Do not use. I reported my drains blocked and other stuff that needs fixing got nowhere. Phoned the office got no where. eventullay had enough asked for a rent statement to go a solicitor and got served a inviction notice. This place is terrible

My girlfriend rented a property from pme and when she moved in found out the flat had been used for cultivating and whilst she was a hospital decided to evict her and have thrown all her things into a skip and are still taking rent payments

Complete slum lords, preying on vunrable victims who suffer mental and physical issues , with false promises and lies, recently left a Disabled meek person to be left trapped in a dangerous flat while raw sewage flooded the place and

I am classed as disabled my stairs have collapsed and the cant get anyone out till Friday so i have to sleep on my couch in a damp infested living room

Ripped-off by PME Estates. Ended up with thousands of pounds of damage to my property. Property was also used as a cannabis farm at some point.
