Food and coffees are amazing. The small airing area is so relaxed and nice. However one of the ladies with short and blond hair was way rude to everyone even to her colleagues. She was throwing things around and spraying everyone around her. When a customer confronted her she was so ironic. She spoils the image of this amazing shop. More
On the positive side, the granita is still delicious and still way better than a Frappuccino. Beyond that the service was crazy. Staff was probably high, took them minutes to do simple tasks, messed up the latte of the person in front of me by not adding any coffee. Also the store was / is a mess, water dripping from the ceiling etc More
Visited in the early afternoon on a Thursday. It was not crowded. Had some bakery items as a late lunch and they were tasty, although there wasn't much selection. Mostly a coffee place. Service is entirely at the counter - no one checked with us at our table even though we were there a good 45 minutes. More
The coffee was delicious. Needed a quick pick me up and they delivered. The shop was clean and staff was inviting. I ordered a second cup of hot coffee to go and it was cold (new employee made the second cup). No worries they had a microwave readily available near the seating area. More
Coffee was decent (ordered a latte). Only one employee at the time, so it was an extremely long wait (if I knew it would take that long I would have went elsewhere). Would rate the overall experience 3.5 stars, but rounding up as the barista was very friendly and professional. More
Needed a quiet place to sit and enjoy. Very nice and small place. I had a brewed coffee with steamed milk and a croissant with Nutella inside! All excellent! This place is exactly what I was looking for to get off the busy street for a few minutes. Love this place!!
Coffee is good and prices are decent. PJs is similar to starbucks but has a "granita" which is 10x better than a frappe or similar drink. They use a slushy machine to make it with cold brew. It's really smooth and stays consistent as you drink it.
SO much better than Starbucks. I had a Protein Vanilla Velvet Ice and it was super delicious. And it wasn't overly-sweet like SB can be, and also had a much stronger taste of actual coffee. My only wish is that the sizes were a bit bigger. More
Service by the baristas were terrible behind the counter. Ordered a latte with almond milk, was given an iced coffee with a single drop of almond milk. I asked the barista for more almond milk and she rolled her eyes at me. I paid extra for
Absolutely horrible service. Got no greeting from the attitudinal “barista” or the “manager” when I got to the counter, and when I left a tiny tip on the card screen (they deserved absolutely no tip; I just rounded up so the charge would be
Edit: someone from the company reached out to let me know that they’ve made moves to replace/train their baristas on all their drinks after seeing this review. I was invited to try their coffee again, but I was just visiting Nola. I’d look
Atmosphere was cozy, had a big range of drinks, most of it being coffee. There were some non coffee beverages but not many. There were various cold drinks though, frozen lemonade, frozen hot chocolate, and vanilla velvet ice to name a few.
I am a Disabled Army Veteran with a service dog, I have been a regular patron for the past 5 weeks spending 20-40 dollars a day every day and always tipping every time. Today the owner comes up to me and says that I'm not allowed to come
First time going to this location and trying out this local chain, and my biggest gripe with this location and overall experience is that staff are very unwelcoming and unhelpful for newcomers and guest. This location is situated in a
My family are all PJ's junkies. This location makes coffee drinks very well. My wife got a frozen blended coffee drink that was tasty, can't remember what it was exactly....I usually take a pic of our receipt to help keep track.....I
Nice indoor seating. There was only one employee/barista this morning and she did a great job handling the bustling crowd spilling into this little coffee shop. Good coffee too! Fast service. Remember to tip your service people!
They are racist! My daughter was accused of alling a woman fat. When she asked to run the cameras back, the laughed in her face and told her to get out! Black womanly whom frequents the store was asked not to come there! I am
If you love coffee this place is a big NO !! disorganized, Taste was horrible. Staff disorganized. Wait time was ridiculous, even with the people in line consistently leaving. Lesson, learned never again. …
We had PJs every day on Decatur street. We loved it. Nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee while regaining energy. The Swiss and ham was yummy too and the king cake latte was amazing. The service was the best
Real good iced coffee on a hot day. What’s even better than the coffee is the cool secret door and hallway leading to the bathroom. Worth checking out even if you don’t really have to go. Friendly staff.
I go to this PJ's somewhat often due to the location. I love PJ's in general but this one is very mediocre. I'm writing today because this morning I had a terrible experience. I went to
Really didn't like this location. There were better options of Cafés in the area. Just wasn't inviting like the other Cafe shops in the area we have visited. More
The service was top notch! Whitney was great! Very nice and informative. Made a great iced coffee for my friend. I had a delicious Turkey and swiss croissant.
Great little shop. There's a bunch if them around. Been to the one on Decatur a few times now. Staff is friendly and the peach iced tea is awesome.
Came her at 1:00 on a Saturday and the staff was great. In and out in 2 minutes for three drinks. Quiet little coffee shop on the edge of madness.
Convenient location, so we tried to give them a few chances this week. Overall, not pleased. Couldn't get orders right, bad tasting coffee. More
They serve coffee & snacks. It wasn't quick & it wasn't especially good coffee. Just go if need coffee & French Truck is further away. More
i came all the way from Atlanta had to try this coffee joint. i love the (King cake cold brew) Espresso that drank was smacking. More
Wife loved the coffee. Frozen lemonade was fantastic. Loved the ham, egg and cheese croissant. Great first experience in New Orleans.
I like their Mocha ... cozy place to start your morning at French Quarter and they are friendly... Keep up with that …
Coffee was OK, staff was meh. Not a very welcoming experience. I felt like an idiot ordering there for the first time. More
Popped in here for a coffee to walk with. Good coffee. Nice staff. Clean shop. Noticed there are several around town. More
The staff here is so kind! Drinks are yummy and the pastries and baked goods are even better. Fun little location. More
Long line for coffee. But, the granita peppermint bark coffee was amazing! Friendly service and nice vibes! More
Very good coffee. If you like coffee and want a happy coffee experience, and you're in NOLA, come here. More
