I was referred to Physio.co.za and Martine Human by my surgeon for rehab after having the ligaments in my ankle surgically repaired / re-attached. The whole team is super-professional and friendly, and made me instantly feel at home. Martine has deep knowledge, skill and experience, took a genuine interest in holistically managing my rehab, whilst also being empathetic and caring. She worked hand-in-hand with my biokineticist, and together they formed a formidable team. I have regained full range of motion and muscle strength - going from being unable to bear any weight on my leg to being back to running & mountain biking again, completely pain free - in under 4 months. This is solely due to the quality of therapy / treatment that I received from Martine - which was truly excellent - and by far the best I have received (having had physiotherapy on numerous occasions in the past due to a couple of similar surgeries). I HIGHLY recommend Martine and the Physio.co.za practise.

Simply superb. It's difficult to overstate how great Martine and the team are. Martine's extensive experience (including a background as an elite sports physio) is clear which provides the patient with a high level of comfort. She listens to a patient, diagnoses and treats to a very high standard. In addition to one's immediate care needs, the practice sits within the wider ecosystem of the medical services offered at Mediclinic Sandton. In other words, the whole solution is offered. This also includes a sister biokenetics practice to assist with any ongoing rehab needs. Again, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Martine has helped me immensely in lots of different areas. This includes serious problems i had with my neck and sitting in front of a PC all day, to a significant improvement in general flexibility through YOGA classes. The flexibility and strengthening of core has also helped in other sporting areas such as squash where my game has improved and become more consistent. Thanks Martine.

Martine is professional and passionate. She has helped me so much over the past few weeks with shoulder pain. She has given me a great routine to fix my posture - something that I thought could not be fixed. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent service I received.
