I asked if they would replace it for me for a smaller size and they said they won't. I have been a Pandora customer for 10 years now and this is the first time a store refused to replace me a piece. Last time I had a problem with something Pandora store in Boston had replaced it for me no questions asked! I am never going back to this location.
Abril the associate and Alexis the “asst mgr” are horrible! They took advantage of my mother (a senior citizen) by fooling her into giving her personal information and damaging her credit. She came to buy a bracelet and was originally quoted $65.00 and a 30% is she applied for a store card (they didn’t even bother to explain to her the details). In the end they raised the price of the bracelet at checkout and didn’t even honor her the discount if she payed in cash.
I called and number was busy forever. I finally got through and was put on hold the first time and immediately cut me off. I called back and she picked up the phone and must have layed the phone down on the counter, because I could here her and someone talking, which makes sense why it took me so long to get through to begin with. After reading the other reviews, I’ll never give them my business again. Horrible Customer Service!!!!
I went wanting to buy my niece her first Pandora charm bracelet. The young lady that attended us was very rude and stuck up. She assumed we weren’t going to purchase and said “y’all are just gonna look around right?” I felt discriminated against and looked down upon. We did end up purchasing my niece her first bracelet and charm, which she loved! But the worker does need to be more respectful and learn true customer service.
I wish zero stars was an option. Carla and Angel were extremely rude. Neither employee addressed me when I came in to pick up an order. When I stopped in I headed straight to the pick-up counter where both employees (Carla and Angel) stood and never addressed me. Miche'le noticed me and asked if I needed any help. She came over to assist but the in-store experience was already ruined for me.
The worse service, don't even bother on placing an Online Order at this location. They will still tell you to get in line. Then what's the purpose of online ordering? I have been to other Pandora locations and they handle their in-store purchases and online orders in a better way. Oh and don't bother on requesting to speak with the manager because apparently there's no one in charge.
The worst Pandora location. I went in to make a charm exchange took for ever to get the attention of an associate. The music was very loud and not even appropriate to be playing at a store. The charm was purchased online as a Christmas gift and when I gave them the email they said no that they needed the physical gift receipt. How would I even have that if they purchased it online?
Horrible experience! Went in there to get my bracelet cleaned and they were not able too. The girls there were rude and didn't care about customer service. I dropped my bracelet off and its been three days and they still haven't called me , Kate the manager there said they typically don't call for people's bracelets. What kinda of service is that. Don't waste your money there
Horrible management i Placed a order online only to wait nearly 1hr in line. Due to them not having 2 separate lines for people who are here to pick up & people who are there to browse. They had all the customers mixed in 1 line. Had to wait a extra 25 minutes due to them not having orders ready despite receiving notification on email that order was ready for pick up.
One of my charms broke and I wanted to go to the store fully expecting to have to ship it off for repair as it was purchased out of country. With COVID we were told to wait outside the store which was very strange but within 10 mins she brough back my bracelet with the new charm on, and all my other charms put back in the same place! Was very happy and surprised!
Absolutely ridiculous. First of all their jewelry is not all that. If my friend didn’t like their cheap jewelry I would not shop here. Their line is ALWAYS ridiculously long for no reason. The associates are SO slow. I will never stand in this ridiculous line again. I’d rather go to James Avery next time, cuter stuff and I don’t have to wait in these long lines.
My wife loves Pandora's jewelry, that only reason why I still keep buying them. But this store need to do something with personnel. This store atmosphere not welcoming at all, they look at you like you owe them something. Since this is closest one to us we still keep coming to this store about 4 years and nobody ever smile at your face. Unprofessional as well.
Despite all the bad reviews, my experience in pandora went quite well. I was looking for some earrings for my lady and had no clue what I was looking for. Thank god there was an employee named Jill that made the process sooo easy for me she even gave recommendations! Need less to say, I walked out of Pandora a satisfied customer. Thanks Jill!
Love this store! My 3rd time there and I love the service, the location, everything! Lali is awesome I called ahead of time as I needed to get in and out. Lali answered the call, answered all my questions and ensured that the items I requested were ready for me! The store is quite a drive for me but I don't mind at all. Thank you Lali!
Worst service ever !!!!!! All the girls that work there don’t know what they doing they can’t even explain things right ! This girl was helping me out but she was on her Apple Watch texting all the time laughing with the other girl at the door ! Horrible service waste of time do not waste your time in this location !!!!!
Not a Pandora store. It is a jewelry store. You cannot exchange Pandora here with receipt. I don't buy it ND caulk it up to a very lazy young girl managing this location. Time to bring work ethic back. As an owner of thousands of your charms I will never return here and will make certain to spread the word.
A little hesitant about buying been getting my wife James Avery for over 15 years. I purchased a few items for her birthday she was happy good right. Well a year past and one of her charms just broke errr. So I took it in and with out question they replaced it. She is smiling again worth the long wait ...
I just went to the store in Willowbrook and stood in line for 15 minutes all for the sales clerk to come out and tell me they we’re close!!! Not to mention one of the clerks just left the door giving a customer a pick up order... it would’ve took nothing for her to tell us they we’re
The return policy sucks. I could not exchange my charm due to my stupidity to double check if my wife had it already. I didn't have my receipt, but all I wanted was an exchange,or pay the difference. Nope I can't do it without a receipt. As many times,I had been here. No courtesy.
Pretty over priced for silver jewelry but I appreciate that it's a lifetime warranty. I was annoyed that I bought a ring with what seemed to be a pearl and once the low quality paint started chipping off and I realized it was just plastic, they said they couldn't repaint it...
Very disappointed. Felt so crushed and uncomfortable. Was not greet when I walked in and the young lady that helped me would not look at me while talking to me or would feel so bothered when I was choosing a charm. Sad especially because memorial is the mall I always go to
The worst, I waited in line and hour JUST to pick my online order, the lady at the door could care less, one girl in there was flirting with a guy with a dog and ignored the lines outside, the other girl who had a bow was busy talking on her phone. NEVER will I shop here.
I really wish the company could make their online hours match what the taped paper in their window says. The drive to memorial city mall was a waste. Even though online holiday hours were listed. Now we are here 2 hours early and can’t get our jewelry cleaned.
Worst Pandora ever. Especially the lady with the name Esme. She gave me wrong amount of change but did not accept that she did. I did not insisted but her she was wrong and her attitude, her face...omg I thought she was going to punch me in the face...
I have to give this one 3 stars since it's mixed. Back then when Tiffany was the manager, it was a really great store. After she left, it started going downhill and I would frequently see long lines with people who didn't seem happy.
We were helped by Daileny in the memorial city pandora and she was amazing!! we were trying a bunch of different rings in different sizes and she was very helpful and patient with us as we were deciding. it was a lovely experience!!
Purchased a charm for my Pandora bracelet...online it looks perfect...get this charm and it's so small I can barely see it....how dissatisfied am I "VERY" ...however I will think about continuing my business with Pandora
These ladies were super nice. S/o to Cerentina... These Nashville girls love and appreciate you . May you always be kind, sweet, and blessed! Thanks for the birthday song Brenda.. we appreciate you as well.
Absolutely love this store. Employees are informative, courteous, and helpful. This store is always clean. Everything I've bought (rings, bracelet, charms, earrings, etc.) has been excellent quality.
I come to this location 3 times, not a single time a friendly face. Rude answers… getting a pandora charm or bracelet used to be a special moment… I am so sad… people don’t need to be rude.
Thier exchange policy sucks. Every anniversary, birthday, mother's day... I always spent my money here, now forget about it. I didn't have my receipt therefore I couldn't exchange the charm.
Horrible experience! I’m not sure even where to begin! I won’t bother leaving my review here. I’ve just written to corporate about them. Needless to say, I won’t visit this location again.
Quick pick up but the service was top notch! They store is so clean and sparkly I would have gone in just to look around even if I didn't pick anything up. I'll definitely return soon!
The older lady that helped us was kind of rude at first. Must of had a bad day, but that had nothing to do with my wife and I. Store manager and the rest were great and very helpful.
Very rude and inconsiderate. Tried to return a never worn bracelet and they kept saying it was used. They sent me back to the pandora store I bought it from for no apparent reason!
This is the worst location, they never know where the online orders are, every single order I placed get lost, is a mess! I've tried many times, I just give up, worst service ever
The ladies at Memorial City mall are so helpful when a guy like me comes in with a product number, they always find it and make your shopping experience feel effortless.
Please don't understand Pandora clothes lose color and get stained it is a bad investment of your money and then they don't want to change it because it has no guarantee
Dear awesome employee that helped me get the perfect gift in 15 minutes because i was so late thank you for being so awesome. She was so helpful and professional
Selection was low because of holidays. Sales associates had a bad attitude. Most likely because of the holidays regardless will not return to this location.
This is my favorite ring. I used to have the same one but size bigger. I lost it,now got another one and I am happy again …
Horrible customer service..should have started with James Avery...I will say that if ur Hispanic they bend over backwards for u
Mildred made my experience very pleasant! She was very personable, helpful, and patient with helping me find the perfect gift!
Had to ask to receive help . Employees just stood around, didnt greet us or ask if we had any questions or needed assistance
I love my experience today. All though the waiting time was a little long. The worker we had made the wait worth it.
Have to wait in the long line even though you have paid for your order online . Pandora should be ashamed for this
Skye was really helpful and she so so sweet love how she helped me with no problem when I walked in very helpful
I was looking for a specific charm that was retired, she could not give me any suggestions on how to find it.
Worst customer service ever. Waited for half an hour no one was bothered to even look into us. Horrible !!!
Very bad attention from the manager. Galleria is better. I do not buy again at Memorial city mall Pandora
I REALLY DON'T CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION I'LL JUST ORDER ONLINE OR NEVER AGAIN.....
I waited 45 minutes just to pick up an online order. They should really have a fast lane for pick ups.
If you come here avoid BRENDA, she Is a RACIST old lady AND DOES HER JOB WITH SUCH AN UGLY ATTITUDE!!.
Experience here was great and it was so easy for me to get my mother her birthday present no hassle
As a dude it was expensive but got my niece a charm for her quince and she loved it.
It was my first time shopping at Pandora and Tiffany made it a pleasant experience!
Great customer service, Michelle is very knowledgeable and is extremely courteous
I went for Black Friday shopping, the wait time wasn’t long and they super nice!
1st time to Pandora and Kari was very helpful. Thank you will be back again.
I was in line for 30 minutes all for them to not have the item I wanted.
Sales associates were really nice. Social distancing strongly enforced.
Worst service that I ever had! Don't go to this store!!
Poor customer service and attention.
Customer service was really bad
