This review is for PNC as a whole, not strictly this location. My mortgage was transferred over to PNC with this BBVA buyout and I HATE it. For one, the app is horrible, and it’s been nothing but problems and major stress and anxiety from the very beginning. I understand every change has kinks to work out, but the level of disregard from PNC representatives is beyond measures. I was fine with BBVA and my routine and never had an issue, now nothing is how it should be and they have horrible, condescending representatives who couldn’t care less about you or your concerns. I do not recommend this bank, and will be researching how to go about getting my loan elsewhere. This treatment is so unacceptable.

Awful service and would not let me take my own money out.
