I have to disappointedly write a worst service review for the Penrith store. 2 weeks back I bought 3 rings, one of which was for mum. She wore it once for her birthday for a couple of hours, and it turned metallic pale yellow colour instead of silver. I took it back to the store, they said it'll be ok after a clean. Today when I went to pick it up, they did clean it, but the bottom side of the ring was still yellow. I told the guy who served me that this is a brand new ring, just worn once, how can this happen to a Pandora? He said he would talk to his manager and come back, and he came back with his manager's message (who was standing just at an arm distance serving another customer) with a velvet jewellery box, saying you should have stored the ring in such a box, and not the box that Pandora provided. I said no one had mentioned that to me at the time of buying the ring, and said I would like to talk to the manager. He went to her with my message, she said without even looking at me that she has 2 customers to see before me (the store literally had more staff than customers, and 2 staff members were free chatting to each other). I waited for a good 25 mins, and then called that gentleman and asked how long will his arrogant manager take? He went to whisper something in her ear, and came back to me saying she said she'll take a while. I felt so disappointed that I walked out of the store. This was the worst treatment I got from a branch like Pandora. I felt humiliated and unheard! At the least I was expecting a reassurance of being heard if not getting served well. I would never recommend going to the Penrith store if the store manager is not bothered about addressing or even looking at customer's issues.

I was very disappointed in the service provided. After purchase I realised I had ented the wrong suburb in the address and tried to contact their cusomer care to amend the address suburb as the gift was for my sister. I tried calling but no answer then I tried chat and the gentleman told me there was nothing he could do to amend the address or fix it so it goes to my sister unless I wait for Australia post to redirect my parcel. This means the xpress post I paid for is a complete waste of time. I asked for a refund and they couldn't refund me the item so I can purchase and amend the address. Just completely useless customer service. For my first online buying experience with them it will definitely be the last. I have never bought a Pandora for anyone and I definitely won't be buying anymore after this experience.

Going in any store days before Christmas can be chaotic, but not at Pandora Westfield penrith. From the friendly sales person at the door( who by the way,know there and then if stock is on hand), to the Lady at the counter,who with all the rush and busyness still appeared cheery and smiling, Hope all you staff at Pandora Westfield Penrith, have a great Christmas.Keep on doing ,what you do,delivering a great service.

The girls here are so lovely I’m not local to Penrith but traveled there as head office said they had stock that they didn’t end up having but they called up another store and arranged for the stock to be delivered there for me to collect!! The manger and the staff member I got were so helpful and I will now travel here for future purchases.

Worst service when I came in store no one greeting all the staff just talking to each other I need to ask by myself otherwise no one gonna help me, and the staff Sophie was worst as well, I said I want to try ear ring she just ignore and when I pay she also didn’t ask my member…..

I feel it’s important to acknowledge great service when you receive it. This morning Mitchell at Pandora Penrith was awesome! He spent extra time and effort with me and my husband which lend too a fantastic out come. So happy with my bracelet. Thank you!!!

Despite the fact that this store is almost always pumping, the staff are always happy to help and take there time with you. Definitely better service than I have received from other Pandora franchises around Sydney. Would recommend and would attend again.

Horrible customer service. I was after a gift for my Mrs. At the end bought from Swarawaski.when i was looking multiple rings. Sales girl was saying quietly come onnn... very bad customer service.they don't want to spend time for customer at all.

Kelsey at Pandora was super helpful and she was able to guide me in the right direction, as I know very little about the charms. Great products and very very friendly staff, I left feeling like i’ll buy all my girlfriends presents there!

Have purchased charms from this store previously. Same great service I have received at all Pandora stores. This week, took my very full charm bracelet in to have it cleaned free of charge. The results were gleaming. So impressed!

Isabella at the Penrith store was so helpful today! I had a stone that had fallen out of my ring and went in to get it swapped. She was quick in resolving the issue, lovely to talk to and made the whole experience so easy.

Honestly the sales lady, Gemma I believe her name was, sold me a fabulous piece of jewellery I've been searching for. Great asset to the team. Wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for her. - Penrith plaza

No wonder this store is so popular; lovely range of delicate necklaces, bracelets, etc, well priced too. Customer service is excellent (shout out to Jenna) and returns policy is reassuring.

Never had an issue with this store until a young girl with brown hair and glasses served me. I felt so uncomfortable being served by her, she gave me no eye contact and I felt very rushed

Just tried contacting the Penrith store via phone, this is what I hear "Far out, I dont want to answer it ...why do I have to answer the phone" great customer service! NOT

Good place to shop lovely staff prices could be a little cheaper but they are cheap just depends on what your buying but it’s definitely worth having a look …
